Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma(nasal type) is a common,high malignant degree and poor prognosis entity of the nasal lymphoma.It is the most important to understand its genesis,development,clinical manifestation,pathologic diagnosis,therapy and prognosis.

Objective:To investigate the value of serum anti-PLA2 R as a diagnostic marker of idiopathic membranous nephropathy( IMN).Methods:All available articles about serum anti-PLA2 R as a marker of IMN which were published at home and abroad from 2009.1 to 2013.12 were pooled from the databases of PubMed,Elsevier,Springer,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database et al. The quality of the papers were evaluated by the quality assessment for studies of diagnostic accuracy studies( QUADAS).And then a meta-analysis was conducted by the statistical softwares of Meta-Disc and Stata.The diagnostic value of serum anti-PLA2 R in IMN was evaluated by the statistical indicators of pooled sensitivity, pooled specificity, pooled likelihood ratio and summary receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC curve).Sensitivity analysis was performed by reducing a paper in order,and publication bias was tested by Egger funnel plot.Results: Seven articles were selected to the meta-analysis according to the inclusion criteria and 967 cases were included in the study ( 454 IMN patients and 513 controls ).Heterogeneity test showed no heterogeneity threshold effect ( Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.107,P=0.819),but there was heterogeneity caused by non threshold effects(Cochrane-Q was 16.89,P=0.009 7).So random model was used to pool the effect size.The overall combined effect sizes:sensitivity was 69%,95%CI:0.65-0.73;specificity:98%,95%CI:0.96-0.99;pooled positive likelihood ratio 16.37,95%CI:4.06-65.95;pooled negative likelihood ratio 0.32,95%CI:0.24-0.43;AUC of SROC:0.854 0,Q*=0.785 0.Sensitivity analysis showed that this research was stable and reliable and Egger funnel plot showed little publication bias.Conclusion: Serum anti-PLA2 R is an useful biomarker to the diagnosis of IMN.

Objective To study the change and clinical significance of serum sex hormone levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods The 1:1 case-control study,male AD group in 25 cases,control group in 25 cases,female AD group in 25 cases,25 cases in the control group.The serum sex hormone levels were measured by chemiluminescence immtmoassay in the two groups,and the data were analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in estradiol level between female patients and the control group[(40.820 ± 23.249) pmol/L vs.(153.700 ±113.900) pmol/L,t =4.85,P ＜ 0.001].There were statistically significant differences between male patients and the control group,in estradiol[(99.243 ± 34.657) pmol/L vs.(124.t00 ± 38.432) pmool/L],testosterone [(7.904 ±3.944) nmol/L vs.(19.142 ±7.882) nmol/L] levels (t =2.40,6.37,all P ＜0.05).No significant difference was observed in testosterone level in the female groups (P ＞ 0.05).The promoting follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone,progesterone,prolactin levels between the male group and female group had no statistically significant differences (all P ＞ 0.05).In patients with simple intelligent screening scale (Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE),the score was significantly correlated with the level of estradiol (r =-0.281,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The level of women's estrogen decline is related to factor in the pathogenesis of AD,estradiol,testosterone levels of male decline is related to factor in the pathogenesis of AD.Estradiol level is low,the severity of the disease moreand more heavy.

Objective To investigate the cell compatibility of polystyrene(PS) plate chemically modified with RGD peptides.Methods PS surfaces were carboxylated by permanganate oxidation in diluted sulfuric acid,and carboxyls were activated with water-soluble carbodiimide to graft with gelatin,collagen and RGD peptides.IR,X-ray photo-electronic spectroscopy (XPS) and dynamic contact angle were used to characterize the surface modification of PS surface.Results XPS results confirmed the existence of nitrogen element from protein molecules and the covalently binding of proteins to PS surfaces.Dynamic contact angle measurement indicated hydrophilicity of PS surfaces was improved obviously after grafting modification.The cell culture results showed that the cell adhesion and proliferation was better on modified surfaces than the initial.Conclusion The cell compatibility of PS surface was great improved after modification with RGD peptides,which would provide a potential strategy to improve the culture of purified endothelial progenitor cells isolated by immunomagnetic beads.

Objective To evaluate the implementation of the national essential medicine system in Shaanxi Province.Methods Using a standardized methodology (2008 Edition) developed by the World Health Organization(WHO) and Health Action International(HAD,data on the prices and availability of 38 essential medicines were collected from 120 primary,secondary and tertiary public hospitals in ten cities of Shaanxi Province from March to May 2012.Results The availability of essential medicines is generally low at public hospitals in Shaanxi province,as the average availability of originator brands is but 5.9％,and that of generics of the lowest prices is but 23.9％,while this availability at tertiary hospitals is higher than hospitals of lower levels.The procurement prices of originator drugs within essential medicines are distinctly higher than the international reference prices for the originator brands,and slightly higher for the lowest priced generics.The procurement prices at primary care hospitals are slightly lower than that of other hospitals.Retail prices of essential medicine are not significantly different among regions of different income levels.Affordability of originator brands is poor,while that of their generic equivalents is good.Conclusion The government is recommended to adjust the national essential medicine list,expand the variety of essential medicine moderately,improve the medicine pricing mechanism,and deepen public hospitals reform.

Pre-S2 protein in 78 samples of liver from patients with various types of hepatitis B was determined by immunohistochemical method.45 out of 78 samples (57.69%) were positive for pre-S2.The location and expression patterns of pre-S2 were similar to those of HBsAg,i.e.,pre-S2 was found in cytoplasm of hepatocytes,epithelial cells of bile ducts,and hepatocellular carcinoma cells,etc,Four different patterns diffuse,inclusion,submembranous,and membranous type were demonstrated.The membranous expression of pre-S2 was often associated with activity of liver diseases.The positive rate of pre-S2 was significantly higher in HBcAg positive group than HBcAg negative group.It seems that pre-S2 protein of HBV may be a replicative marker of HBV.

To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture on matrix metalloproteinase in degenerated cervical intervertebral disc rats.Methods:The rat model of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration was induced by unbalanced dynamic and static forces,then the rats were randomly allocated to model group,electro-acupuncture groupⅠ(acupoints Dazhu(BL 11) and Tianzhu(BL 10) were electro-acupunctured),and electro-acupuncture group Ⅱ(acupoints Dazhu (BL 11),Tianzhu(BL 10)and Shenshu(BL 23) were electro-acupunctured),with the normal rats as control.then the HE staining method was adopted to observe the morphological change of cervical intervertebral disc and the immunohistochemical staining method was used to detect the marx metalloproteinases-1(MMP-1) and matrix metalloproteinases-3(MMP-3) in cervical intervertebral disc.Results:The morphological observation showed that after electro-acupuncture treatment,the degrees of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration in electro-acupuncture groupⅠand electro-acupuncture group Ⅱ were alleviated,and the electro-acupuncture group Ⅱ was superior to electro-acupuncture group Ⅰ.The expressions of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in degenerated cervical intervertebral disc were increased(P＜0.01),and after electro-acupuncture treatment,the expressions of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in degenerated cervical intervertebral disc were decreased,especially the electro-acupuncture group Ⅱpresented the better effect as compared with electro-acupuncture group Ⅰ(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Electro-acupuncture at acupoints Dazhu (BL 11) and Tianzhu (BL 10) had a certain therapeutic effect on cervical intervertebral disc degeneration,and in combination with acupoint Shenshu(BL 23),this therapeutic effect could be enhanced,its action mechanism might be that electro-acupuncture can reduce the expressions of MMP-l and MMP-3 in degenerated cervical intervertebral disc,inhibit the degradation of matrix in intervertebral disc.so as to relieve cervical intervertebral disc degeneration.

Objective: : To observe whether cytokines rIL 2,TNF ?,I FN ? and anti CD3/anti glioma bispecific antibody(BsAb) can work coordinately, and to investigate how to further enhance cytotoxicity of T lymphocyte against human glioma cells by BsAb. Methods: There were 12 groups,contr ast method were used to analyze the effect of cytokines rIL 2,TNF ?,IFN ? to cytoxicity directed by BsAb by single and combined experiments. Objective:To evaluate the knowledge, attitudes and practices ( KAP) on National Essential Medi-cine System among pharmacists from secondary public hospitals in Shaanxi province. Methods: The quantitative re-search of KAP questionnaire is used, and the content of questionnaire includes personal information, knowledge, atti-tudes and practices. Results: A total of 520 copies of questionnaires were distributed and 82. 3% were effective. Respondents’ overall knowledge and attitudes are at the middle level;the main way to obtain knowledge is via training and meeting;respondents’ education level and frequency of participating in training have a significant impact on their level of knowledge;the degree of attention paid by hospitals has yet to be strengthened; and respondents are mostly concerned about the supply and distribution of essential drugs. Conclusion: In order to improve the awareness and recognition levels of pharmacists on the implementation of National Essential Medicine System in secondary public hospitals, the government should take the relevant measures, including introducing the high educated persons into secondary public hospitals, organizing related training programs and standardizing the daily monitoring of essential drugs in secondary public hospitals, etc.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis and treatment of giant cell granuloma outside the jaw. METHOD: The clinical and pathological datas of 3 cases in nasopharynx, temporal bone and maxillary sinus were analyzed retrospectively. The relevant literatures were also reviewed. RESULT: The patients presented with local painless mass, part of which were aggressive. Histopathological feature was, replacement of the normal bone structure with proliferating fibrous tissue containing numerous giant cells was shown. CONCLUSION Giant cell granuloma outside the jaw was a non-neoplastic lesion, and extremely rare. It was somewhat difficult to make a correct diagnosis. Combining the clinical data and pathological feature were more helpful to the diagnosis. Total surgical resection was an effective therapeutic method.
