3.Mechanism of inhibition of tumor metastasis by breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):438-441
Breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1(BRMS1)can suppress the tumor cells metastasis. and significantly reduces the metastasis without affecting tumor growth. The relevant mechanism(s)may be related to intercellular communication, phosphoinositide signal transduction and interaction with NF-KB, and so on. Therefore, exploring the mechanisms of inhibition of tumor metastasis might be helpful for use of BRMS1 as tumor gene therapy.
4.Signal processing of totally digitalized B-ultrasonography
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(06):-
Totally digitalized B-ultrasonography is the tendency of the development of ultrasonic medical instruments. Its basic technical characteristic is realizing real-time processing of the extremely huge ultrasonic data with digital electric circuit. This paper summarized the tendency of development and the primary techniques of signal processing, which including dynamic filtering, log amplification, envelope detection and secondary sampling. Furthermore, various techniques in different procedure of signal processing are introduced in detail.

Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2009;33(6):561-563,566
Objective:To establish hospital infection data sharing and service platform for collecting and issuing the hospital infection data. Methods:The relational database was used to realize data storage and J2EE light structure was employed to enhance the development and the operating efficiency and flexibility of the system according to the principles of Web information system. Results and Conclusion:An open and sharing hospital infection data platform for data processing, retrieving and analyzing was established. The established hospital infection data set and surgery infection data set contained more than 20 000 records. The system provided an effective software platform support for the utilization of hospital infection data and the prevention and control of hospital infection. This article introduces key technologies of the design and realization of the system.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective With the comparison of the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of neural stem cells from different embryonic stages,to obtain the biology of NSCs and the development mechanism of embryonic cortex underlining. Methods After the prime culture of NSCs from forebrain cortice of different embryonic stages(E14,E18 and E20),enzyme immunoassay for NSCs proliferation was carried out. After 7 days of differentiation induced by fetal bovine serum, they were detected by the neuronal marker MAP2 and the astrocyte marker GFAP with nuclei staining by Hoechst 33342 additionally. The ratios of MAP2+/Hoechst+ and GFAP+/Hoechst+ were calculated.Fluorescent activated cell sorting for apoptosis were used to detect the apoptosis of NSCs by Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide. Results The absorbance of NSCs is 1.1771?0.0422(n=22) for E14,0.4127?0.0328(n=23) for E18,and 0.4127?0.0456(n=16) for E20(P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
D-amino acids were believed to have no function in higher organisms several years ago. Recently, D-serine was proved to be synthesized by astrocytes in vivo and be released to work as an effective coagonist at the “glycine-binding” site of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) glutamate receptors in central nervous system. In this paper, the synthesis, metabolism and function of D-serine were reviewed briefly.
