OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of Aidi injection combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. METHODS:100 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were ran-domly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with Tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium cap-sule,body surface area<1.25 m2,40 mg;while body surface area ≥1.25-<1.50 m2,50 mg and >1.50 m2,60 mg,it was orally tak-en after breakfast and dinner d1-28,the drug was stopped for 14 d after 28 d treatment+oxaliplatin 85-130 mg/m2 adding into 500 ml of 5% Glucose injection by intravenous infusion for 2 h. Observation group was additionally treated with Aidi injection 100 ml add-ing into 500 ml of 5% Glucose injection by intravenous infusion,once a day,d1-7,which was repeated every 14 d and was twice. The clinical efficacy,toxicity reactions,improvement of life quality and one-year survival rates in the two groups were observed. RESULTS:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups (P>0.05). The improve-ment rate of life quality and one-year survival rate in the observation group were significantly higher than control group,the inci-dence rates of granulocytopenia,platelet decline,oral ulcer and peripheral neurotoxicity in observation group were significantly low-er than control group, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The life qnality and one-year surviral rate of Aidi injection combined with oxaliplatin and tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium is better than only oxalipl-atin combined with tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,with better safety.

Objective.To observation the change of thyrohyoid muscle(THM)after recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN)has been cutting off.The animal experimental results were reported.Method.The animal experimental model of RLN paralytic was completed in 9 dogs.The specimens of THM were treated by histochemiscal staining after 2,4,6,8,10,20 day operation respectively and the diameter and areas of three types muscle fibers were determined by microscope.Results.The diameters and areas about 3 types muscle fibers of THM descended after operation,the value of them reached the minimum simutaneously,then recovered step by step.Conclusion.The changes of THM was related to operative trauma and nutrition disorder probably,while it was not related to RLN cutting.

Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Methods Between September 2015 and May 2016,patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis indicated for surgery were evaluate.Selective hemihepatic inflow inclusion or non-selective hepatic inflow inclusion was adopted to control the bleeding.Laparoscopic multifuctional operative dissector (LPMOD) was applied for liver parenchymal transection.Laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy was applied for hepatic cystic echinococcosis in eight cases,including one case of mesohepatectomy,two cases of right posterior sectionectomy,two cases of right partial hepatectomy,one case of left hepatectomy,one case of left lateral sectionectomy and one case of cystectomy in the left hepatic lobe.Results 8 patients received laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Seven cases were performed totally laparoscopically and one case required a conversion.The maximum size of the lesion was 10 cm.Operating time was 150-260 min (mean,200 ± 35);Blood loss was 100-1 000 ml (313 ±290).One patient received intraoperative transfusion.Postoperative hospital stay was 6-9 days (mean,7.6 ± 1.3).One patient developed postoperative pleural effusion that resolved after medical treatment.One patient developed biliary leak in postoperative five days and recovered after drainage for twelve days.No remaining cavity infection,postoperative abdominal bleeding,liver failure occurred.No hospital death occurred.Conclusions Laparoscopic hepatectomy and cystectomy for hepatic cystic echinococcosis is technically safe and feasible.

The paper is to report the establishment of a method of characteristic figure analysis for the quality control of Panacis Quinquefolii Radix. Application of HPLC-UV-ELSD techniques was connected in series and applied. The separation was carried out on the Agilent Extend-C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) column. The mobile phase consisted of water and acetonitrile with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL x min(-1) and the wavelength of measurement was 203 nm. The temperature of drift tube was maintained at 106.5 degrees C and the flow rate of air was set at 2.9 L x min(-1). Twenty batches of the Panacis Quinquefolii Radix were determined. Hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were applied to study on the HPLC characteristic figure and chemical pattern recognition. The HPLC-UV and HPLC-ELSD characteristic figure of Panacis Quinquefolii Radix was developed, the ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd and the pseudoginsenoside F11 were identified. This method is accurate and reliable, and it can be used to control the quality of the Panacis Quinquefolii Radix.

To study the mechanism of therapeutie effect of compound "Huang Dai" tablet in acute promyelocytic leukemia, twenty one patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia were treated with compound "Huang Dai" tablet. Bone marrow cells of the patients were collected before treatment and after treatment, and membrane differentiating antigen (CD33 and CD11b), cell cycle and the apoptosis correlative protein(Fas and Apo 2.7 )were detected with flow cytometry. Results showed that the expression of CD33 was decreased and that of CD11b increased, G 2 /M phase of cell cycle was blocked, and the expressions of Fas and Apo 2.7 protein were increased significantly in all patents after treatment with compound "Huang Dai" tablet. These results suggested that the mechanism of therapeutic effect of compound "Huang Dai" tablet in acute promyelocytic leukemia was induction of both differentiation and apoptosis of leukemic cells, and cell apoptosis might be related to Fas and Apo2.7 protein.

Objective To investigate the effect of early life stress on the locomotion and concentration of corticosterone in peripheral blood in adult rats.Methods Maternal deprivation and isolation were used in the model of early life stress. Chronic stress was used in adult rats.Open field test was used for the measurement of locomotion activity. ELISA was used to measure the concentration of corticosterone in peripheral blood.Results The total activity time of locomotion[(296.96±6.63)s, (291.06±8.40)s;P＜0.01] and the concentration of corticosterone [(15.51±2.41)nmol/L,(11.27±2.49)nmol/L;P＜0.05]were increased in adult rats by maternal deprivation. The total activity distance [(23231.29±2030.35)mm,(14042.81.06±2875.34)mm;P＜0.05] and time[(296.39±3.48)s,(259.18±4.71)s;P＜0.01]were increased after chronic stress which was used in adult rats in which maternal deprivation were used before. The concentration of corticosterone[(20.60±1.83)nmol/L,(14.49±1.37)nmol/L;P＜0.01]was also increased in the same condition.Conclusions The concentration of corticosterone and locomotion activity of adult rats can be increased by early life stress. The reaction of HPA axis for chronic stress was improved by early life stress.

Methods The data of 2 500 children suffering from hoarseness were analyzed with electronic [aryngofiberscopy retrospectively. Results There were 1 746 males and 754 females. The top 5 causes of hoarseness were vocal cord nodules(44.2%, 1 105 cases), vocal hypertrophy (38.2% ,955cases), acute and subacute laryngitis (6.5 %, 163cases), the paralysis of vocal cord(6.82 %, 141cases), and laryngeal papilloma(1.6 %, 40cases). These five diseases were common in children with hoarseness with 2 404 out of 2 500. 37.12% of the children were under school ages as the largest age group and the ratio of male and female was 2.32 : 1. The top five diseases were statisti-cally distributed in different age groups (P<0.01) . Conclusion The main causes of hoarseness were different in different age groups. The preschoolers made up the largest group (928/2 500), showing the greatest incidence of hoarseness in children . The incidence for male patients was higher than female and the vocal cord nodules was the top disease (1 105/2 500 cases,44.2%). Hoarseness in children was different from that of adults so that to under-stand the characteristics of this disorder in children will be beneficial to the proper diagnosis and effective treatment.

Objective To select an efficient ion exchange resin to purify the 60Co contaminated well-water for storing radioactive source and to ensure the radioactivity of 60Co in treated well-water below 10 Bq/L.Methods The radioactivity of 60Co in the water samples was measured by using the potassium cobaltinitrite coprecipitation-β counting method.The treatment efficiencies of two different ion exchange resins for the simulated 60Co-bearing waste water were compared to select a better one to dispose of the 60Co contaminated well-water.Results The treatment efficiency of MBD-15-SC mixed ion exchange resin was about 5.8 times higher than ZGCNR50 strong-acid cation exchange resin.The radioactivity of 60Co in the contaminated well-water could be reduced from 4.16 × 105 Bq/L to 1.16 Bq/L by two-stage sorption of MBD-15-SC mixed ion exchange resin.Conclusions Using several times of two-stage MBD-15-SC mixed ion exchange resin could effectively purify the 60Co contaminated well-water.The quality of the treated well-water could meet the sewage discharge standards.

Objective To study and establish the GC fingerprint of Rhizoma Ligustici from Suichuan to guide the standardization of planting Rhizoma Ligustici. MethodsTen batches of volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation, then separated by capillary gas chromatography and determined by GC/MS. ResultsThe similarity of ten batches of Rhizoma Ligustici from Suichuan is higher, all samples contain derivatives of phthalides and allyl-benzene. ConclusionThe method is reliable, accurate and can be used to evaluate the quality of Suichuan Rhizoma Ligustici and guide the planting.
