Objective To explore the relationship among regulatory emotional self-efficacy,Internet overuse and personality,in order to provide the basis for reducing the incidence of Internet overuse and formulating relevant intervention. Methods Bv cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1750 students in a university. Results There was a statistically significant difference in gender(t=5.47,P<0.05) and grades(F=6.11,P< 0.05) of Internet overuse. The rate of college students' Internet overuse was 19.92%.The scores of personality of intelligence, stability, perseverance, boldness, sophistication and self-discipline in Internet overuse group were lower than the normal use group(t=1.73-6.01,P<0.05),but the scores of dimensions of aggressiveness, suspicion, anxiety and tension were higher(t=-7.74--2.61,P<0.05).The total scores of regulatory emotional self-efficacy were lower in Internet overuse group(t=5.538,P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between the scores of Internet overuse and the scores of regulatory emotional self-efficacy(P<0.05).The scores of Internet overuse were significant positive correlation with suspicion, anxiety and tension, but significant negative correlation with stability, excitability, perseverance, boldness and self-discipline (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the scores of regulatory emotional self-efficacy and intelligence, stability, dimensions of aggressiveness, excitement, perseverance, boldness and self-discipline of personality, but significant negative correlation with suspicion, anxiety and tension(P<0.05).Regulatory emotional self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in Internet overuse and personalitv traits, the rate respectively was 30.8%,16.7%,14.5%,37.3%.Conclusion There were a closely relationship among regulatory emotional self-efficacy,Internet overuse and personality.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy played a partial neliating role in Intemet overuse and personality traits.

Objective: To study the influence of Centipede Acidic Protein(CAP) on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of cultured neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts(CFb) induced by angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),and to explore the mechanisms of CAP on cardiac fibrosis. Methods: Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were treated with AngⅡ to produce fibrosis model. The effects of CAP on proliferation of CFb were observed by MTT colorimetric assay, synthesis of collagen was observed by the hydroxyproline concentration. The NO contents were measured by Nitric acid reductase method. The c-myc expression was examined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis. Results: Compared with that of control group, the proliferation, collagen synthesis and the levels of c-myc mRNA expression of CFb in the model group increased, while the NO contents decreased obviously(P

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Chongcaodihuang(CCDH)syrupus on immune function and antistress ability.METHODS:The experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of CCDH on weight of immune organs, the phagocytization of the monocytes by using the method of carbon particles expurgation, the content of antibody of hemolysin in serum, and time of swimming and hypoxia tolerance in mice.RESULTS:CCDH could enhance weight of immune organs, the phagocytization of the monocytes and increase the content of antibody of hemolysin in serum. It can also delay the time of swimming and strengthen hypoxia tolerance in mice.CONCLUSION:CCDH significantly improve immune function and antistress ability of mice.

This article summarized Professor Liu Qiquan's clinical experience in treating urethral syndrome from the perspective of"regulating the five internal organs to calm the spleen and stomach".It is believed that urethral syndrome is located in the urethra, and its core pathogenesis is disharmony between the spleen and stomach, obstruction of dampness, and unfavorable water channel. Therefore,"tranquilizing the spleen and stomach"should be carried out throughout the treatment. At the same time, the occurrence of the disease is closely related to the disorder of the five internal organs.External sensation, internal injury, emotion, diet, fatigue and visceral disorders will affect the function of the five internal organs and then the disease will occur. In clinical practice, based on the idea of"regulating the five internal organs to calm the spleen and stomach",according to the symptoms and manifestations of the patients, the treatment can be guided by comprehensively using the methods of raising the clear and lowering the turbid to harmonize the stomach and dredge the drench, nourishing the heart and clearing the heart to purge heat and dredge the drench, benefiting the lung and purging heat to relieve dampness and dredge the drench, tonifying the kidney and warming the yang to dissipate qi and dredge the drench, dredging the liver and clearing the liver to promote the flow of qi and dredge the drench, which can make the five internal organs harmonious, benefit the waterways. Finally, the symptoms would be reduced and the disease would be cured.

OBJECTIVE:
To study mutations in the GJB2 gene in Uyghur patients with nonsyndromic hearing impairment from Xinjiang.
METHOD:
Forty-three cases with nonsyndromic hearing impairment and 46 adults with normal hearing were performed mutational analysis of the GJB2 coding region by PCR-direct sequencing.
RESULT:
Six kinds of mutation have been found in the encoding region of hearing impairment group: 380G>A, 109G>A, 235 delC, 233 delC, 7G0>A, 35 delG, of which one 235 delC case is heterozygotes mutation, two 233 delC are homozygotes mutation and two 35 delG are heterozygotes mutation. Six kinds of mutations have been found in the normal hearing group, of which 5 kinds are confirmed common polymorphic mutation.
CONCLUSION
The GJB2 gene mutation detection rate in the Uyghur deaf population of Xinjiang Province is lower than other province, which has ethnic and regional characteristics.

OBJECTIVE To establish the project approval evaluation system for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations in medical institutions guided by new drug conversion, to improve the success rate of approval for TCM preparations in medical institutions and lay the foundation for the later drug conversion. METHODS Research and development team used the literature research method and brainstorming method to list and organize relevant elements of project evaluation and determine the initial indicator system. Experts were consulted using the Delphi method to confirm the evaluation index. The weights were calculated based on the proportion of importance scores for each indicator and assigned specific scores to each item. The indicator system was used to evaluate 31 TCM preparations applied for filing by various departments of our hospital from April to July 2023. RESULTS After two rounds of 17 experts’ consultation, the final TCM preparation system included five primary indicators, i.e. theoretical basis, clinical research foundation, pharmaceutical foundation, prescription, and clinical value, as well as 17 secondary indicators including prescription source, traditional Chinese medicine theory, clinical positioning and so on. Human experience was considered as the item which would be rejected as one vote. Based on the above indicator system, our hospital further improved the filing and project approval process for TCM preparations in medical institutions. Among the 31 TCM preparations applied for filing by various departments from April to July 2023, 8 TCM preparations with a score ≥65 were selected for development. CONCLUSIONS The evaluation system is objective, comprehensive, and highly operable. It is suitable for the selection of TCM preparations in medical institutions before research and development.
