OBJECTIVEIn order to accurately reconstruct the acoustic source image, the application of transducer's receiving characteristics in magneto-acoustic tomography with magnetic induction (MAT-MI) is studied.
METHODSThe conductivity phantom model is built, and the magnetic acoustic signals are simulated and the acoustic sources are reconstructed according to the transducer's receiving characteristics.
RESULTSThe reconstructed image of acoustic source is consistent with the topographic shape and size of the phantom model.
CONCLUSIONMAT-MI based on the transducer's characteristics lays the foundation for further study.

OBJECTIVE To study the analytic method for assaying of glutaral concentration by enzyme-labeled device at one time.METHODS Controlled solution of glutaral and sample solution were taken out and kept until the room temperature.Optical density value was detected at 450 nm.Content of sample was calculated by comparison with the known concentration of glutaral.RESULTS In the range of 0.75-2.50%,concentration of glutaral had linear relationship with the optical density value.Reproductive test:relative average error was within 2%,RSD≤2.51%;interference test:oxidation-resistant-sodium nitrite could make the result negative error.0.1% Sodium nitrite could make the test result decrease by 1.5% relatively.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, fast and convenient, with accuracy which has met the requirement of hospital infection monitoring and acceptable interfering range made by additives, which is highly practical.

An improved algorithm of histogram equalization for image enhancement is discussed. After the image containing noises was wavelets transformed, the low frequency wavelet coefficients are equalized, and then all the wavelets are inverse transformed to enhance the image. This improved algorithm of histogram equalization gets a better image enhancement effect by test verification.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic chronic auto-inflammatory disease, characterized by infiltration of inflammatory cells, pannus formation, articular cartilage destruction, and bone matrix destruction. Therefore, improving articular cartilage destruction has an important impact on the treatment of RA. Chinese medicine has a good application effect in improving cartilage destruction of RA due to its characteristics of multiple components, multiple targets, high activity and low side effects. Based on this, the author reviewed relevant literature to summarize the relevant research and mechanism of Chinese medicine and its active components in improving RA cartilage destruction. The results showed that Chinese medicine and its active components can improve RA cartilage destruction by regulating inflammatory factors, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B, Wnt/β- catenin, nuclear factor-κB, mitogen-activated protein kinase, Janus kinase 2/signal transduction and activator of transcription 3/ vascular endothelial growth factor, microRNAs, fibroblastic synovial cells.
