1.Clinical pharmacokinetics of intravenous propofol

In order to investigate the pharmacokinetics of propofol, 8 adult patients, ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, scheduled for elective operation under general anesthesia,served as the subjects. After the injection bolus of propofol 2mg?kg~_(-1) was given, the venous blood samples were taken at various times to measure the plasma concentrations of propofol by high performance liquid chromatography. The data were analysed using PKBP-NI program. The results showed that the disposition of propofol was mathematically described by three compartment open motile, the distribution was rapid and extensive with slow balance among three compartments,and the eliminative duration was short. It is indicated that propofol is applicable for both induction and maintenance of anesthesia.
2.Characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated by diabetes mellitus in Quzhou City

Objective:
To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated by diabetes mellitus (PTB-DM), so as to provide insights into PTB-DM control.
Methods:
The data pertaining to PTB cases in Quzhou City from 2016 to 2020 were extracted from Tuberculosis Information Management System of Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System. The demographic features, diagnosis and treatment of PTB-DM patients were descriptively analyzed, and compared with PTB patients.
Results:
The incidence of PTB-DM was 6.79/105 to 9.27/105 in Quzhou City from 2016 to 2020, with an annual increase rate of 8.09%. Among all PTB-DM patients, there were 674 men (76.94%), 620 cases at ages of 60 years and older (70.78%), 564 cases living in urban areas (64.38%), 619 farmers (70.66%), 537 cases with delay in healthcare-seeking (61.30%), 802 treatment-naïve cases (91.55%), 547 cases positive for pathogenic tests (62.44%), 11 cases with rifampicin resistance (1.26%), 695 cases with negative conversion of sputum smears 2 months post-treatment (79.34%), and 783 cases with successful treatment (89.38%). The proportions of men, ages of 60 years and older, living in urban areas, farmers, delay in healthcare-seeking, positive pathogenic tests and rifampicin resistance were significantly higher among PTB-DM patients than among PTB patients, and the negative conversion rate of sputum smears 2 months post-treatment was significantly lower among PTB-DM patients than among PTB patients (all P<0.05).
Conclusions
The incidence of PTB-DM increased year by year in Quzhou City from 2016 to 2020, and PTB-DM cases were predominantly found among elderly men. The proportion of delay in healthcare-seeking, positive pathogenic tests and rifampicin resistance was higher among PTB-DM patients than among PTB patients.
3.A genetic case study of neurofibromatosis type 1-microdeletion syndrome caused by atypical 17q11.2 microdeletion.

OBJECTIVE:
To provide appropriate treatment strategy and precise genetic counseling through studying the phenotype and genotype of a patient featuring learning difficulty and abnormal gait.
METHODS:
Detailed history taking, physical examination and auxiliary examination (including neuropsychological evaluation, brain imaging and skeletal system X ray) were conducted. The patient was also analyzed by whole exome sequencing, G banding karyotyping and array-based comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH). Multiples ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) was applied to his parents to determine the origin of genomic variation.
RESULTS:
In addition to obvious dermatological manifestation (Cafe-au-Lait spots), the patient also had facial abnormalities, ocular disorders, skeletal malformations, neurological manifestations, psychiatric and behavioral abnormalities. Whole exome sequencing and G banding karyotyping were both negative. aCGH has identified a microdeletion at 17q11.2, which encompassed the NF1 and neighboring genes. Neither parents has carried the same microdeletion by MLPA analysis.
CONCLUSION
The patient had a de novo 17q11.2 microdeletion, which probably accounted for his neurofibromatosis type 1-microdeletion syndrome phenotype.
4.Trend analysis of drinking behavior among middle school students in Quzhou during 2012 to 2022

Objective:
To understand prevalence and trend of drinking behavior among middle school students in Quzhou during 2012 to 2022, and to provide a basis for formulating scientific and effective intervention measures for adolescent drinking.
Methods:
By using stratified cluster sampling method, a questionnaire survey using Zhejiang adolescent health related behavior questionnaire was conducted anonymously in selected classes in May 2012, 2017 and 2022, respectively. Changes of drinking behavior of middle school students in different years were analyzed.
Results:
The prevalence of ever drinking, current drinking and drunkenness among middle school students in Quzhou decreased from 58.05%, 22.70% and 21.25% in 2012 to 41.83%, 15.35% and 11.54% in 2022, respectively ( χ 2 trend =82.69, 30.00,58.24, P <0.01). In the past 30 days, 66.67% of students reported drinking 1-2 days, the proportion of drinking for 3-5 days increased from 16.36% in 2012 to 26.19% in 2022, the proportion of drinking for 6-19 days decreased from 13.03% in 2012 to 3.40% in 2022. The proportion of buying alcohol increased from 22.12% in 2012 to 35.03% in 2022. The results of the three surveys showed that, now drinking rates, drinking rates, Male students (27.88%,23.96%,18.75%;24.69%,17.44%,13.75%) was higher than the girls (17.60%,17.25%,11.31%;17.87%,10.61%,8.91%), non ordinary high schools (33.96%,34.69%,22.77%;33.65%,23.91%,19.49%) were higher than ordinary high schools (25.82%,18.80%, 12.62 %;25.82%,17.35%,9.94%) and junior middle school (16.53%,15.83%,12.22%;13.93%,8.47%,7.35%).
Conclusion
Progress in adolescent drinking control is being made in Quzhou, with the prevalence of ever drinking, current drinking and drunkenness significantly decreased. It is necessary to strengthen the control of drinking behavior among middle school students from the aspects of school, family and society, especially for boys and students in non ordinary high school students.

"The Expert Group on Tumor Ablation Therapy of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, The Tumor Ablation Committee of Chinese College of Interventionalists, The Society of Tumor Ablation Therapy of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and The Ablation Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology" have organized multidisciplinary experts to formulate the consensus for thermal ablation of pulmonary subsolid nodules or ground-glass nodule (GGN). The expert consensus reviews current literatures and provides clinical practices for thermal ablation of GGN. The main contents include: (1) clinical evaluation of GGN, (2) procedures, indications, contraindications, outcomes evaluation and related complications of thermal ablation for GGN and (3) future development directions.
