Abstract In this paper,the sequences of second exon of DQA1 and DQB1 were amplified byPCR primers,and hybridized with 17 or 23 sequence specific oligonucleotide probes labeled byisotope respectively.The distribution of 10 DQA1 alleles and 17 DQB1 alleles was observed inHunan Hans population.The results showed that the most of DQAI and DQB1 alleles were ex-pressed in Hans,however,their frequencies are different from Caucasoids.

The activities of interleukin 6 (IL 6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF?) produced by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in vitro and their relevant levels in sera were measured in 49 patients with psoriasis vulgaris (PV) and in 20 normal controls using bioassay. The relationship between them was also analysed. The results showed that in PV patients the activites of IL 6 and TNF? produced by PBMCs and their serum levels were higher than those in healthy controls. There was a positive linear correlation between the activites in vitro and relevant levels in sera, and a positive linear correlation between serum levels of IL 6 and TNF?. These results indicate that there is dysfunction of cellular immune of PBMCs in PV patients. The increase of serum levels of IL 6 and TNF? may be related to the increased activity of PBMCs, and there may be a synergic action between IL 6 and TNF? in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.

Transforming growth factor type ?1(TGF—?1)belong to a family of polypeptides with regulato-ry effects on growth and differention of a variety of cells types.TGF—?1 play an important rolein regulation of immune response by acting as a negative modulate the cell proliferation throughstill unknow mechanisms.We investigated the effect of TGF—?1 on the IL—2R expression andproliferation activited DN cells and we observed that TGF—?1 was able to increase the expres-sion of IL—2R in DN cells and to suppress the proliferation of DN cells and we have discussedabout these results.

Objective To evaluate the psychological intervention ettectiveness ot socioenvironmental therapyfor heroin addicts accepting compulsory isolation.Methods Totally 100 male heroin addicts accepting compulsory isolation and Labour Camp Rehabilitation were selected and randomly assigned to socioenvironmental therapeutic group (ST group,50 cases) and control group (CT group,50 cases).A two-month socioenvironmental therapy was selectively proceeding in ST group by a same psychological team,while CT group still received conventional rehabilitation.During the 6-month follow-up,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scal (SDS) and self-made questionnaires were used every 3 months,to statistically estimate psychological status of subjects.Results Before treatment,no statistically significant difference between the two groups;after treatment,SDS score of CT group was 56.16 ± 9.12,and was lower than that in ST group(48.28-± 9.55) (P ＜ 0.01) ; SAS score of ST group was 46.28 ± 7.78,and was lower than that in CT group (50.72 ± 8.32) (P ＜ 0.01).In the 3-month follow-up evaluation,depression,anxiety scores in CT and ST group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01) ; 6 months after treatment,depression,anxiety score showed was significant difference between two groups(P＜ 0.01).Conclusion Group psychotherapy especially socioenvironmental therapy is quick and long-acting in improving the psychological status of heroin addicts in aspects of depression and anxiety levels,which is distinctly evidenced by the short-term and long-term curative results.

Since 2016, a number of studies have been published on standard decoctions used in Chinese medicine. However, there is little research on statistical issues related to establishing the quality standards for standard decoctions. In view of the currently established quality standard methods for standard decoctions, an improvement scheme is proposed from a statistical perspective. This review explores the requirements for dry matter yield rate data and index component transfer data for the application of two methods specified in “Technical Requirements for Quality Control and Standard Establishment of Chinese Medicine Formula Granules,” which include the average value plus or minus three times the standard deviation (X-±3SD) or 70% to 130% of the average value (X-±30%X-). The square-root arcsine transformation method is used as an approach to solve the problem of unreasonable standard ranges of standard decoctions. This review also proposes the use of merged data to establish a standard. A method to judge whether multiple sets of standard decoction data can be merged is also provided. When multiple sets of data have a similar central tendency and a similar discrete tendency, they can be merged to establish a more reliable quality standard. Assuming that the dry matter yield rate and transfer rate conform to a binomial distribution, the number of batches of prepared slices that are needed to establish the standard decoction quality standard is estimated. It is recommended that no less than 30 batches of prepared slices should be used for the establishment of standard decoction quality standards.
