Objective To determine the moisture in Huodan pills by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods At the beginning, water content of 174 samples were determined and all data of samples about near-infrared spectrum were collected. And then all the data were pretreated by first-derivative and Savitzky-Golay filter. At last, the NIR quantitative model for moisture in huodan pills was established by partial least squares regression and validated by the validation set. Results The correlation coefficients, the root mean square error overall of calibration, that of cross validation of the calibration model was 0. 988 17, 0. 103,and 0. 326 16,respectively. The root mean square error overall of prediction and the average recovery of validation was 0. 217 and 98. 02%. Conclusion The NIR spectroscopy analysis model is steady, accurate and reliable, which can be used to detecte moisture content of huodan pills.

Objective To quantitatively analysis the aortic valve leaf anatomical characteristics in aortic regurgitation(AR) patients by real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography (RT-3D-TEE),and screening the parameters which significantly affect AR to further reveal the mechanism of AR.Methods 32 patients with AR were enrolled as AR group and 20 cases of non-AR people were involved as control group.RT-3D-TEE was using to collect images in two groups and offline analysis was performed.4 sets of parameters of the aortic valves(left coronary valve, right coronary valve, and non-coronary valve):leaflet edge length(LL,RL,NL),leaflet height (LH,RH,N H),leaflet length/height ratio (LRa,RRa,NRa),leaflet tip plane distance(LTH,RTH,NTH) were acquired.Parameters of two groups were compared, and the parameters were incorporated into the logistic regression model, then the ROC curves were obtained. Results ①Compared with the control group,LL,RL,NL,RH,LRa,NRa,RRa in AR group increased (P < 0.05),while the rest parameters had no statistical differences (P >0.05).②Multivariable logistic regression model gradually screening of the significant factors influencing the reflux, and as a result RL and RTH had significant influence on AR,P values were 0.001,0.011.③The ROC curve analysis showed that the area of RL or RTH curve were both greater than 0.5,which were 0.811 and 0.605 respectively. Conclusions The free edge length and free edge length/height ratio have changed unbalanced.Furthermore, right coronary valve parameters changed significantly, and this might be one of the possible mechanism of AR.

OBJECTIVETo establish a near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative model for rapid determination of the patchouli alcohol content in Pogostemon cablin.
METHODThe gas chromatography was adopted for determining the content of patchouli alcohol content in 102 batches of P. cablin samples. Their near-infrared spectrograms were collected and preprocessed by standard normal variate and the first derivative of Savitsky-Golay. The quantitative model of patchouli alcohol content was established by the partial least squares regression analysis.
RESULTAccording to the correction model established in this study, the root-mean-square error of calibration, the root-mean-square error of prediction and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation of the calibration model for Patchouli alcohol were 0.991 10, 0.012 9, 0.012 8 and 0.033 15, respectively.
CONCLUSIONThe near-infrared spectroscopy quantitative model established in this study is stable, accurate and reliable for the rapid determination of the content of patchouli alcohol in P. cablin.

Objective:To establish a noninvasive prediction model for liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) virus infection patients with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) less than upper limit of normal level. Methods:A total of 183 CHB patients with ALT <40 U/L admitted in the First Affiliated of Wenzhou Medical University from January 2014 to September 2017 were enrolled. There were 149 cases of non-marked liver fibrosis (F0-F2) and 34 cases of marked liver fibrosis (F3-F6) according to the Ishak scoring system. The clinical data, liver stiffness measurement (LSM), liver ultrasound imaging, serum biochemical features and hepatitis B virus related indexes of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The independent predictors of liver fibrosis were screened and a prediction model was constructed based on the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was applied to evaluate the established model and other indicators in predicting liver fibrosis. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that LSM ( OR=1.327, 95% CI 1.149-1.531), liver ultrasound scores ( OR=6.610, 95% CI 2.704-16.156) were independent predictors of liver fibrosis. The area under ROC curve(AUC)of the established model (LU) in predicting liver fibrosis was 0.873(95% CI 0.799-0.947), which was significantly greater than that of the ultrasound score, LSM, FIB-4, APRI and GPR (AUC=0.790, 0.804, 0.654, 0.673 and 0.770; Z=3.394, 1.982, 2.077, 3.168 and 2.165, all P<0.05 or <0.01). With the cut-off value of -1.787, the sensitivity and specificity of LU model were 85.3% and 77.2%, respectively. Conclusion:The established model (LU) can effectively predict the liver fibrosis in CHB patients with ALT less than upper limit of normal.
