China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):144-147
Objective:To explore the status and characteristic of psychology for primipara and gravida with second child so as to improve psychological status of them and take them keep positive mentality in whole gestation. Methods: 176 gravidas randomly were selected in this study, and a self-designed questionnaire of psychology was applied to evaluate and compare the psychological status and self-care capacity between primipara and gravida with second child by using method of questionnaire survey. The primipara and gravida with second child were implemented hierarchical management depended on their differently psychological problem, and personalized intervening measurement was adopted to enhance their self-care capacity. Results: The psychological enduring capacity, self-care capacity and the ability of deal with problem about interpersonal relationship of gravidas with second child were obviously better than that of primiparas, while the neglect degree for antenatal care of them was higher than that of primiparas. Conclusion: The whole society should pay attention to the process for gestation of pregnant woman, and give them higher social support so as to promote the maternal and child health and effectively decrease the occurrence rate of delivery risk.

Objective To study the effects of estrogens ( 17α-ethynylestradiol and 17β-estradiol ) on the ATP-sensitive potassium channel ( KATP ) activities in the enzymatically ( collagenase and protease ) isolated ICR mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes using inside-out and cell-attached patch clamp techniques .Methods In the inside-out patch configurations, the two estrogens reduced the K ATP channel activities in a dose-dependent manner at -60 mV holding potential ( HP) .Results The half-maximal inhibitory concentration ( IC50 ) of the 17α-esthynylestradiol and the 17β-estradiol were 0.3μmol/L and 0.1 nmol/L, respectively. However, these agents had no effects on the pinacidil-and DNP-induced KATP channel activities in the cell-attached patch configuration. However, the inhibitory effect of KATP channel activities by the 17-estrogens or the anti-estrogens in the excised inside-out patch configuration were abolished by 1 pmol/L PDBu.Conclusions The results of this study demonstrate that some estrogens decrease the K ATP channel activity acting on the inside of the isolated cardiomyocytes , and play a protective role to cardiomyocytes .

Objective To evaluate the relative quantities of flt-1, KDR, endostatin mRNA in tissue specimens of human hemangioma and great saphfenous vein with the modified reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Methods Total RNA from human specimens by Trizol was reverse-transcribed and amplified by PCR in 4 deffirent tubes containing one of the primer pairs such as flt-1, KDR, endostatin or ?-actin. The target genes and beta-actin PCR products were about 200 bp in length. The ratio of the yield of the target gene PCR product to the beta-actin PCR product could be calculated after 35 cycles of amplification. Results These ratios were correlated positively ( P=0.014,P=0.019) in two groups, but no relationship in endostatine level was observed (P=0.436).Conclusions VEGFR may play a very important role in the pathogenesis of the congenital hemangioma in children. But the endostatin may take little effect on it.

Aim The goal is to make a further comprehension of the pathogenesis of Parkinsons disease (PD) and hence add further knowledge for PD diagnosis by observing the functions of nitric oxide (NO) in striatum (STR). Method Microelectrodes were used to observe the effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), L-glutamic acid (GLU) and ?-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on STR neurons' spontaneous firing rates, and at the same time, we observed the effects of NO on GLU and GABA. Results 77% (51/66) of the tested neurons were excited by SNP, NO synthase inhibitor L-NAME antagonized the excitatory effect of SNP. Duringthe periods of microelectrophoresis GLU and GABA, SNP amplified the excitatory effect of GLU and weakened the inhibitory effect of GABA. L-NAME antagonized the excitatory effect of GLU.Conclusion These results demonstrated clearly that NO, GLU and GABA functions might converge in the same STR neurons. NO and GLU functions are excitatory whereas GABA function is inhibitory on the firing activities in STR neurons.

Objective To quantify the contents of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, chrysim and oroxylinA in the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with different storage time by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS) and determine the stability of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods The LC system consisted of an Agilent Zorbax XDB-C18 column (2. 1 mm×150 mm,3. 5 μm) with acetonitrile and water (0. 1% formic acid) in linear gradient condition. The flow rate was 0. 2 mL·min-1 and the wavelength of detection was 276 nm. The mass spectrometer was operated under the positive ion mode with the ESI source. The precursor-to-product ion pair was 447/271 for baicalin,461/285 for wogonoside,271/123 for baicalein, 285/270 for wogonin, 255/153 for chrysim and 285/270 for oroxylinA, respectively. Results The contents of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, chrysim and oroxylin A had a linear relationship with their peak areas within the ranges of 8. 86-177. 2, 2. 33-46. 5, 2. 6-52. 0, 0. 52-10. 4, 0. 04-0. 8 and 0. 04-0. 8 μg · mL-1 , respectively. The contents of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin, chrysim, and oroxylin A were overall decreased over the first 3 months of storage, but remained relatively stable between 0 and 18 months. Conclusion The results provides basis for the establishment of quality standard.

Objective To study the morphological variations of maxillary sinus and to provide anatomical basis for maxillary posterior teeth implantation and extraction usingcone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan-ning. Methods CBCT images from 403 patients were reviewed. The minimal distance from sinus floor to alveolar ridge wasmeasured and the number of patients with clinical features such as having sinus septum , mucosal thicken-ing and posterior teeth roots extend into maxillary sinus were counted. Results The mean value of the minimal dis-tance from maxillary sinus floor to alveolar ridge was about 8.3 mm, there was no significant statistical difference between sex, but there was a significant statisticalsignificant difference between the left sides and the right sides. Occurrences of sinus septum, mucosal thickening and roots into sinus were 98.6%, 31% (in which 56.3% of mu-cosal thickening were related to apical periodontitis) and 47%. there was no significantstatisticaldifference between the two sides in males females. Conclusions The morphological variations of maxillary sinus are significant. Chron-ic inflammation in maxillary sinuis is closely related to the position of maxillary posterior teeth roots and periapical lesions.
