[Objective] To explore academic value of Shanghanfenjing. [Methods] In this paper, the comprehensive study on the subject that Wu Yiluo 's lifetime in the Qing Dynasty, in his book, evaluating and analyzing the relevance between Shanghanfenjing and Yu Jiayan's Shanglunpian, evaluate the academic value of theShanghanfenjing. [Results]Shanghanfenjinginherits Yu Jiayan'sShanglunpianacademic ideas, explains in detail the Shanghan-lunprovisions in the exogenous Febrile Diseases, is a popular textbook version of theory on febrile disease. [Conclusion]Shanghanfenjinghas more im-portant research value of theory on exogenous febrile disease,is easy to understand the popularity of reading of exogenous febrile disease ,Wu Yiluo is one of the distinguished medical scientists in the Qing Dynasty.

Objective To explore the effects of Methylprednisolone (MP) on level of monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) expression and macrophages infiltration in early spinal cord injured (SCI) rats. Methods Animal SCI model was established by modified Nystrm method. 72 rats were randomly divided into three groups: SCI group, normal saline control group and MP treatment group. Each group, divided into three subgroups, were sacrificed at 1 d, 3 d, 7 d postinjury. Spinal cord tissues were collected and sections were made to do following examinations: (1)morphological observation by hematoxylin and eosin stain;(2)the expression and distribution of local MCP-1 positive cells, and the infiltration of macrophages by immunohistochemical method. The cell population of different time points were counted and compared. Results MP reduced the proportion of both MCP-1 positive cells and marcrophages in local spinal cord, meanwhile MP elevated the mean density of Olsiwski corpuscle at all time points as compared with those in control group (all P

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and hyperglycemia by analyzing the level of blood-fasting sugar (BFS) in patients with OSAHS. METHODS The data of BFS and AHI in patients with OSAHS (n=300) and the data of BFS of controls (n=225) were collected. The difference of high blood glucose in the OSAHS and the controls.and the difference of AHI between OSAHS patients with high blood glucose and OSAHS patients with normal blood glucose was analyzed. RESULTS There were 97 patients (32.3 %) with high BFS in 300 OSAHS patients, but only 14 cases (6.2 %) with high BFS in 225 controls. There was a significant difference between two groups. The average of AHI in OSAHS patients with high BFS was 67.8/h, and average of AHI in OSAHS patients with normal BFS was 38.4/h. There was a significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION There is a close correlation of OSAHS and hyperglycemia.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between nasal obstruction score, Lund-Mackay score, congestion index and tissue remodeling degree of nasal mucosa in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) and to study the role of diagnosing remodeling.METHODS Forty-three patients with CRS who underwent endoscopic surgery were studied.Congestion index of nasal mucosa was obtained by acoustic rhinometry.Nasal obstruction score was obtained by visual analogue scale.CT score was obtained by Lund-Mackay.The mucosa specimen of uncinate process from nasal cavity of the patients was used to evaluate the fibrosis degree.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS11.5.RESULTS Nasal obstruction and Lund-Mackay score had no correlation with fibrosis degree of mucosa(r=0.77,P=0.40),whereas congestion index of nasal mucosa had a negative correlation with fibrosis degree of mucosa(r=-0.348, P=0.022).CONCLUSION Nasal congestion index can reflect the degree of remodeling in submucosal tissue.Nasal congestion index with obstruction symptoms and CT scan can be used to guide the CRS treatment strategies.

OBJECTIVE:
To determine the inflammatory cells in the mucosa at the medial aspect of the normal uncinate process compared with that on the protected lateral aspect of the normal uncinate process.
METHOD:
The mucosa of 20 uncinate process from the nasal cavity of 17 patients with no evidence of sinus disease undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery were recruited for the study. The material was stained with HE, Chromotrope 2R, Alcian blue-periodic acid-schiff, Toluidine blue. Specimens were observed using an Olympus microscope.
RESULT:
The number of mast cells and goblet cells were found to be higher on the lateral aspect of the normal uncinate process than on the medial aspect. The number of plasma cells was obviously different from that of lymphocytes. We did not found any eosinophils on either sides of uncinate process.
CONCLUSION
There are differences in the number of mast cells and goblet cells between the mucosa at the medial aspect of the normal uncinate process and the mucosa at the protected lateral aspect of the normal uncinate process.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2019;42(10):841-847
Objective:
A label-free electrochemical immunosensor was developed for the detection of nuclear matrix protein-22 (NMP22) as a biomarker of bladder cancer.
Methods:
The study was based on the establishment and validation of the methodology. Urine samples were collected from 20 patients with bladder cancer and 20 controls in the affiliated Hongqi hospital of Mudanjiang medical university from September in 2017 to July in 2019 to validate the developed method. A screen-printed electrode (SPE) was modified with a film of a composite made from the reduced graphene oxide-tetraethylene pentamine (rGO-TEPA) immobilized Zn-based-Metal-organic frameworks deposited with Au nanoparticles (rGO-TEPA@Au-ZIF8). Primary antibody against NMP22 was immobilized on the Au nanoparticles on the surface of the modified SPE, which then was blocked with bovine serum albumin to elimiate nonspecific binding sites. The process of the construction of the proposed sensorwas characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Differential pulse voltammetry was used to evaluate the linear range, recovery, precision, selectivity and stability. The data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test.
Results:
Under optimal conditions, the immunosensor exhibited a linear range of 0.01-1000 ng/mlwith a detection limit of 3.33 pg/ml (S/N=3) and a standard recovery of 97.65%-107.05%. The levels of NMP22 in urine samples from patients with bladder cancer [66.03 (4.34, 91.74)]ng/ml determined by the proposed sensor were significantly higher than those of controls 0.54(0.06, 8.84) ng/ml(
