Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartoma and its pathologic basis. Methods 19 cases were proved by surgery and pathology,X-ray and pathologic manifestations were analyzed. All cases were examined with full digital mammography. Results X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartomas were divided into three types, including fat type were in 5 cases;dense type were in 4 cases and mixed type were in 10 cases. The lumps were surrounded by a true capsule in pathology, they were made up of different amount of rambling mammary ducts, lobules, adipose and fibrous tissue. Conclusion X-ray manifestations of mammary hamartoma are varied, depending on the proportion of the adipose tissue, gland and fibrous tissue.Mixed density lump is the characteristic sign of this disease.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objecteve To study the relation between the enhanced CT image parameters and metastasis, type of peripheral lung cancer. Methods The enhanced CT image parameters of 138 peripheral lung cancers confirmed by pathology were analyed retrospectively. Both plane scan and contrast-enhanced CT were performed in all the patients, and boundary CT value of each lung cancer was measured. Results Contrast-enhanced CT showed that peripheral lung cancer had big and bent peripheral vessels, and the peripheral density of tumor mass was correlated with its metastasis. The frequency of adenocarcinoma metastasis was higher than that of squamous carcinoma. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced CT was helpful for predicting the latent possibility of peripheral lung cancer metastasis.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To improve the understanding of giant hypertrophy of the gastric mucosa. Methods Giant hypertrophy of the gastric mucosa in 6 cases proved by operation or gastroscopy biopsy pathological examination were reviewed.Barium meal examination was performed in all cases,CT in 3 cases.B-type ultrasound in 2 cases. Results It was ease to be misdiagnosed giant hypertrophy of the gastric mucosa on the basis of the conventional imaging appearances.Laboratory data and gastroscopy biospsy played an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Conclusion Giant hypertrophy of the gastric mucosa is uneasily to correct diagnosed, comprehensive evaluation is necessary for it.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
The double-window technique was applied in 30 patients with thoracic diseases in CT examination. The pictures of lung window, mediastinum window and double-window were read respectively and the diagnostic accuracy were compared. The principle, advantage and limitation of double-window technique were discussed.

Objective To analyze medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of thyroid nodules based on real-world data mining technology. Methods Chinese medicine prescriptions for patients with thyroid nodules as clinical first diagnosis in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery in Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2023 were collected, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V3.0)was used to analyze the medication rules. Results A total of 1 206 traditional Chinese medicine pre-scriptions for the treatment of thyroid nodules were screened, involving 291 traditional Chinese medi-cines;the top five most frequently used drugs were Fritillaria thunbergii,Prunella vulgaris,Bupleu-rum chinense,Poria cocos, and Pinellia ternata;the main function of drugs were clearing heat,toni-fying deficiency, resolving phlegm, activating blood circulation, and regulating qi;the main property of the drugs was cold, the main tastes of drugs were bitter, sweet and spicy, and the meridians in-volved were mainly the lung, liver and spleen meridians;association rule analysis identified 17 high-frequency drug combinations, with Fritillaria thunbergii-Prunella vulgaris as the most frequently oc-curring drug pair;among the 16 association rules,Radix Scrophulariae-Fritillaria thunbergii and Rhi-zoma Cyperi-Bupleurum chinense had the highest confidence level;clustering analysis found 6 core drug combinations. Conclusion The main idea of clinical treatment of thyroid nodules in traditional Chinese medicine is to resolve phlegm and reduce nodules, promote qi circulation and blood circulation, and nourish qi and blood;the common herbal combination of Fritillaria thunbergii and Prunella vul-garis is used to clear heat, resolve phlegm, and reduce nodules, and the basic formula for resolving scrofula is based on Xiaoluo Pills, which resolves phlegm, softens hardened nodules, and reduces nodules.
