Objective To investigate the efficacy of N-acetylcysteine on prevention of contrast -induced nephropathy (CIN).Methods According to the regulation of evidence-based medicine,the selection criteria,elimination criteria and search strategy were defined.PubMed,Cochrane Library,Wiley Online Library and Google Scholar were searched.The literature limited range was from January 2000 to December 2011.Two investigators extracted the data independently from all the studies that accorded with selection criteria using a suitable form.All the statistical analyses were performed with RevMan version 5.1.Results A total of 151 potential literatures were screened and 16 remained literatures (including 4588 patients) were identified to accord with the criteria in this meta-analysis.In 14 literatures,the Jadad score was 3 at least.The meta-analysis of 16 trials showed N-acetylcysteine could prevent CIN from happening [odds ratio (OR)=0.65,95％ CI 0.46-0.92,P=0.01].In the groups of average Scr baseline ＜ 132.6 μmol/L,result displayed the OR of incidence associated with Nacetylcysteine for prevention of CIN was 0.93 (95％ CI 0.75-1.15,P=0.49).In the groups of average Scr baseline ≥ 132.6 μmol/L,the OR for N-acetylcysteine associated with incidence of CIN was 0.52 (95％ CI 0.30-0.93,P=0.03).Conclusion There is specific effect that N-acetylcysteine prevents CIN from happening in the groups of average Scr baseline ≥ 132.6 μmol/L.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 110 cases of infectious mononucleosis in children. Methods The clinical data of 110 children with infectious mononucleosis in the period from January 2015 to January 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 110 patients included 74 males(67.3％)and 36 females(32.7％). The male to female ratio was 2.1:1.The age distribution: 2～<3 years old, 29 cases(26.4％); 3-6 years old, 67 cases(60.9％);>6-13 years old, 14 cases(12.7％).The main symptoms and signs included fever in 101 cases(91.8％), pharyngitis in 100 cases(90.9％), lymphadenomegaly in 95 cases(86.4％), eyelid edema in 79 cases(71.8％), splenomegaly in 55 cases(50.0％), and liver enlargement in 37 cases(33.6％).The complications were pneumonia in 61 cases(55.5％), myocardial damage in 53 cases(48.2％), neutropenia in 35 cases(31.8％), and thrombocytopenic purpura in 4 cases(3.6％). The prevalence of IgM antibody against Epstein-Barr virus capsid antigen was43.6％. The prevalence of IgM antibody against Epstein-Barr virus early antigen was 31.8％. The positive rate of IgG antibody against Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen was 56.4％. The prevalence of atypical lymphocytes in peripheral blood was 46.4％.Conclusions Infectious mononucleosis in children is more common in males and during the period from 3 to 6 years of age. The clinical symptoms include pneumonia and myocardial damage. Epstein-Barr virus detection and serological assay are helpful for diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the uterine septum clinical treatment effects by hysteroscopy different ways of excision.Methods The treatment effects of 90 uterine septum cases were analyzed retrospectively.Those patients were divided into two groups,One group 45 cases accepted hysteroscopy electrosurgical excision,Another group 45 cases was implemented uterine septum cut off with hysteroscopic miniature scissors.Their operative time,blood loss were recorded and compared,and their mediastinal residual and intrauterine adhesions were retreated again in second hysteroscopy checking after 3 months of the first opration.Results All cases were finish the operation sccssefly without complication happens.The total average surgical time was(20.3±6.8)minutes,the average bleeding volume was(11.2±3.1)ml,and the hospital stay was 1 to 5 days,average of 3.5 days.There was no significant difference between the electric resection and cold knife groups in operation time,intraoperative bleeding,mediastinal residual,uterine cavity adhesion,pregnancy rate and abortion rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the sequential treatment of intrauterine adhesions and pregnancy rates with simple estrogen and progesterone(P>0.05),the difference of abortion rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the sequential treatment of intrauterine adhesion,pregnancy rate and abortion rate with the combination of intrauterine cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel and oral estrogen and progesterone(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no clear correlation at intrauterine adhesions,mediastinal remnants in resection methods.The sequential treatment of intrauterine cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel plus oral estrogen and progesterone after operation is conducive to reducing the adhesion rate and improving the pregnancy rate.
