Objective: To identify the related psychosocial risk factors of emotional disorders in children. Methods:To use case-control approach in which. Diagnosis was made by clinical interview according to ICD-10 criteria. Eighty eight cases and controls separately filled out general condition inventory. The results were put into Logistic regression model for analysis. Results: The children with timid personality, without kindergarten education, or with parents who were administrative or technical personnel, were apt to have emotional disorders. The children who were usually counseled by their mothers had less emotional disorders than those were beaten. Conclusion: The emotional disorders were the results of multiple factors. Prevention of children's emotional disorders should be focused on the children's personality and family education.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects and safety of atorvastatin combined with probucol on the vascular elasticity in patienits with hypertension. METHODS:246 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,123 cases in each group. All patients received conventional antigypertensive treatment, based on it,control group was given 10 mg Atorvastatin tablet,qd;observation group was additionally given 0.25 g Probucol tablet,qd,on the basis of control group. They were treated for 1 year. Clinical efficacy, lipid levels(total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol),cystatin C (Cys-C),C-reactive protein (CRP),elastic parameters of common carotid artery and lower limb artery(stiffness,pressure-strain elastic modulus, compliance, augmentation index, pulse wave velocity)before and af-ter treatment in 2 groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared. RESULTS:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in lipid levels,Cys-C,CRP and elastic parameters of common carotid artery and lower between 2 groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the above-mentioned indexes were significantly improved, and the improvement degree in ob-servation group was superior to control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). And there were no severe ad-verse reactions during treatment in both 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Atorvastatin combined with probucol can improve lipid level and elasticity of common carotid artery and lower limb artery, with good safety.

AIM To investigate the effects of Tongluo Xingnao Effervescent Tablets (Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae sinensis Radix and Scutellariae Radix) on the learning and memory function in SAMP8 mice, and improvements in cognitive function.METHODS Morris water maze was used to evaluate the change of cognitive function in SAMP8 mice after they were treated with Tongluo Xingnao Effervescent Tablets for 60 d,and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the concentration of protein carbonyls (PC),the ratio of NAD +/NADH in brain tissue were detected by ELISA,the expression of Nampt,SIRT1 and FOXO3 in hippocampus were measured with immunohistochemical methods.RESULTS Tongluo Xingnao Effervescent Tablets shortened escape latency and obviously increased percentage of time in target quadrant in hidden platform test and increased the times entering the target quadrant in spatial probe test in SAMP8 mice.It evidently enhanced the activity of SOD,the ratio of NAD +/NADH and distinctly decreased the protein carbonyls level. Moreover,Tongluo Xingnao Effervescent Tablets could markedly up-regulate the expression of Nampt and SIRT1,but evidently down-regulate FOXO3 protein expression.CONCLUSION The experimental data show that Tongluo Xingnao Effervescent Tablets can enhance the cognitive function of SAMP8 through regulating Nampt/SIRT1/FOXO3 signal pathway.

Objective To explore the relationship between intrahepatic expression of interleukin-17 (IL-17) and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection. Methods IL-17 expressions in livers with different inflammation activity grades and hepatic fibrosis stages from patients with chronic hepatitis B virus carriers (n= 30), chronic hepatitis B (CHB, n = 55), liver cirrhosis (LC, n=20) were measured by immunohistochemistry. Serum IL-17 and liver fibrosis indices of haluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ ) and type Ⅳ collagen ( Ⅳ C) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The differences between groups were compared by Kruskal-Wallis test, and the Mann-Whitney test, and the correlation analysis was done by Spearman test. Results Intrahepatic IL-17 expression in LC group was significantly higher than CHB group (x2 =25. 3982, P=0. 004), and that in CHB group was higher than chronic hepatitis B virus carriers group (x2 = 11. 5056, P= 0. 001). The inflammation activity grade and hepatic fibrosis stage were both positively correlated with IL-17 expression (r= 0.718, 0. 693, respectively; both P<0.01). IL-17 mainly located in portal area and the expression was positively correlated with serum levels of HA, LN, PCⅢ and ⅣC (r=0. 793, 0. 834, 0. 722, 0. 883, respectively; all P<0.01).Conclusion Intrahepatic IL-17 expression is closely correlated with liver inflammation activity grade and hepatic fibrosis stage.
