1.Preparation and Quality Control of Weishu Emulsion

OBJECTIVE:To prepare weishu emulsion and to establish its quality control method.METHODS:Weishu emulsion was prepared with sodium carboxymethylcellulose,etc.as the adjuvants and the content of dyclonine hydrochoride was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The linear range of dyclonine hydrochloride was2.0~12.0?g/ml(r=0.9999)and the average recovery rate was99.38%,RSD=0.47%,(n=6).CONCLUSION:The emulsion is feasible in preparation method and controllable in quality.
2.Pharmacodynamic Study of Yunkang Capsule

Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic action of Yunkang Capsule(YKC).Methods The animals were divided into YKC groups(at high-,moderate-and low-dosage respectively),diphenidol control group,model control group and blank control group.The action of YKC on vertigo and thrombosis,hemorrheologic indexes,piamatral microcirculation and free radicals of the animal models were observed.Results YKC could significantly prolong the latency of vertigo,reduce wet weight of thrombus,decrease blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit,promote the dilation of piamatral micro-vessels,increase the amount of interweave microdot,increase plasma SOD activity and decline plasma MDA content of animal models.Conclusion YKC has actions of counteracting vertigo and thrombosis,improving hemorrheology and microcirculation,and clearing away free radicals.
3.Investigation on flavonoids from fruits of Illicium oligandrum

Objective To isolate and identify the flavonoids from the fruits of Illicium oligandrum.Methods The flavonoids were isolated by silica-gel,Sephadex LH-20,and ODS column chromato-graphies.Their structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR,13CNMR,and ESI-MS.Results Eleven flavonoids were isolated and identified as kaempferol(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),quercetin-3-O-?-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅲ),isorhamnetin-3-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ),quercetin-3-O-?-L-arabinopy-ranoside(Ⅴ),quercetin-3O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅵ),dihydroquercetin-3O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅶ),dihydrokaempferol-3O-?-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅷ),quercetin-3O-?-D-(6″-O-?-L-rhamnopy-ranosyl) glucopyranoside(Ⅸ),kaempferol-3-O-?-D-(6″-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl) glucopyranoside(Ⅹ),isorhamnetin-3-O-?D-(6″-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosyl) glucopyranoside(Ⅺ).Conclusion All these compounds are firstly obtained from the plants of fruits of I.oligandrum and compounds Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,and Ⅺ are isolated from the plants of Illicium L.for the first time.
4.Progress of prognosis-related immune factors in esophageal neoplasms

Immunotherapy has recently become a new therapeutic method. Related cells and cytokines mediating tumor immunity play different roles in the process of tumor immunity, and they are correlated with tumor prognosis, which has a reference significance in the evaluation of tumor prognosis. In China, esophageal carcinoma is one of the common tumors of digestive system, and its 5-year overall survival rate is low. With the wide use of immunotherapy and introduction of precision medicine, the study on the relationship between tumor immune-related cells, cytokines and the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma can provide the guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
5.Chemical constituents of Neoalsomitra integrifoliola.

OBJECTIVETo study the chemical constituents of the n-BuOH fraction of 95% ethanolic extract of leaves of Neoalsomitra integrifoliola.
METHODThe compounds were isolated with kinds of column chromatography. The structures were determined by MS and NMR spectroscopic techniques.
RESULTEight compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of 95% ethanolic extract and their structures were identified as 2-phenylethyl rutinoside (1), rutin (2), kaempferol-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), isorhamnetin-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4), methyl chlorogenate (5), guanosine (6), adenosine (7), myo-inositol (8), respectively.
CONCLUSIONAll compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
