1.The mathematical theory of acupoints.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(12):1094-1098
The ancient medical classics were retrieved to explore narrative on acupoints. And the relevant content of legal calendar in Shiji (Historical Records) and Hanshu (History of the Former Han Dynasty) were taken as a reference. The result showed that the total number of acu-points were based on the number of 365 days of a year. And the corrupts can be restored with the theory of numerology. The 59 heat point originated from the phase of moon, while the 57 water points originated from the number or year related with diasters. Although acupoints are considered to be related with numerology, the recognition of hot points and water points are held to be associated with experiential points in clinic.

2.Discussion on the concerns in paediatric drug taste masking technology and evaluation
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(11):3173-3178
Good palatability of pediatric drugs improves the accuracy of dosing and adherence to dosing regimens. Many active pharmaceutical ingredients have an undesirable taste, so effective taste masking methods need to be developed to improve the palatability of pediatric medicines. This article mainly introduces the commonly taste masking techniques and taste evaluation methods, and puts forward suggestions on the concerns and general principles of the pharmaceutical evaluation of taste masking effects based on cases, in order to provide reference for the development of drug taste masking technology in children.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2012;(7):519-521
A questionnaire survey on awareness of child health management was conducted in 238 family members ( 236 were parents) of children aged 0 - 36 months; among whom 92 of children aged 0 to 6 months,85 of children aged 7 to 12 months,33 of children aged 13 to 18 months,16 of children aged 19 to 24 months and 12 of children aged 24 to 36 months.52.1% of the surveyees had college education level. The awareness about medical examination in last half year in female subjects was higher than males ( P < 0.05).There were no differences in other health management knowledge. The results showed that the average times of medical examination was 2.8 ± 1.9 in last half year; the age for supplement of meat in food was 7.4 ± 2.4 mouths; supplement of meat, animal liver and eggs was more than 7 time a week. The subjects with college education or above paid more attention to the children's growth, risk for rickets and anemia than other peoples.Pure breast feeding accounted for only 37.0% (88/238).The study indicates that strengthening the knowledge and awareness is necessary to improve the children health management.
5.Influence of Polysaccharides Removal in Modified Simiao Prescription on Anti- inflammation and Analgesic Action
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To observe the anti- inflammation and analgesic action and anti- urarthritis effect of modified Simiao prescription with polysaccharide removal and thus to screen the effective anti- gout components from modified Simiao prescription. Methods Mouse acetic- acid- induced twisting experiment, mouse xylene- induced auricular swelling experiment, and rat sodium- urate- induced pedal swelling experiment were carried out in this study. Results After the removal of polysaccharides, modified Simiao prescription still kept obvious anti- inflammation and analgesic action and in a dose- effect manner. Conclusion Polysaccharides removal has no influence on the anti- inflammation and analgesic action of modified Simiao prescription .

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2013;29(11):1531-1537
Caveolae are specialized lipid rafts that form flask-shaped invaginations of the plasma membrane. Many researches show that caveolae are involved in cell signaling and transport. Caveolin-1 is the major coat protein essential for the formation of caveolae. Recently, several reports indicated that the other caveolae-associated proteins, Cavins, are required for caveola formation and organization. It's worth noting that Cavin-1 could cooperate with Caveolin-1 to accommodate the structural integrity and function of caveolae. Here, we reviewed that the relationship between Cavins and Caveolins and explore the role of them in regulating caveolae.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(16):-
Objective To study the influence of oral health education and the family nursing intervention on the incidence rate of gingivitis and the enamel decalcifyication for adolescent patients with fixed diorthosis. Methods Divided 146 adolescent patients who had accepted fixed diothosis into the experiment group and the control group randomly, there were 73 cases in the each group. In the experimental group, oral health education and the family nursing intervention were both used for patients and their parents, while in the control group, only traditional nursing methods were used. Compared the incidence rate of complication between the two groups at the 6th and the 12th month after the fixed diorthosis. Results The incidence rate of gingivitis and the enamel decalcifyication in the control group was significant higher than those of in the experiment group. Conclusion Oral health education and the family nursing intervention can effective decline the incidence rate of gingivitis and the enamel decalcifyication for adolescent patients who have accepted the fixed diorthosis.

Objective To observe the effects of soybean isoflavone in attenuating trans fatty acids-induced athero-sclerosis in rats .Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal diet group、trans fatty acids group、soybean isoflavone group and trans fatty acids +soybean isoflavone group .Research kit was used to test the amounts of TG , HDL,LDL and IL-6,TNF-αin rats'blood.Bovine aortic endothelial cells were cultured and divided into control group, trans fatty acids group and trans fatty acids group +soybean isoflavone group .Western blot was performed to test the NF-κB phosphorylation ,as well as to determine ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 protein contents in bovine aortic endo-thelial cells. Results Compared with normal diet group ,the amounts of TG,LDL,IL-6,TNF-αincreased evidently (P<0.05), whereas the amounts of HDL decreased evidently (P<0.05) in the rats'blood of trans fatty acids group . After the soybean isoflavone intervened ,the amounts of TG,LDL,IL-6,TNF-αall decreased (P<0.01), meanwhile the amounts of HDL increased significantly (P<0.01).Soybean isoflavone inhibited NF-κB phosphorylation induced by trans fatty acids ( P<0.01) .The high expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 induced by trans fatty acids was de-creased by soybean isoflavone when comparing with those in the control group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions Soybean isoflavone has a role in attenuating trans fatty acids trans fatty acids-induced atherosclerosis in rats .

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of axial diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) for gliomas grading at 3 .0T MRI , analyze the characteristics of different grades gliomas of axial DTI in order to improve diagnostic accuracy .Methods A retrospec‐tive analysis was performed involving a group of 37 cases of high grade glioma and 26 cases of low grade glioma confirmed by the pathological results in affiliated hospital of Luzhou medical college ,observation analysis was obtained in axial DTI ,peritumoral neu‐rofibrillary was divided into three types :displacement ,interruption and neurofibrillary tangles(NFT) .Results among the 26 cases of low grade glioma ,there were 18 cases of displacement ;8 cases of interruption ,no NFT ;among the 37 cases of high grade glio‐mas ,there were 9 cases of displacement ,21 cases of interruption ,and 7 cases of NFT (1 case of frontal lobe ,6 cases of temporal lobe);ordinal variables rank sum test in two independent samples between high grade glioma group and low grade glioma showed significant differences(Z= -3 .756 ,P<0 .05);χ2 test showed no significant difference(P>0 .05) ,frontal lobe appeared NFT in 1 case ,accounting for 2 .7% (1/37) ,temporal lobe appeared NFT in 6 cases ,accounting for 16 .2% (6/37) .Conclusion Peritumoral neurofibrillary of the low grade gliomas more performed displacement ,the high grade gliomas show more interrupts and NFT at 3 .0T MRI ,NFT in high grade gliomas is often seen in the temporal and frontal lobe .
