Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),as a special organ transplantation,can be used to reconstruct the intestinal flora.It has been concerned by clinical practice,but it has not become a routine treatment method.With the gradual deepening of the study of FMT,the refractory difficile fusiform bacillus infection,inflammatory bowel disease,irritable bowel syndrome,chronic fatigue comprehensive syndrome and some metabolic disorders related to intestinal diseases were obtained using.In recent years,there are some reports about the application of FMT in children's diseases.Combining with the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper reviews the indications and the taboo of the application of FMT in children,the aim is to provide a reference for FMT to be better applied in pediatric clinical.

Objective To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and its receptors in the formation of lymphatic vessels and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer. Methods By the domestic and overseas literatures review,the expressions of VEGF-C and its receptors in gastric cancer,their role in tumor lymphatic metastasis and prospect in treatment of gastric cancer were summarized. Results There was a significant correlation between VEGF-C and its receptors and the formation of lymphatic vessels and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer. VEGF-C high expression might be an early event in lymphatic metastasis and could be considered as an independent predictive factor of lymphaticmicrometastasis. By inhibition of gastric cancer cell from secrete VEGF-C or blockage of the interaction of VEGF-C with VEGFR-3,it was possible to inhibit tumor angiogenesis and the invasion and distant spread of cancer cells,thereby decreased mortality and improve survival. Conclusion VEGF-C and its receptors may promote the formation of lymphatic vessels and lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer. It may be an effective way to gastric cancer for the treatments against VEGF-C and its receptors.

Objective To discuss the clinical feature of endobronchial aspergilloma approach strategy for diagnosis and therapy. Methods 2 cases of endobronchial aspergilloma were diagnosed and literature review were made in this study. The clinical manifestation, bronchoscopic characters, imaging performances were retrospectively studied. Results The most common complaint was bloody sputum or mild hemoptysis, and chest CT usually revealed a soft tissue mass shadow with the increasing popularity of flexible bronchoscopy, it is being recognized as a necrotic mass causing bronchial obstruction, with or without a parenchymal lesion in cavity. Conclusions Bronchoscopy maybe is the key approach to detect endobronchial aspergilloma. It should be alert to lung cancer when antifungal therapy is not effective and the lesions have no reduction or even increasing.

BACKGROUND:Recent studies have demonstrated that surgical trauma leads to lipid peroxidation in erythrocytes.However,injured erythrocytes play an important role in thrombosis following replacement.OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the influence of artificial total knee replacement on the lipid peroxdation in erythrocytes,and the prophylactic treatment of vitamin E and fructose 1,6 diphosphate(FDP)on it.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Contrast clinical study,which was carried out in the Department of Otthopaedics,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2003 to June 2006.PARTICIPANTS:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent artificial total knee replacement by anesthesia of epidural block were divided into four groups,including control group,vitamin E group,FDP group and vitamin E+FDP group,with 15 cases in each group.METHODS:Vitamin E was orally taken in the vitamin E group three days before replacement,three times a day,100 mg for each.The administration was performed until the surgical morning.Thirty minutes after the operation,FDP(10 g)was intravenously dripped in the FDP group.Additionally.vitamin E was also orally taken in the vitamin E+FDP group three days before replacement,three times a day,100 mg for each;on the surgical morning,FDP(10 g)was intravenously dripped on the first 30minutes.Blood samples were taken for biochemical determination before and after the operation at 1,3,5,and 7 days.MAIN OUTCOME M[EASURES:Corltents of malonaldehyde(MDA)and cuprum/zincum/superoxide dismutase (Cu-Zn-SOD)in the erythrocytes.RESULTS:MDA level in the vitamin E group and FDP group was significantly higher than that in the vitamin E+FDP group before and 5 and 7 days after replacement(P<0.05);while,Cu-Zn-SOD level was significantly lower(P<0.05).Otherwise,there were no significant differences in vitamin E+FDP group before and after replacement(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The artificial total knee replacement can enhance lipid peroxidation and decrease antioxygen capability.However,the combination of vitamin E and FDP can prevent and relieve lipid peroxidation and antioxygen capability after replacement.

Objective To examine whether lipoxin A4(LXA4) has an antagonistic effect on interleukin (IL)-1?-induced synthesis of IL-6 in glomerular mesangial cells, and to explore its mechanism. Methods Cultured glomerular mesangial cells (GMCs) of rat were treated with IL-1?, with or without preincubation with LXA4. Protein secretion of IL-6 in supernatants was examined analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Expression of IL-6 mRNA was determined by RT-PCR. The expression of Src homology 2 (SH2) containing protein-tyrosine phosphatase 2 (SHP-2) was assessed by immunoblotting. Activities of DNA-binding of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-?B) were measured by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). Results The secretion of protein and expression of mRNA of IL-6 in GMCs stimulated by IL-1? were inhibited by LXA4 in a dose-dependent manner. LXA4 reduced the phosphorylation of SHP-2 and activities of NF-?B. Pretreatmnet of GMCs with NF-?B inhibitor pyrrolidine dithio-carbamate (PDTC) blocked both the secretion of IL-6 protein and activation of NF-?B induced by IL-13- Conclusion LXA4 antagonists IL-1?-induced synthesis of IL-6 in GMCs through the pathway of SHP-2/NF-?B signal transduction.

Objective To examine whether lipoxin A4(LXA4) induces apoptosis of rat renal interstitial fibroblasts and explore the mechanism concerned.Methods Rat renal interstitial fibroblasts (NRK 49F cells)were incubated in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 5%fetal calf serum and exposed to LXA4 at the concentration of 10 nmol/L, 100 nmol/L or 1 ?mol/L for 24 hours. Prior to experiment,some NRK 49F cells were transfected with Smac antisense oligodeoxynucleotide. Apoptosis of NRK 49F cells was recognized by double staining using fluorescent dye acridine orange and ethidium bromide,and observed under laser scanning confocal microscopy and counted by flow cytometry following propidium iodide and annexin staining. Activity of caspase 3 was measured by colorimetric assay. The expression of Smac was determined by Western blotting analysis.Results LXA4 at the concentration of 100 nmol/L or 1 ?mol/L induced apoptosis of 9 83%or 33 82%of NRK 49F cells respectively, and reduced the cells of S and G2～M phase and increased the cells of G0～G1 phase in a dose dependent manner. Treatment of NRK 49F cells with LXA4 up regulated the expression of Smac protein and increased the activity of caspase 3. The transfection with Smac antisense oligodeoxynucleotide inhibited the LXA4 induced apoptosis and expression of Smac in NRK 49F cells. Conclusion LXA4 at high concentration can induce apoptosis of rat renal interstitial fibroblasts via the up regulation of Smac expression.

Objective To study the apoptosis of multiple myeloma cell line KM-3 induced by NK cells. Methods WST-1 assay was used to detect the killing effect of KM-3 cells treated with NK cells at different effector(E):target(T) ratio. Flow cytometry was applied to analyze Annexin-V+/PI- apoptotic cells and the mitochondrial transmembrane potential. Results NK cells could significantly kill KM-3 cells in a dosand time-dependent manner (P <0.05). After KM-3 cells- were treated with NK cells for 48 hours, the Annexin-V+/PI- cells were increased obviously in dose-dependence (P <0.05). The Annexin-V+PI- cells were increased in time-dependence when treated with NK cells(E:T ratio at 10:1) (P<0.05). The mitochondrial transmembrane potential of KM-3 cells treated with NK cells were significantly decreased in dose-and time-dependence (P < 0.05). Conclusion NK cell can kill KM-3 cells and induce apoptosis in a dose-and time-dependence manner.

Objective To compare the detection situation of influenza-like illnesses with different symptoms and analyze the impact on the influenza surveillance by adopting different case definitions of influenza-like illness.Methods Data was collected from 2 national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Shanghai,2015.We compared the positive rate of influenza virus among patients with different symptoms (with cough and sore throat,with cough only and with sore throat only),and utilized Logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the detection rate of influenza virus.Results Among 2 010 influenza-like illnesses,1 105 patients were with cough and sore throat,270 patients were with cough,635 patients were with sore throat,and the positive rate of influenza was 36.2％,39.3％ and 15.9％ respectively.The patients with cough and sore throat or with cough only had a higher positive rate of influenza than patients with sore throat (all P ＜ 0.05).For patients with specimens collected within 3 days,patients with cough and sore throat,or with cough only had a higher positive rate than patients with sore throat only (all P ＜ 0.05).Logistic regression results showed that fever (body temperature≥39 ℃) (OR =1.719,95％ CI:1.389-2.127) and cough (OR =3.046,95％ CI:2.377-3.905) were associated with the detection of influenza virus.Conclusions We suggested that we can adopt the case definition of influenza-like illness'fever (body temperature ≥38 C) and cough'in the influenza surveillance system.
