On the premise of respecting the objective law of the occurrence and development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） dispensing granules， relevant national departments have gradually formed the research and formulation ideas of national drug standards for dispensing granules based on the experiences and lessons learned in the development process of quality standards， as well as the formation mechanism of national standards for dispensing granules. This has certain reference significance for the formulation path of TCM quality standards. Combined with the general situation of the published standards and specific cases， the research concepts of the national standards for dispensing granules were analyzed and summarized in this paper， and the analysis of the technical characteristics of the issued national standards was focused， including the introduction of standard decoction， the overall quality control of TCM， the whole process quality control and other research ideas. At the same time， it summarized the industry common problems in the research and development process of national standards for dispensing granules， such as the source and process control of medicinal materials， and strived to solve them together， encouraging the demonstration and application of new technological means in the field of TCM dispensing granules. Finally， based on the literature analysis， the shortcomings of the current national standards were discussed， and relevant suggestions were put forward to further improve the national standards for dispensing granules. Through the overall analysis， it is helpful to comprehensively understand the technical characteristics of the national standards for TCM dispensing granules， and provide reference for the scientific exploration and practice of quality control methods for TCM.

Objective: To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for implementing health education on infectious disease prevention and control in schools. Methods: Students from 12 primary and middle schools in Gongshu District were selected using a random cluster sampling method. Basic information, knowledge, attitude and practice of infectious disease middle and control were collected through questionnaire surveys. Influencing factors of practice of primary and middle school students' infectious disease prevention and control were analyzed using multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 3 439 primary and middle school students were surveyed, including 1 717 boys (49.93%) and 1 722 girls (50.07%). There were 1 237 primary school students (35.97%), 1 092 junior high school students (31.75%), and 1 110 senior high school students (32.28%). The awareness of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge, the percentage of attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control, and the percentage of practice towards infectious disease prevention and control were 73.22%, 96.83%, and 60.19%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that girls (OR=1.460, 95%CI: 1.265-1.685), those who had received health education on infectious disease prevention (OR=2.088, 95%CI: 1.656-2.632), those with adequate knowledge (OR=2.129, 95%CI: 1.816-2.496), and those with positive attitude (OR=4.320, 95%CI: 2.683-6.957) were more likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conversely, senior high school students (OR=0.667, 95%CI: 0.561-0.794) and those with poor self-rated health status (OR=0.678, 95%CI: 0.495-0.930) were less likely to form practice for the prevention and control of infectious disease. Conclusions The attitude towards infectious disease prevention and control among primary and middle school students in Gongshu District is relatively high, but their awareness and practice are low. It is recommended to strengthen health education on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in a targeted manner to promote the formation of prevention and control practice among senior high school students and primary and middle school students who self-assess their health status as poor.

ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between mosquito density fluctuations and meteorological factors, so as to provide a scientific basis for mosquito surveillance analysis, risk assessment, and comprehensive prevention and control. MethodsMosquito surveillance and monitoring data of 2020‒2023 was obtained from on-site supervisory sampling by Songjiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and meteorological data was obtained from the Wheat A wheat malt-agro-meteorological big data system. Excel 2019 and SPSS 25.0 software were used to organize and analyze the mosquito number, species composition, and seasonal changes in mosquito density captured by the CO₂-light trap at rach monitoring site. Circular distribution method was used to calculate the peak time of mosquito density, combined with the meteorological data of the same period to explore the impact of meteorological factors on the results of mosquito surveillance. ResultsThere was a statistical difference in the overall distribution of mosquito quantity in different habitats(H=23.11, P<0.05), 2020‒2023. In addition, the results showed that July 28th was the peak day for mosquito density, and the duration from June 13th to September 11th was the seasonal peak period for mosquitoes. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between mosquito density and average air temperature, average highest air temperature, average lowest air temperature, extreme maximum air temperature, extreme minimum air temperature, precipitation, and number of precipitation days (all P<0.01). While, there was no significant correlation between average wind speed and mosquito density (P>0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis resulted in the equation of Y=0.151X_{extreme minimum temperature}+0.321X_{number of precipitation days}+1.002X_{SQRT precipitation}-1.288 (F=102.635, P<0.05). ConclusionThe CO₂-light trap is advisable to monitor the habitats of farmers, livestock sheds, residential areas, parks, hospitals, and other external environments. Air temperature and precipitation have a significant impact on mosquito density. It is recommended to implement comprehensive prevention and control measures to reduce mosquito density and prevent mosquito-borne diseases before the peak period of mosquitoes.

Objective To develop a deep learning network based on attention mechanism to identify the number of the vertical man-dibular third molar(MTM)roots(single or double)on panoramic radiographs in an automatic way.Methods The sample consisted of 1 045 patients with 1 642 MTMs on paired panoramic radiographs and Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)and were randomly grouped into the training(80%),the validation(10%),and the test(10%).The evaluation of CBCT was defined as the ground truth.A deep learning network based on attention mechanism,which was named as RN-MTMnet,was trained to judge if the MTM on pano-ramic radiographs had one or two roots.Diagnostic performance was evaluated by accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and positive predict value(PPV),and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve with the area under the ROC curve(AUC).Its diagnostic perform-ance was compared with dentists'diagnosis,Faster-RCNN,CenterNet,and SSD using evaluation metrics.Results On CBCT images,single-rooted MTM was observed on 336(20.46%)sides,while two-rooted MTM was 1 306(79.54%).The RN-MTMnet achieved an accuracy of 0.888,a sensitivity of 0.885,a specificity of 0.903,a PPV of 0.976,and the AUC value of 0.90.Conclusion RN-MTM-net is developed as a novel,robust and accurate method for detecting the numberof MTM roots on panoramic radiographs.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted screw fixation for unstable pelvic ring multifocal fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 76 patients with unstable pelvic fractures treated with orthopaedic robot-assisted screw fixation in the Trauma Center of the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from January 2015 to June 2022, including 43 males and 33 females, aged 52.53±13.68 years (range, 16-87 years). There were 43 cases of falling injuries from high places, 22 cases of traffic accidents, 11 cases of crushing injuries and heavy objects. Fifty-five patients were employed before the injury, while 21 were not. Fractures were classified according to the Tile classification, with 72 cases classified as type B and 4 cases as type C. Robot-assisted fixation techniques included internal fixator (INFIX), anterior ring screws, sacroiliac screws, and LC-II screws. Intraoperative blood loss, fluoroscopy frequency, surgical time, and the success rate of initial guidewire placement were recorded. Fracture reduction quality was evaluated using the Matta criteria, and postoperative pelvic function recovery was assessed using the Majeed criteria.Results:A total of 150 surgical procedures were performed on 76 patients, including 34 cases of INFIX fixation, 48 cases of anterior ring screws, 61 cases of sacroiliac joint screws, and 7 cases of LC-II screws. The mean intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency was 46.63±17.50 times (range, 15-93 times). Intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency varied among different fixation techniques, with INFIX group at 16.44±4.32 times, LC-II group at 21.59±5.80 times, anterior ring screws group at 29.44±11.65 times, and sacroiliac screws group at 23.10±11.87 times. The intraoperative blood loss was 20 (10, 47.5) ml (range, 5-300 ml), and the surgical time was 105 (86, 150) min (range, 30-290 min). The mean surgical time varied among different fixation techniques. All patients were followed up for an average of 6.46±2.26 months (range, 3-16 months). Clinical healing was achieved in all patients within 6 months, with an average time of 3.14±0.50 months. At the last follow-up, fracture reduction quality assessed by the Matta score was excellent in 21 cases and good in 43 cases, with an excellent/good rate of 84% (64/76). The Majeed score was 81.82±9.14 points (range, 50-92 points). For patients who were employed before the injury, the Majeed score was 86.55±4.85 points (range, 60-92 points), with 49 cases rated as excellent, 5 cases as good, and 1 case as fair. For patients who were not employed before the injury, the Majeed score was 69.43±5.34 points (range, 50-73 points), with 18 cases rated as excellent, 2 cases as good, and 1 case as fair. The overall excellent and good rate was 97% (74/76). Among patients who underwent INFIX internal fixation, 8 cases experienced lateral femoral cutaneous nerve injury postoperatively, all of which recovered sensation after 3 months; 1 case using LC-II screws experienced screw loosening postoperatively and was advised to reduce activity, then the screw was removed after fracture healing at 6 months postoperatively; 1 case using anterior ring channel screws experienced surgical site infection postoperatively, which was controlled after debridement.Conclusion:In the treatment of unstable pelvic ring multiple fractures, robot-assisted screw fixation has less blood loss, less fluoroscopy times, high success rate of planning guide needle, satisfactory reduction quality and postoperative function.

Objective To investigate the effect of baicalein (BAI) on autophagy of gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 cells by upregulating microRNA-7-5p (miR-7) and its possible mechanism. Methods The MTT method was used to screen the optimal drug concentration of BGC-823 cells treated with BAI. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the transfection efficiency of BGC-823 cell line stably transfected with miR-7. The experiment was divided into control group (mimic-NC), miR-7 group (miR-7 mimic) and BAI group ( miR-7 overexpression combined with BAI treatment group). MTT assay, plate cloning assay and EdU assay were used to detect cell proliferation. The expression levels of autophagy related 16 like 1 (ATG16L1), sequestosome 1 (p62), Beclin 1, autophagy-related protein 5 (ATG5) and microtubule-assaiated protein 1 light chain3 (LC3) were detected by immunofluorescence staining and Western blot. Network pharmacology analysis to predict possible signaling pathways; Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/AKT/mTOR) signaling pathway. Results 50 μmol/L BAI significantly inhibited the proliferation ability of BGC-823 cells; Compared with the control group, the expression level of miR-7 was significantly increased after BAI treatment. The cell proliferation of the miR-7 group was significantly inhibited, and the protein expression level of autophagy-related proteins and the LC3II/LC3I ratio were significantly up-regulated, which promoted the formation of autophagosomes and inhibited the formation of autophagic flow in BGC-823 cells. Compared with the miR-7 group, the BAI group could further inhibit the proliferation of BGC-823 cells, induce the formation of autophagosomes, but inhibit the production of autophagy flow. Network pharmacology analysis showed that the common target genes of BAI, gastric cancer and autophagy may be related to PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Compared with the control group, the phosphorylation levels of p-PI3K, p-AKT and p-mTOR in the miR-7 group were significantly inhibited, and the phosphorylation levels of these proteins were further inhibited in the BAI group. Conclusion BAI-mediated miR-7 inhibits the formation of autophagosomes in BGC-823 cells by inhibiting PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, and inhibits the generation of autophagic flow.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety,and economy of 4 intravenous iron formulations in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)by rapid health technology assessment,and to provide evidence for clinical decision-making.Methods PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,SinoMed,and official websites of international health technology assessment agencies were electronically searched to collect health technology assessment reports,systematic reviews/Meta-analysis,and pharmacoeconomic studies concerning the treatment of IDA with iron sucrose(IS),iron dextran(ID),ferric carboxymaltose(FCM),and iron isomaltoside(IIM)from the inception to August 15,2024.Two researchers independently screened the studies,extracted data and assessed the quality of included studies.The results were then qualitatively described and analyzed.Results A total of 32 studies were included,including one health technology assessment report,16 systematic reviews/Meta-analysis,and 15 pharmacoeconomic evaluations.In terms of effectiveness,FCM had a higher response rate than that of IS(P＜0.05),FCM and IIM had no statistical difference(P＞0.05).Regarding hemoglobin level change,patients treated with FCM had higher hemoglobin levels than those treated with IS(P＜0.05);the improvement in hemoglobin levels between IIM and FCM was inconclusive.In terms of ferritin level change,FCM might be superior to the other three intravenous iron formulations.In terms of safety,the adverse event rates for FCM,IS,ID and IIM were 12.0％,15.3％,12.0％and 17.0％,respectively;IIM was significantly associated with a lower rate of cardiovascular adverse events compared to FCM and IS(P＜0.05);FCM had the highest rate of hypophosphatemia among the four formulations(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference among IIM,IS and ID(P＞0.05);IIM had a lower risk of severe or serious hypersensitivity reactions compared to FCM and IS.In terms of economy,FCM and IIM had an economic advantage compared to IS.The economic efficiency ranking among IS,ID,and FCM was in the order of FCM,ID,and IS,the economic comparison between FCM and IIM remains inconclusive and needs to be further demonstrated.Conclusion FCM and IIM have good efficacy,safety and economy in the treatment of IDA,but most of the included economy studies based on foreign populations,and domestic economic studies need to be further demonstrated.

ObjectiveTo characterize the prevalence and epidemic situation of imported malaria cases in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2013 to 2022， and to provide evidence for malaria prevention and control. MethodsRelated data were collected and analyzed， including malaria cases， blood testing of febrile patients， and mosquito surveillance in Songjiang from 2013 to 2022. ResultsA total of 13 002 febrile patients in Songjiang were tested for plasmodium parasites from 2013 to 2022， among which 18 malaria cases were confirmed， including 17 cases of falciparum malaria and 1 case of ovale malaria. Moreover， a total of 36 malaria cases were notified in Songjiang through the National Notifiable Disease Reporting System from 2013 to 2022， including cases reported from Songjiang District and other districts or provinces with physical addresses in Songjiang. Of them， there were 31 cases of falciparum malaria， 2 cases of vivax malaria， 2 cases of ovale malaria and 1 case of quartan malaria. The gender ratio of male to female cases was 17∶1， and the majority was young and middle aged. In addition， 35 cases were imported from Africa and 1 case from southeast Asia； 34 cases were migrant workers， and 2 cases were travellers abroad； 17 cases were found and reported in Songjiang， 15 cases were reported from other districts of Shanghai， and 4 cases were reported from other provinces； 27 cases were treated in Shanghai， 3 cases were treated in other provinces and 6 cases were treated with self-provided antimalarial drugs. Mosquito surveillance in Songjiang showed that density of Anopheles sinensis was extremely low. ConclusionNo indigenous malaria case has been notified in Songjiang since 2008. Malaria surveillance on migrant workers remains the focus of malaria prevention and control. Furthermore， achievement of malaria elimination in Songjiang should be continually enhanced to avoid potential further transmission of imported malaria.

To enhance the learning stickiness, improve low completion rate of online teaching, and promote teaching quality has become the key to solve the contradiction in online teaching. In this paper, taking the teaching of biochemistry as example, based on the trigger mechanism, maintenance mechanism and migration mechanism of sticky learning, guided by the three-dimensional goal of "knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values", the BOPPPS (bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory-learning, post-assessment, summary) teaching model was combined with online teaching. According to the interactive behavior in the course learning space, the Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed by SPSS 18.0 software to comprehensively evaluate the learning stickiness degree. The research has found that, due to its "micro but refined, compact structure and student-centered" characteristics, BOPPPS combining with online teaching can effectively make up for the time and space limitations of offline teaching and the excessively broad online teaching, bring benefits from the perspectives of "inclusion, attraction and production", promote students' active learning, and practically improve learning stickiness. The research provides a new idea for creating online "golden" courses.

Objective:To learn about the epidemic situation and trend of human brucellosis in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County (referred to as Menyuan County) of Qinghai Province, and to provide reference for formulating brucellosis prevention and control measures in Menyuan County.Methods:Data on human brucellosis in Menyuan County reported by the Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management System of China Disease Control and Prevention Information System from 2013 to 2020 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological analysis (three distribution).Results:A total of 186 cases of brucellosis were confirmed from 2013 to 2020, with an average annual incidence of 14.553/100 000. The annual incidence rate was increasing year by year(χ 2trend = 22.08, P = 0.002). The cases were distributed in 67 villages of 12 towns; cases were more common in the age group of 15-< 65 years old (96.24%, 179/186), and there were more men than women cases (sex ratio was 3.89∶1.00, 148/38). Conclusions:The incidence rate of brucellosis cases in Menyuan County is increasing year by year, and the scope of its impact is constantly expanding. A multi-sectoral joint prevention and control mechanism should be established to strengthen management, increase the prevention and control of brucellosis, and stop the spread of the epidemic to surrounding counties and cities.
