Objective To further confirm the role of lipid-peroxidation caused by oxygen free radicals injury played in the pathogenesis of dilsted cardiomypathy. Methods The superoxide dismutase activities and lipids composi tion of erythrocytes in 18 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 16 healthy controls were measured. Results ① Su peroxide dismutase(SOD) activites of erythrocytes were lower in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) patients than that in healthy controls (P <0. 001). ②The lipids composition of erythrocytes has changed in the DCM patients compared with healthy controls: total lipids changed little (P>0. 05); total phospholipids were lower, but not significantly (P >0.05); total cholesterol increased significantly (P <0. 05). The cholesterol to phospholipids molecular ratio of erythrocyte membrane has increased remarkably (P>0. 05). Conclusion It can be supposed that decreased SOD ac tivities play an important role in the damage of membrane system and the pathogensis of DCM.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(4):510-513
Objective:
The purpose of the current study was to determinate the prevalence of dating violence perpetration and victimization and to examine its relationship with childhood abuse among medical college students.
Methods:
Cluster sampling survey was carried out among 3 727 freshmen and sophomores in two medical colleges from Anhui Province. Information with general demographic variables, childhood abuse and dating violence was obtained. Logistic regression was used to identify the relationship of different types of childhood abuse and dating violence after controlled for confounding factors.
Results:
The rate of dating violence perpetration and victimization was 37.8% and 27.8%, respectively. Female students had higher childhood emotional abuse experience (61.9%) than male students (51.6%), while male students had higher childhood physical and sexual abuse (28.2% and 19.4%) than females (24.3% and 10.5%) (χ2=33.84,6.33,52.97,P<0.01). Results showed that increased dating violence perpetration [OR(95%CI)=1.71(1.48-1.98),1.55(1.33-1.82),1.75(1.43-2.15)]and victimization [OR(95%CI)=1.84(1.43-2.16),1.59(1.34-1.87),1.62(1.32-2.00)](P<0.01) among individuals with physical, emotional and sexual abuse after controlling for confounding variables. No gender difference was found within other groups in the relationship between childhood abuse and dating violence(P>0.05).
Conclusion
Childhood abuse experiences are associated with higher risk of dating violence perpetration and victimization among college students. Reducing childhood abuse is beneficial to the prevention and control of dating violence among medical college students.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2019;40(9):533-538
Objective:
The epidemiological investigation of donor infection and the investigation of donor-derived infection(DDI)events in kidney transplantation to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of donor infection and donor-derived infection events.
Methods:
We retrospectively reviewed 170 donors and corresponding 316 kidney recipients between January 2014 with December 2017, pre-harvest blood, sputum, urine positive and negative culture were systematically recorded. We also collected donors/recipients demographics, transplant characteristics and recipients infection data within one month and focused on patient data of DDI events. Outcomes were followed up 6 months after surgery.
Results:
Infection rate in 170 donors was 67.6 %, the positive rate of Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and fungal were 48.3 %, 41.2 % and 10.4 %. Nine of 170 donors were DDI(5.29 %). Positive blood culture, urine culture and donor age were independent risk factors for DDI.
Conclusions
The incidence of donor infection is high. Although a few DDI events occur, the survival rate decreased. The positive blood culture and urine culture were important risk factors for the occurrence of DDI events. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the monitoring of some high-risk strains and donors infected by high-risk infection sites.
