Objective To enhance the application of WLAN technology in hospital information construction.Methods Solving methods were proposed to the problems in application so as to enhance the awareness of safety.Results By analyzing and solving problems,WLAN was used in hospital more safely.Conclusion The ensurance of wireless network security can impel a safe and positive application of wireless network in the hospital information field as the reasonable development of the existing network.

Inflammation has a critical role in the pathogenesis and progression of cancer.lymphocyte and monocyte play an important role in inflammatory reaction,reflecting body immune status.In recent years,more and more clinical studies have shown that pretreatment of lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR)in the patients with malignant tumor may have a certain value in evaluating the prognosis of cancer patients such as nasopharyngeal cancer,esophageal cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer,lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,etc.This article reviews the latest research progress on the value of LMR in the evaluation of the prognosis of the patients with malignant tumor.

This paper is to study the feasibility of app ly ing three-layers support structure(Browser/Server OR Client/Middle Tier/Serve r)to NO.1Military Project.By windows2000's terminal technology and distributed characteristics of ORACLE DBMS,C/S structure(Client/Server)can be turned into th ree-layers structure.The all subsystems of NO.1military project can work smooth ly on the terminals,and then the problems when NO.1Military project operated in C/S structure can be solved,such as the vulnerability,low operation speed and l arge maintenance workload.To set three-layers support structure with terminal te chnology windows2000-based can not only save investment and reduce maintenance workload,but also have important significance for database safety.It has a bri lliant application prospect.

Tumor cells,and a variety of stromal cells,immune cells and cytokines constitute a complex tumor microenviron-ment.Among them,tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)are one of the most important stromal cells in microenvironment and ac-tively participate in tumor growth,invasion and metastasis.Autophagic activity not only plays a key role in the cellular stress response and maintaining the stability of the internal environment,but it also is closely associated with tumor,involving in the generation and re-cruitment of TAMs precursor cells in the tumor microenvironment and the important regulatory steps of polarization of the precursor cells to TAMs.The study of autophagy-mediated control of TAMs is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the tumor micro-environment in the complex regulatory network system,and may open a new situation in cancer treatment.

Objective:To investigate the effect of low-dose esketamine on pruritus during combined spinal-epidural block for labor analgesia.Methods:A total of 46 primigravida with full-term singleton pregnancy who underwent combined spinal-epidural block between November 2021 and April 2022 at Songshan Lake Central Hospital of Dongguan City were included in this study. These primigravida were divided into an experimental group and a control group ( n = 23 per group) using the random number table method. Five minutes prior to the administration of combined spinal-epidural block for labor analgesia, the experimental group received an intravenous injection of 0.125 mg/kg of esketamine, while the control group received an equal volume of 0.9% normal saline. Subsequently, 3 μg of Sufentanil was intrathecally injected, and an epidural catheter was inserted for patient-controlled analgesia. Pruritus grade, Visual Analogue Scale score, Ramsay sedation score, modified Bromage score, mean blood pressure, and heart rate were recorded before analgesia, 30 minutes after analgesia, and at the time of full dilation of the cervix. The duration of the active phase of the first stage of labor, the duration of the second stage of labor, the rate of instrumental delivery, the cesarean section rate, and neonatal Apgar score were recorded. Results:After 30 minutes of analgesia, the number of cases presenting with various grades of pruritus in the experimental group (no/mild/moderate/severe cases: 17/4/0/0, respectively) was significantly lower than that in the control group (no/mild/moderate/severe cases: 7/7/4/1, respectively; Z = -3.04, P < 0.01). By the time the cervices were fully dilated, the number of cases presenting with various grades of pruritus in the experimental group (no/mild/moderate/severe cases: 19/2/0/0, respectively) remained significantly lower than that in the control group (no/mild/moderate/severe cases: 10/5/4/0, respectively; Z = -2.75, P < 0.01). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of Visual Analogue Scale score, Ramsay sedation score, modified Bromage score, mean blood pressure, heart rate, the duration of the active phase of the first stage of labor, the duration of the second stage of labor, the rate of instrumental delivery, and neonatal Apgar score (all P > 0.05). Conclusion:Low-dose esketamine may be effective in alleviating pruritus during combined spinal-epidural block for labor analgesia.
