ObjectiveTo study the transcript atlas of cell immunity-associated genes in 8 liver cell types including hepatocytes, bile duct epithelial cells, oval cells, hepatic stellate cells, sinus endothelial cells, Kupffer cells, pit cells and dendritic cells from the rat regenerating liver. Methods Isolation of rat 8 liver cell types, detection of their genes expression change and the prediction physiological activities were accorded to cluster program, and the methods of bioinformation and systematic biology, and their gene expression patterns were analyzed by Microsoft Excel software. Results A total of 40 blood coagulation-associated genes yielded the meaningful expression changes in liver regeneration. Serpine1, a2m in eight liver cell types, vwf, klkb1 in seven liver cell types other than Kupffer cells, and other genes in the two or more liver cell types yielded the meaningful expression changes. It suggested that the synthesis of kallikrein and prothrombin、the formation of thrombin were enhanced at the priming and progressing phases of liver regeneration. The biological activities, such as fibrin monomer aggregated into fibrin polymers, were elevated at termination phase. Conclusion The rat liver regeneration is closely associated with the blood coagulation.

BACKGROUND: Traditional dialysis membranes are mostly synthesized by organic polymer materials. Although these materials can meet the needs of treatment, the pore size range is large and the microtubules are not uniform, which can cause protein clogging on the dialysis membrane. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the expected therapeutic effect.OBJECTIVE: To study the hemocompatibility of titanium dioxide nanotube bio-dialysis membrane.METHODS: High-strength titanium dioxide nanotube films were prepared by anodic oxidation method, the bottom of the nanotubes was etched by HF gas, and the LLC-PK1 and ECV304 cells were seeded onto the prepared titanium dioxide nanotube array membranes to construct two kinds of titanium dioxide nanotube bio-dialysis membranes. Hemolysis test, dynamic clotting time test and platelet adhesion test were used to determine the hemocompatibility of the prepared titanium dioxide nanotube bio-dialysis membrane.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the hemolysis test, the hemolysis rates of the titanium dioxide nanotube array membranes carrying LLC-PK1 and ECV304 cells were lower than that of the polyurethane material (0.30%, 0.34%,0.56%; P < 0.05). In the dynamic clotting test (20, 40, 70 minutes), the dynamic clotting time of the titanium dioxide nanotube array membranes carrying LLC-PK1 and ECV304 cells were significantly longer compared with the polyurethane material (P < 0.05). In the platelet adhesion test, the platelet adhesion rate showed no significant difference between the polyurethane material and the titanium dioxide nanotube array membranes carrying LLC-PK1 and ECV304 cells (P > 0.05). These findings indicate that the titanium dioxide nanotube bio-dialysis membrane possesses good hemocompatibility.

Aim The goal is to make a further comprehension of the pathogenesis of Parkinsons disease (PD) and hence add further knowledge for PD diagnosis by observing the functions of nitric oxide (NO) in striatum (STR). Method Microelectrodes were used to observe the effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), L-glutamic acid (GLU) and ?-aminobutyric acid (GABA) on STR neurons' spontaneous firing rates, and at the same time, we observed the effects of NO on GLU and GABA. Results 77% (51/66) of the tested neurons were excited by SNP, NO synthase inhibitor L-NAME antagonized the excitatory effect of SNP. Duringthe periods of microelectrophoresis GLU and GABA, SNP amplified the excitatory effect of GLU and weakened the inhibitory effect of GABA. L-NAME antagonized the excitatory effect of GLU.Conclusion These results demonstrated clearly that NO, GLU and GABA functions might converge in the same STR neurons. NO and GLU functions are excitatory whereas GABA function is inhibitory on the firing activities in STR neurons.

Objective To study the morphological variations of maxillary sinus and to provide anatomical basis for maxillary posterior teeth implantation and extraction usingcone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan-ning. Methods CBCT images from 403 patients were reviewed. The minimal distance from sinus floor to alveolar ridge wasmeasured and the number of patients with clinical features such as having sinus septum , mucosal thicken-ing and posterior teeth roots extend into maxillary sinus were counted. Results The mean value of the minimal dis-tance from maxillary sinus floor to alveolar ridge was about 8.3 mm, there was no significant statistical difference between sex, but there was a significant statisticalsignificant difference between the left sides and the right sides. Occurrences of sinus septum, mucosal thickening and roots into sinus were 98.6%, 31% (in which 56.3% of mu-cosal thickening were related to apical periodontitis) and 47%. there was no significantstatisticaldifference between the two sides in males females. Conclusions The morphological variations of maxillary sinus are significant. Chron-ic inflammation in maxillary sinuis is closely related to the position of maxillary posterior teeth roots and periapical lesions.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of superb microvascular imaging ( SM I ) , advanced dynamic flow ( ADF ) and color Doppler flow imaging ( CDFI) in breast microcarcinoma ,and to compare the correlation coefficients between these three indicators and postoperative pathological tumor microvascular density ( M VD ) . Methods A total of 85 patients ( 87 lesions ) with BI‐RADS 4 and the maximum diameter≤1 cm were selected ,of which ,46 lesions were benign ( benign group) and 41 lesions were malignant( malignant group) . All the patients and the corresponding lesions were examined by SM I , ADF and CDFI . Blood flow grading was performed on the images using Adler grade of blood flow ,and the difference of blood flow among the 3 methods was compared . T he expression level of M VD in pathological tumor tissues was detected and analyzed for its correlation with Adler classification by three detection techniques . Results T he areas under the ROC curve( AUR) of CDFI ,ADF and SM I were 0 .694 ,0 .705 and 0 .776 respectively based on the gold standard with pathological diagnosis . T he sensitivity ,specificity , positive predictive value ,negative predictive value ,and accuracy of CDFI were 78 .0% ,54 .3% ,60 .4% , 73 .5% ,and 65 .5% , respectively ; those of ADF were 75 .6% , 60 .9% , 63 .3% , 73 .7% and 67 .8% , respectively ; and those of SM I were 78 .0% ,69 .6% ,69 .6% ,78 .0% and 73 .6% ,respectively . T he Adler grades of CDFI , ADF and SM I were positively correlated with M VD ( P < 0 .05 ) , w hich the highest correlation coefficient between SM I and M VD ( r =0 .430 , P <0 .001 ) . Conclusions SM I is superior to ADF and CDFI in detecting the abundance of breast microcarcinoma , and has the highest correlation coefficient among those 3 detection techniques with tumor pathological M VD ,which indicates that SM I may be used for differential diagnosis of breast microcarcinoma and indirectly evaluate the prognosis of patients .

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the economical efficiency of marketed a naplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI)for the treatment of ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)in China ,and to provide a reference for the selection of China ’s medical insurance list and drug pricing. METHODS Computer searches of databases such as CNKI ,Wanfang database ,VIP,PubMed,Embase and the Cochrane Library were conducted to collect pharmacoeconomic evaluation studies of four marketed ALK-TKI (crizotinib, seretinib, aletinib and ensatinib )in the treatment of ALK-positive NSCLC in China during the inception to July 2021. The qualities of the included literature were evaluated using CHEERS checklist ,and analyzed systematically in terms of both methodological and economic outcomes. RESULTS A total of 6 literatures were included ,with a compliance rate of 71% to 83% for the CHEERS list criteria ,and the overall quality of the literature was high. In terms of methodological analysis ,the pharmacoeconomic evaluation methods included in the study were mainly model-based (Markov or partitioned survival models ) and real-world data-based cost-utility analysis. Most research perspectives were health insurance payer and health system perspectives ;all cost types were direct medical costs. In terms of economical efficiency analysis ,compared with chemotherapy plan ,2 studies confirmed that ALK-TKI (crizotinib, seretinib)were not economic ,1 study confirmed ALK-TKI (crizotinib) showed economical efficiency. Seretinib showed relatively higher economical efficiency when compared to other ALK-TKIs. High drug prices were the main factor why ALK-TKI was not economically viable for treating ALK-positive NSCLC. CONCLUSIONS The second-generation ALK-TKI (seretinib, 163.com alectinib) have better economical efficiency than the first-generation ALK-TKI (crizotinib). The economical efficiency of seretinib is the best among the second-generation · ALK-TKI. The economical efficiency of chemotherapy regimen is better than that of the second-generation ALK-TKI (seretinib). Economic comparison between chemotherapy and first-generation ALK-TKI (crizotinib)remains controversial.
