4.Impact of China's WTO entry on the domestic medical industry and countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
With Chinas accession to the WTO, implementation of the intellectual property agreement, exemptions and reductions of tariff and cancellation of non tariff barriers, and execution of the general agreement on services and trades will exert a widespread impact on the domestic medical market. Reform of the medical and health system will become extremely urgent; competition in the market of medical services will grow increasingly fierce; management of human resources will find itself in a dilemma; and supervision and control of the medical market will turn more difficult. A thorough study of the opportunities and challenges confronting the medical industry after Chinas WTO entry will, therefore, contribute to a better understanding of the reality and adequate preparation for the challenges. It is imperative to establish the idea of lifelong learning, to always remember that "development is a golden principle"; to set up the commanding elevation of talents in the 21 st century; to speed up innovations in medical technology; and to construct a modern hospital management system.
5.Proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells regulated by NO/PKG mediated via Ca~(2+)/calcineurin signaling pathway
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To study the regulation of VSMC proliferation by NO/PKG via modulating intracellular Ca~(2+)/calcineurin(CaN) signaling pathway. Methods Primary VSMCs from rat aorta were used as the experimental model.CaN protein and its activity were assayed using immunoblotting and free inorganic phosphate content analysis respectively.Growth and viability of cells were determined by MTT assay and acridine orange and ethidium bromide staining. Results The addition of SNAP and Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS decrease absorbance of cells stimulated by phenylephrine(PE),whereas the addition of Rp-8-pCPT-cGMPS increases it.In SMCs p retreated with Ver,absorbance of cells stimulated by PE decreased and was further inhibited by the additional treatment of SNAP and Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS.In SMCs pretreated with CsA,absorbance of cells stimulated by PE decrease, but it can not be further altered by the additional treatment of SNAP,Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS and Rp-8-pCPT-cGMPS.Moreover,expression and activities of CaN induced by PE is inhibited by SNAP and Sp-8-pCPT-cGMPS.Conclusion NO/PKG inhibits the proliferation of vascular SMCs without decreasing cell survival rate, which is mediated via intracellular Ca~(2+)/CaN signaling pathway.
6.Progress on Optical Probes for Hydrogen Sulfate Anion Sensing
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(8):1248-1257
The hydrogen sulfate plays an important role in biological and environmental areas and can contaminate the environment, which will cause harm to human body. Thus it is of primary importance to detect hydrogen sulfate with high selectivity and sensitivity.Among these methods for detection of hydrogen sulfate, the optical chemosensor based on molecular recognition is desirable with unique advantage.Anions optical sensing systems are predominantly attractive due to their simplicity, high degree of specificity, low detection limits, easy on-line analysis and especial colorimetric recognition and in situ detection.Herein, the progress during the last decades of optical chemosensors and probes for hydrogen sulfate based on the recognizing mechanism is summarized. The further research orientations are also prospected.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(12):-
In light of the emergence and development of the idea of people oriented management, the paper discusses the cultural pathways for people oriented management. People oriented management is a must for the progress of advanced culture; hospital culture is in essence people oriented culture; hospital culture and people oriented management are intrinsically unified; and cultural strength constitutes the hospital's perpetual competitiveness. For this reason, it is imperative to pinpoint the intrinsic demands of hospital culture and people oriented management so as to enhance the hospital's credibility and competitiveness. The following steps can be taken: ①identifying common objectives; ②fostering and upholding the hospital spirit; ③cultivating the idea of people oriented services; ④developing a "learning type" hospital; and ⑤making full use of the human resources on the basis of the "four respects".

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(4):583-588
BACKGROUND: Scoliosis is a complex three-dimensional plane deformity, including lateral bending on the coronal plane, before physiological kyphosis reduction or increase in the sagittal plane, the rotational deformity of the spine in the axial plane. The method of ful decompression, maximum reconstruction of spinal balance in coronal and sagittal plane, long-segmental fixation and short-segmental fusion is the more ideal orthopedic method for degenerative scoliosis. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of scoliosis fixation system. METHODS: The articles about scoliosis fixation system were retrieved from PubMed database, Chinese Journal Ful -text database from 1999 to 2015 by the first author using computer. “Scoliosis, Internal Fixation, Three-dimensional Correction” were taken as the search terms in English and Chinese. Total y 163 relevant articles were retrieved, and eventual y 34 articles met the inclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: With the development of fixation materials, the spinal fixation system which was designed based on three-dimensional orthopedic concept of spine is a dynamical y developed system. The goal is to restore the balance of spine in three dimensions as comprehensive as possible. At present, the general spinal system within very broad application includes TSRH spinal fixation system, ISOLA spinal internal fixation system, Moss Miami spinal fixation system, CD Horizon spinal internal system and China Great Wal spinal fixation system. Spinal fixation system possesses three-dimensional orthopedic capability, and can correct the spinal deformity in coronal and sagittal plane, and biomechanics is reasonable, fixed and reliable. Bone grafting material is the key factor of preventing breakage of internal fixation, screw extraction and other complications. Compared with such bone grafting materials made of autologous bone, al ograft bone and xenograft bone, artificial bone can shorten the orthopedic time and reduce the risk of concurrent diseases because of bone grafting, which is the future trend of bone grafting material. Meanwhile, three-dimensional reconstruction has been used in clinical practice, and can develop programs for scoliosis orthopedic treatment, provide imaging reference to ensure the security of internal fixation and also has played a huge role in improving the comprehensive efficacy of spinal internal fixation system.
