1.Observation of thyrohyoid muscle change after cutting the recurrent laryngeal nerve in dog
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2001;8(1):48-51
Objective. To observation the change of thyrohyoid muscle(THM)after recurrent laryngeal nerve(RLN)has been cutting off.The animal experimental results were reported.Method.The animal experimental model of RLN paralytic was completed in 9 dogs. The specimens of THM were treated by histochemiscal staining after 2,4,6,8,10,20 day operation respectively and the diameter and areas of three types muscle fibers were determined by microscope.Results.The diameters and areas about 3 types muscle fibers of THM descended after operation, the value of them reached the minimum simutaneously, then recovered step by step.Conclusion.The changes of THM was related to operative trauma and nutrition disorder probably, while it was not related to RLN cutting.
2.Acoustic Analysis of Voice Following Different Phonation Conditions in Children
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1997;0(04):-
Objective To assess voice parametric characteristics of normal children in different age?sex?and phonation conditions. Methods Voice data of 240 children were collected and analyzed with Dr. Speech software. Acoustic signal data were measured in three phonation conditions: the lowest modal voice, natural voice, the highest modal voice. Results Perturbations and normalized noise energy from the highest value to the lowest one by one were that of the lowest modal voice, natural voice, the highest modal voice. The sequences of standard deviation of fundamental frequency were that of the highest modal voice, the lowest modal voice, natural voice. Conclusion The voice quality of normal children had distinctive characteristics in different phonation conditions.
3.Protective Effect of Different Extraction Samples from Salvia miltiorrhiza Decoction against Acute Myocar-dial Ischemia Model Mice
China Pharmacy 2016;27(7):913-915
OBJECTIVE:To observe the protective effect of different extraction samples from Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction on acute myocardial ischemia model mice. METHODS:96 mice were randomized into blank control group (normal saline),model group(normal saline),positive drug group [Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet,4.6 mg(crude drug)/(kg·d)],high-dose,medi-um-dose and low-dose groups of water extract, supercritical CO2 extract and supercritical CO2 extract+dregs water extract [24,12, 6 mg(crude drug)/(kg·d)],with 8 mice in each group,12 groups in total. They were given medicine intragastrically once a day. On sixth day,30 min after giving drugs, those groups were given isoprenaline 20 mg/kg,ih,to induce myocardial ischemia model except for blank control group, once a day,for consecutive 3 d. Electrocardiogram ST segment variation of mice were observed. The times and duration of buccal respiration were observed after rapid decapitation, and the activities of CK and LDH in serum were determined. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group, electrocardiogram ST segment and the activity of CK and LDH increased in model group, while the times and duration of buccal respiration after rapid decapitation reduced(P<0.01);compared with model group, above indicators of medication groups had been improved (P<0.01),and were positively correlated to drug concentration;the indicators of supercritical CO2 extract+dregs water extract group were most close to those of blank control group. CONCLUSIONS:Different extraction samples from Saliva miltiorrhiza decoction all have protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia model mice, and the protective effect of supercritical CO2 extracting+dregs water extracting sample of Salvia Miltiorrhiza decoction is best.

Object To investigate the chemical constituents of Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk Methods Compounds of 95% alcohol extract from the stem of S inappendiculata were isolated by column chromatography and Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography, respectively The structures of the compounds were elucidated by chemical and spectral (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR adn 13 CNMR) analyses Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as: 4, 4′ dimethyl 1, 7 heptanedioic acid (Ⅰ), inositol (Ⅱ), stigmasterol (Ⅲ), vittadinoside (Ⅳ), rhamnose (Ⅴ), sucrose (Ⅵ) Conclusion For the first time, compound Ⅰ was obtained from the plant and other compounds were isolated from Securidaca Mill

Objective To explore the effects of psoralen (PSO) and long wave ultraviolet A (PUVA) on apoptosis and expression of Fas in HL-60,K562 and NB4 leukemia cells. Methods The cells were incubated with PSO in different concentrations irradiated with or without UVA.The changes of ultrastructure of cells were observed under the electron microscope. The expression of Fas gene was detected by fluorescent quantitation PCR.The apoptosis ratio and the expression of Fas protein were detected through the flow cytometry. The factorial design and analysis of variance were used to analyze the interaction among the factors. Results There were obvious ultrastructure changes about apoptosis in leukemia cells after treated with PUVA.PSO,UVA and PUVA all increased the apoptosis ratio and expression of Fas gene and protein, and the effects of PUVA were stronger than the other two (P
