OBJECTIVE To reinforce the management of occupational risks among cleaner employec to lower the occurrence of job related exposure.METHODS Set up a survey to estimate the level of the awareness and knowledge among the cleaner employec about job related exposure and protective procedures in the three medical facilities of Yueqing City.RESULTS From 183 cleaner employec,sharp object cuts accounted for 89.6% per year;45.4% of them only had elementary education or less;39.3% of them wore protective gloves voluntarily during daily work.No one followed the hand hygeine procedures.It showed that the contracted cleaning workers had a huge potential occupational risks.CONCLUSIONS Cleaner employec are the weaker point of occupational exposure protection in the hospitals.Enforceing the mandatory immunization and monitoring their occupational risks and exposures can prevent incidence.

To elucidate the mechanism of Pai Pei Tang in combination with mifepristone in termination of early pregnancy, samples of apoblema (5 each) were collected from the Pai Pei Tang group, mifepristone group, Pai Pei Tang and mifepristone group (N = 68) and routine artificial abortion group (N = 22). We found that atrophy of the decidua and chorion was the utmost in the Pai Pei Tang and mifepristone group under the electron microscope. The result suggested that Pai Pei Tang could induce degenerative and atrophic changes in the decidua and affect the chorion directly.

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injection in our hospital from 2005 to 2009.METHODS:The utilization of TCM injection used in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS:The mean annual incremental rate of the consumption sum of TCM injection in our hospital reached 24.89%.TCM injection for blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving dominated the first places in the lists of consumption sum and DDD for 5 years.TCM injection for anti-tumor took up the leading place in the list of DDC.More than 80% of TCM injection were medica1 insurance drug and new rural cooperative medicare drugs.CONCLUSION:The utilization of TCM injection in our hospital is reasonable and increase year by year.TCM injection with suitable price and extract efficacy take up a big proportion in the clinical application.It should be strengthened to adopt TCM injection reasonably.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of growth hormone (GH) on the erectile function and the number of nNOS-containing nerve fibers in internal iliac arterial ligation rats.

METHODSThirty-six mature male Wistar rats were randomized into 3 groups: GH intervention group, internal iliac arterial ligation group and sham operation group. After four weeks and eight weeks of treatment, one jalf of the rats of each group were selected respectively and tested for erectile function and then sacrificed for the detection of nNOS-containing nerve fibers by streptaridin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry techniques(SP method).

RESULTSAfter four weeks, the erection frequency and the number of nNOS-containing never fibers in the sham operation group significantly increased compared with the other two groups, which showed no significant difference(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in erection rate among the three groups. After eight weeks, the number of nNOS-containing never fibers in corpus carvosum in the internal iliac arterial ligation group decreased compared with the other two groups, between which there was no significant difference. And there was no significant difference in erection frequency and erection rate among the three groups.

CONCLUSIONGrowth hormone can improve erectile function of internal iliac arterial ligation rats, which can be explained by the increase in the number of nNOS-containing never fibers in corpus carvosum of rats.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of early bundle therapy in patients with septic shock after per‐cutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) .Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted patients with septic shock after PCNL ad‐mitted to the central ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital ,University of South China from January 1st ,2011 to september 30 ,2013 . The patients were divided into non‐bundle therapy group and bundle therapy group according to whether treated by early bundle therapy .the APACHE‐Ⅱscore and SOFA score in the before and 1 ,3 ,7 d after treatment ,mortality rate within 28 d and length of ICU were compared with both groups .Results 54 patients were enrolled in the study ,there were 28 and 26 patients in non‐bundle therapy group and bundle therapy group ,respectively .The clinical data of patients in both groups had no significant difference be‐tween the groups ,all P>0 .05 .Compared with the patients in non‐bundle therapy group ,the APACHE‐Ⅱscore and SOFA score in 1 ,3 ,7 d after treatment significantly decreased in bundle therapy group ,all P<0 .05 .mortality rate in bundle therapy group and non‐bundle therapy group were 15 .38% and 35 .71% ,respectively ,P<0 .05 ;and length of ICU were(9 .04 ± 4 .48)d and(7 .00 ± 2 .32)d ,respectively ,P<0 .05 .Conclusion Early bundle therapy can effectively alleviate the severity of the disease and reduce mor‐tality of patients with septic shock after PCNL .

To explore the relationships between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitutional types and overweight or obesity so as to provide evidence for adjusting constitutional bias and preventing and treating obesity.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of psoralen plus ultraviolet-A light (PUVA) on K562 cells and the relative mechanism. METHODS: The effects of psoralen, ultraviolet-A light and PUVA on K562 cells were assayed by monotetrazolium test (MTT). DNA content was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The apoptotic rates of K562 cells treated with 40 and 80 microg/ml psoralen for 24 and 48 hours were assayed by Annexin-V-FITC/PI reagent kit on FCM respectively. The ultrastructures of apoptotic cells were observed by a transmission electron microscope (TEM). RESULTS: Either single psoralen therapy or single ultraviolet-A irradiation had inhibiting effect on K562 cells. The inhibiting effect of PUVA on K562 cells was stronger than that of the single psoralen therapy or single ultraviolet-A light irradiation (P<0.05). Apoptotic peak (AP) was detected by FCM. TEM test showed that K562 cells treated with PUVA were smaller, having condensed cell nucleus, assembled chromatin, disintegrated nucleus body and the majority of the cells appeared to be apoptotic conformation. CONCLUSION: Psoralen has inhibiting effect on K562 cells, and the effect of PUVA is more significant. It is suggested that 10 min irradiation and 40 microg/ml terminal concentration of psoralen be probably the best choice for PUVA. The inhibiting effect of PUVA is due to apoptosis.

Starting from the clinical practice,this paper considers the common used syndrome typing in current of zang-fu differentiation are basic syndromes. It is too general,weak in pertinency and inconvenient for the clinical application. Therefore,we provide the new assumption about the detailed typing of zang-fu differentiation,and expatiate its concept,principle,basis and significance. Through these,TCM syndrome differentiation system can be expanded in some sense. The paper also provides a new way for building an objective and standard TCM system.

200 papers on nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated with Chinese medicine were retrieved and 38 papers with complete diagnostic criteria and medical statistics were included for study. The results showed acupuncture, massage, and herbal therapy were three common methods and have their own advantage, but systemic, standardized and normative treatment program was lack. In the meantime of treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis, prevention should also be paid attention. The treatment, prevention and exercise on the whole therapeutic idea should be established, which has far-reaching significance.
