Objective To study the effect of Solanum nigrum alkaloid on erythrocyte immunity function. MethodsStudying the adherence between erythrocyte immunity and tumor-cell of S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice; By determining with fluorescence polarization (P) and accounting the micro viscosity (?) with DPH as a probe the erythrocyte membrane fluidity of the S180 and H22 tumor-bearing mice could be investigated. ResultsS. nigrum alkaloid could increase the ratio of adherence anadem between erythrocyte and tumor-cell and promote the erythrocyte membrane fluidity of the two tumor-bearing mice. ConclusionThe inhibition of S. nigrum alkaloid on tumor can be accomplished through improving the erythrocyte membrane fluidity of two tumor-bearing mice and renewing erythrocyte immunity of tumor-bearing mice.
3.Study on Quality Standard of Anti- virus Oral Liquid

Objective To improve the quality standard of Anti- virus Oral Liquid. Methods Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rhizoma Acori tatrinowii in Anti- virus Oral Liquid were identified by TLC. Forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae was determined by HPLC. Results Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rhizoma Acori tatrinowii can be identified by TCL. The linearity of forsythin in the range of 0.1~ 0.6 ? g/? L was good, r=0.9998. The average recovery is 99.87 % , RSD=1.93 % . Conclusion The methods is accurate, reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of Anti- virus Oral Liquid.
4.Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province, 1984-2015

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Shijiazhuang City,and to provide scientific evidence for finding available prevention and control measures against the disease.Methods Using data retrospective method,the monitoring data of HFRS in Shijiazhuang from 1984 to 2015 were collected and divided into 1984-1993,1994-2003 and 2004-2015 periods.The incidence changes of HFRS in time,district and population in different periods were analyzed,and the time distribution of HFRS cases was analyzed on a seasonal basis.Results A cumulative total of 12 692 cases (accounting for 4.94/100 000) of HFRS,including 56 deaths,were reported in Shijiazhuang from 1984 to 2015.The particular years with the two peeks of HFRS epidemic were 1986 and 1999,the incidences of HFRS were 16.14/100 000 and 14.25/100 000,respectively.The incidence of HFRS maintained at a high level from 1998 to 2002,the average annual incidence was 12.21/100 000.And then,the incidence of HFRS declined quickly.The incidence of HFRS in Shijiazhuang kept at a lower level in 2011-2015,the average annual incidence was 0.26/100 000.42.91% (5 446/12 692) of cases mainly occurred in spring;90.44% (11 479/12 692) of cases were concentrated in 11 counties (cities,districts) of the eastern part of Shijiazhuang.Most cases were young males,the ratio of males to females was 2.43:1.00 (8 997/3 695),and 93.20% (1 1 829/12 692) of them were adults.The majority of the cases were framers,accounting for 70.91% (9 000/12 692),and the second large group was workers,accounting for 11.13%(1 413/12 692).Conclusions Overall,the incidence rate of HFRS has reduced continuously and maintained at a low level in recent years;epidemic areas are widely distributed,but in uneven distribution,and presented with obvious regional characteristics;these cases have mainly occurred in spring.The specific measures for control and prevention of HFRS should be taken according to the epidemic characters in different areas.
5. Anesthesia management for cesarean section during novel coronavirous epidemic

Thirty-six puerperas who underwent emergency cesarean section at Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 24, 2020 to February 9, 2020, who all wore medical surgical masks, were retrospectively included in this study. Anesthesia management was performed under tertiary medical protection measures. A dedicated anesthesia equipment was separately sterilized. Narcotic drugs were used for one patient only, and disposable medical supplies were used for anesthetic supplies. Contact transmission should be avoided when a neonate required resuscitation, and early isolation and nucleic acid testing were provided for the neonates. The rate of suspected cases of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) was 11% , and the rate of clinically diagnosed cases was 17% before surgery. The rate of clinically diagnosed cases of 2019-nCoV was 22%, the rate of confirmed cases was 8%, and the total positive rate of diagnosis was 31% after surgery. The rate of neuraxial anesthesia was 86%, the rate of general anesthesia was 14%, the time of spinal puncture was (15±7) min, the time of tracheal intubation under general anesthesia was (2.1±1.3) min, the operation time was (95±36) min, and blood loss was (276±166) ml. The Apgar score of newborns was 8.8 ± 0.5. There was 1 neonate whose mother was diagnosed as having 2019 novel coronavirous disease after operation, an oropharyngeal swab specimen was obtained at 36 h of birth, and the swab was tested positive for 2019-nCoV by nucleic acid testing. As of February 10, 2020, an anesthesiologist involved in the operation was diagnosed to have infection by 2019-nCoV. In conclusion, diagnosis of 2019 novel coronavirous disease during pregnancy is more difficult, it is necessary to perform anesthesia management for cesarean section under tertiary medical protection. Although the difficulty in anesthesia operation is increased under tertiary medical protection, anesthesiologists can carry out standardized anesthesia management and guarantee the safety of maternal and infants and anesthesiologists themselves as long as they are rigorously trained and adhere to protective protocols.
