Experiment of pharmacy will inevitably cause a waste of resources and environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to explore some green teaching method in the experiment of pharma-ceutics. Based on the long-term teaching experience, this paper took the preparation of yiyuan powder, the cold fever granules and tables, and subing dropping as examples to compare the differences between the traditional teaching method and the green teaching method in the aspects of improving the basic operating skills, saving materials and reagents and using the micro experiments. The results showed that compared with the conventional teaching, green teaching method in pharmaceutics experiment process can significantly reduce the reagent and the amount of raw materials, so as to enables students to cultivate green, energy saving, environmental awareness while mastering the pharmaceutical theory and technology.
2.The pharmaceutical teaching method based on the four steps

Objective To explore the differences of teaching effectiveness between the traditional experimental teaching method and the new one which is based on four steps of principle,design,correction and experiment.Method Stratified sampling method was used,and 120 students were divided into control group and experimental group.Taking the case of the preparation of powder,the two methods mentioned above were used respectively.The advantage of the new teaching method was that teachers only explained the experimental principle rather than the detailed process,and students designed the process and quality control standard by reviewing literatures.Through interactive evaluation between teachers and students,teaching effectiveness of the two methods was evaluated,and Excel and SPSS were applied for statistical analysis.Result There were no significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of experiment preparation,basic skills of experiment and understanding of knowledge (P>0.05),but in the aspects of experiment initiative,degree of cooperation and the enthusiasm of asking questions there existed significant differences (the values of P were 0.000、0.012、0.000,respectively,P<0.05).More than 95% of students thought the new teaching method not only could more effectively improve the ability to analyze and solve problem but also develop the capacity for self-learning and innovation.In addition,it could improve the ability to collect information and psychological quality,and cultivate scientific and rigorous attitude.Conclusion Compared to the traditional experimental teaching method,the new one based on four steps of principle,design,correction and experiment emphasized the subjective initiative,and teachers played a directive role.This method provided the space for students to think,explore,discover,and create.In addition,it could strengthen student's practical ability and the ability to design preparation process independently.

4.Effect of dexmedetomidine on PERK signaling pathway in cardiomyocytes of rats with severe scald

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase (PERK) signaling pathway in cardiomyocytes of the rats with severe scald.Methods Twenty-four healthy adult male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 220-280 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =8 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),severe scald group (group S),and scald + dexmedetomidine group (group D).Thirty percent of the total body surface area was shaved on the back and then exposed to 94 ℃ water for 12 s to establish the model of 3rd degree scald.Dexmedetomidine 30 μg/kg (2 μg/ml) was intraperitoneally injected immediately after scald in group D.Myocardial specimens were obtained at 12 h after scald for examination of the pathological changes and for determination of cell apoptosis and expression of C/EBP-homologous protein (CHOP),PERK,and phosphorylated PERK (p-PERK) by Western blot.The apoptosis index and p-PERK/PERK ratio were calculated.Results Compared with group C,the apoptosis index was significantly increased,the expression of CHOP,PERK and p-PERK was significantly up-regulated,and the p-PERK/PERK ratio was significantly increased in S and D groups (P<0.05).Compared with group S,the apoptosis index was significantly decreased,the expression of CHOP,PERK and p-PERK was significantly down-regulated,and the p-PERK/PERK ratio was significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the pathological changes of myocardium were significantly attenuated in group D.Conclusion The mechanism by which dexmedetomidine inhibits apoptosis in cardiomyocytes is related to inhibition of PERK signaling pathway in the rats with severe scald.
5.Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus and the improvement of quality of life and prognosis

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine on the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus, and provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods122 patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus in hospital the affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese and western medicine;Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given conventional fracture reduction, the observation group were given a new therapy of integrated traditional and western.Treatment outcome, quality of life changes and prognosis in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe excellent rate in the observation group (91.8%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.1%) (P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group (4.1±1.1)months was significantly shorter than that in the control group (6.6±2.3) months (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups;after treatment the overall health in the observation group (75.69±4.61), physiological function (77.62±4.19), pain (74.63±4.96), social function (76.84±4.28), mental health (76.12±4.18) scores were significantly higher than those overall health(62.74±4.36) in the control group, physiological function (64.51±4.12), pain (67.26±4.25), social function(68.72±4.13), mental health (65.97±4.23) (P<0.05).There were 2 cases with cubitus varus in the observation group, while 3 cases with elbow inversion in the control group.All patients were followed up for more than 6 months.There was no serious infection and abnormal bone development in the two groups.ConclusionIt can improve the treatment effect, reduce the pain of patients, promote the rapid recovery of the disease, improve the quality of life and prognosis, which traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine was used in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture, it has the value of use.
6.Image features of spectral-domain optical coherence tomography of high myopia with retinoschisis

Objective To observe the image features of high myopia with retinoschisis by spectraldomain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). Methods The clinical data of eight patients (eight eyes)of high myopia with retinoschisis were retrospective analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by SD-OCT (Topcon 3D OCT-1000), had no macular holes and underwent vitrectomy including internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling and gas tamponade. All patients also underwent visual acuity, refraction,pre-mirror fundus examination and A/B-mode ultrasound examination. Visual acuity and SD-OCT were followed up at one, three and six months after surgery. Before surgery, pre-mirror fundus examination revealed shallow foveal detachment in 3/8 eyes, posterior scleral staphyloma in 7/8 eyes. SD-OCT showed concave arc stripes in 7/8 eyes, and outer retinoschisis in 8/8 eyes, middle or inner retinoschisis in 5/8 eyes and foveal detachment in 5/8 eyes. Results Six months after surgery, posterior retinoschisis disappeared in six eyes, foveal detachment still presented in one eye and parafoveal hole occurred in one eye. The corrected visual acuity improved from the 0. 15 to 0. 8 in one eye which had a restored continuous inner segment/outer segmen (IS/OS) line by SD-OCT. The corxected visual acuity improved from 0. 01 to 0. 1 in one eye, from 0. 05 to 0. 15 in one eye, not changed in five eyes. There was no continuous IS/OS line in those patients by SD-OCT. Conclusions SD-OCT shows a variety of morphological features of myopic retinoschisis which could be cured anatomically and functionally by vitrectomy combined ILM peeling. The continuity of IS/OS layer from SD-OCT could help to interpret the vision recovery after the operation.
7.Postoperative complications following radical gastrectomy In cirrhotics patients

Objective To investigate the risk factors related with postoperative complications following radical gnstrectomy for gastric cancer in cirrhotic patients. Methods In this study, 1474 cases underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma in the past six years and the postoperative complications were retrospectively reviewed. The risk factors related with postoperative complications of cirrhotic patients were analyzed by Logistic regressive analysis. Results The postoperative morbidity rates of the 2 groups with or without liver cirrhosis were 51.22% and 23.94% (X2 = 15.955, P<0.01), and the mortality rate was 7.32% and 0.91% (P = 0.009), respectively. The main complications of the group with liver cirrhosis were postoperative aseites (5 cases), hepatic failure (4 cases), wound infection or dehiscence (4 cases), intra-abdominal infection (4 cases), etc, and three patients in the group died from extensive bleeding, jejunal fistula and hepatic failure respectively. Univariate Logistic analysis revealed that age (OR = 1.277, 95% CI:0.991 ~ 1.646), preoperative nscites (OR = 20.900,95% CI: 2.349 - 185.933), the albumin level (OR =0.160,95% CI:0.041 ~ 0.629), Child classification (OR = 9.500,95% CI: 1.046 ~ 86.261), portal hypertension (OR = 4.000,95% CI: 1.057 ~ 15.138), esophageal variees (OR = 4.400,95% CI: 1.095 ~ 17.676), transfusion (OR =3.714,95% CI: 1.021 ~ 13.511) and blood loss (OR = 1.442, 95% CI:1.023 ~ 2.034) were the main factors associated with postoperative complications of the group with liver cirrhosis. Muhivariable Logistic analysis showed that preoperative ascites (OR = 19.213,95% CI: 1.569 ~ 231.255), Child classification (OR = 12.661,95% CI: 0.721 ~ 222.458), esophageal varices (OR =6.008,95% CI:0.857 ~42.097) and blood loss (OR = 1.574,95% (7,1:0.938 ~ 2.640) were the independent risk factors. Conclusion Gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma in cirrhotic patients engenders considerably high postoperative mortality and morbidity. Preoperative ascites, Child classifation, esophageal variees and intraoperative blood loss were factors closely related with postoperative complications.
8.The mechanisms of urothelial cells differentiation

The urothelium is a transitional epithelium which lines on the renal pelvis, ureter, bladder and proximal urethra adjacent to the bladder. It’s a permeability barrier. In the process of urothelial development or injury repair, the mature urothelial cells expressing uroplakin appears after the hierarchical transcription of a series of transcription factors in basal stem cells. Understanding normal urothelial differentiation process of the urothelial cells could be beneficial to uncover the development of urothelial carcinoma so that to provide targeted therapy options and the study of the urinary tract repair process after injury. In addition, the study of stem cell differentiation microenvironment also provides important theoretical support for tissue engineering and tissue reconstruction. In this review, we discuss the latest findings on urothelial cell differentiation and its clinical significance.
9.Observations on the Efficacy of Heat-sensitive Point Moxibustion in Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive point moxibustion in treating functional dyspepsia. Methods Fifty-six patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 28 cases each. The treatment group received heat-sensitive point moxibustion and the control group took domperidone tablets. The symptoms were scored and plasma motilin was measured in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 89.3% in the treatment group and 82.1% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the symptom score and plasma motilin in the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the symptom score and plasma motilin between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive point moxibustion is an effective way to treat functional dyspepsia.

Objective To investigate the reaction of the limbs treated with different concentration of Trichostatin A(75?mol/L,750 ?mol/L,1.5mmol/L),a histone deacetylase(HDAC)-inhibitor.This may be useful to improve our understanding of the role of chromatin remodelling and epigenetic control of gene expression patterns and ultimately the development of drugs against cancer. Methods Using the chicken embryonic limb as an experimental model.The embryos received grafts of TSA soaked beads or PBS control beads into the right forelimb buds.Then they were submitted to in situ hybridization with probes and apoptosis test.Results TSA could modulate the expression of some myogenesis related genes,MyoD and Myf5 during chicken myogenesis.Using apoptosis staining methods,there was no significant apoptosis in the TSA(75?mol/L) treated embryos.However the induction of morphological changes and apoptosis at specific stage was possible with high concentration of TSA.Conclusion TSA(75?mol/L) regulates certain important transcriptional targets and strongly control muscle differentiation.Increasing the concentration of TSA(≥750?mol/L) can induce apoptosis and embryonic limb malformations.Chicken limb development can serve as a convenient in vivo model for studying the effect of HDAC inhibitors.
