Objective To evaluate the situation of blood concentration detection in Zunyi city by the way of analyzing the practice of blood concentration detection for the past 4 years .Methods The bood samples of 194 928 persons who were voluntary blood donators since full implementation of centralized blood test from February 2011 to December 2014 were analysed .Results The unqualified rates of the 5 detection indicators from the seven blood center banks were closed to the centre blood station ,which was rang from 3 .15% to 4 .85% ,the total unqualified rate was 3 .72% and no significant difference was found(P> 0 .05) .Since the concentration of blood detection ,blood donators in the 7 blood center blood banks increased year by year .Conclusion Blood concen-tration detection improves the blood test quality in this single region ,and promotes the development of blood donation career .

Studying classic cases is one of the applicable methods for student's self-learning,especially at clinical rotation period.Seven-year program pediatric students (2004 grade) from pediatric medical collage,Capital Medical University of China shared classic cases from New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM),reported clinical cases they took part in and summarized their writing of case report.Through these measures,students felt the significance of studying classic cases and noticed that case study played an important role in training of clinical reasoning,multidisciplinary approach,as well as self-learning ability for medical students.

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the microwave-assisted extraction of total organic acids from Isatis indigotica. METHODS: With the dissolution rate of total organic acids as indexes, the content of total organic acids was determiend by acid-base titration and the three main factors including volume of solvent, microwave power and extraction time in the extraction process were optimized by orthogonal test. RESULTS: The optimal extraction process is to add 15 times amount of water and extract at a microwave power of 522 W for 20 minutes. Under the above condition, the extraction rate was 4.83%, close to the extraction yield achieved by water decoction for 2 h. CONCLUSION: The microwave-assisted extraction of total organic acids from Radix Isatidis is characterized by rapid, simple, efficient and energy-saving etc, thus deserving to be be popularized.

Objective To explore β-sodium aescinate on vascular endothelial function ( FMD ) , homocysteine ( Hcy ) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 198 acute cerebral infarction patients from March 2013 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=98).Control group were treated according to the condition of the disease, observation group were treated by β-sodium aescinate base on control group, 20mg was added to 250mL saline for intravenous drip,one times per day.Continuous used 14d for one treatment courses.Compared the change of vascular endothelial function, Hcy and hs-CRP and clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that of 71.42% in control group (χ2 =11.01,P<0.05).Post-treatment the value of FMD significantly increased, Hcy and hs CRP were significantly decreased both in observation group and control group respectively, which the difference had a statistically significant as compared with Pre-treatment (P<0.05);but, the value of FMD was significantly higher, Hcy and hs CRP was significantly lower in observation group than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion It has a significant β-sodium aescinate clinical effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and FMD are significantly higher, Hcy and hs-CRP are significantly decrease.

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of social support on health self-management skill of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD).Methods Totally 450 elderly CVD patients from three community health service centers in Rencheng district of Jining between January and March 2016 were selected by convenience sampling method and were investigated with social support rating scale (SSRS),adult′s health self-management skill rating scale(AHSMSRS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS).Results The total scores of SSRS,AHSMSRS and SDS for elderly CVD patients were (31.16±5.52),(133.37±17.41),(44.19±7.35);the positive rate of depression was 26.89%,and the social support and health self-management skill of depressive CVD patients were significantly lower than those of non-depressive CVD patients (P<0.01);there was a positive correlation between social support and health self-management skill (P<0.01) and a negative correlation between depression and health self-management skill (P<0.01);the mediation test showed that the mediation effect of social support was 0.1552,and the ratios of mediation effect and direct effect to the total effect were 0.4227 and 0.5773.Conclusions Social support has a significant mediation effect between health self-management skill and depression. Hence,we should enhance social support to elderly CVD patients so as to maintain their physical and psychological health.

Aim To investigate the clinical efficacy and preliminary mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoc-tion combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods A total of 120 pa-tients with TIA admitted to the First People's Hospital of Nanyang from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the re-search subjects and randomly divided into three groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group 1 was given bu-tylphthalide,the control group 2 was given Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoction,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoctionn combined with butylphthalide for 2 months of treatment.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared among the three groups.The ABCD2 scores,national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,and serum biochemical indicators(soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L),lipoprotein-asso-ciated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)),peripheral blood Kelch-like epichlo-rohydrin-related protein-1(Keap1)-nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidant response element(ARE)signa-ling pathway-related protein levels(Keap1,Nrf2,ARE),and hemodynamic indicators(mean blood flow velocity(Vm),mean blood flow volume(Qm),cerebral vascular resistance(R))were compared before treatment and at 1 and 2 months after treatment in the three groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P＞0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ABCD2 scores and NIHSS scores in the three groups showed a significant downward trend after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,and the decrease in observation group was larger than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P＞0.05).Compared with before treatment,sCD40L,Lp-PLA2,and hs-CRP in the three groups showed a significant downward trend after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,and the decrease in observation group was larger than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,Keap1 protein in the three groups showed a significant downward trend after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,and the decrease in observation group was larger than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P＞0.05).Compared with before treatment,the Nrf2 protein and ARE protein in the three groups showed a significant increase trend after 1 month and 2 months of treatment,and the increase amplitude in observation group was larger than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference be-tween the two control groups(P＞0.05).Compared with before treatment,Qm,Vm of the three groups increased and R decreased significantly at 1 month and 2 months after treatment,and the Qm,Vm in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group 1 and control group 2,while R was significantly lower than that in control group 1 and con-trol group 2(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoction combined with butylphthalide is more effective than butylphthalide and Yiqi Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoction alone in treating TIA,can improve neurological function,cerebral hemodynamics,inhibit inflammatory response,and has a certain degree of safety,and its mechanism of action is related to the regulation of Keap1-Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism by which salidroside protects PC12 cells from H2O2-induced apoptosis.Methods PC12 cells cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10％ horse serum and 5％ fetal bovine serum were pretreated with different doses of salidroside for 2 h and then stimulated with H2O2 for different lengths of time.The expression levels of PARP and caspase 3 and the phosphorylation of p38,ERK and JNK were determined with Western blotting.The cell nuclear morphology was observed after DAPI staining.The production of ROS was detected using a ROS detection kit,and the levels of gp91phox and p47phox in the membrane and cytoplasm were detected by membrane-cytoplasm separation experiment;the binding between gp91phox and p47phox was assayed by coimmunoprecipitation experiment.Results Salidroside dose-dependently suppressed cell apoptosis,lowered phosphorylation levels of p38,ERK and JNK,inhibited the production of ROS,reduced the binding between gp91phox and p47phox,and inhibited the activity of NOX2 in PC12 cells exposed to H2O2.Conclusion Salidroside protects PC12 cells from H2O2-induced apoptosis at least partly by suppressing NOX2-ROS-MAPKs signaling pathway.
