There is no doubt that the global village is an inevitable trend of human society.Thus,economic globalization which plays a key role in the process will impact all aspects of the countries and nationalities around the world,including national ethics.Consequently,we have to attach importance to the reaction of consciousness in the process of the economic globalization,especially for present China.During the past 30-year prosperity of the reform and opening up,we found many problems and also made a lot of useful investigation and research,such as the relation between economic globalization and market economy,the relation between economic globalization and international politics,the relation between economic globalization and opening up,etc.However,the research on the relation between economic globalization and national ethics is not enough from the respect of economic globalization background.This article tries to analyze the constructions of medical students′ ethics,hoping to attract more valuable comments from each aspect.

The development of medical institutes needs not only marvelous hardware construction,but also software strength,such as the hospital culture,brand establishment,etc.Only by the persistent and coordinated development of hardware strength and software strength,can hospital's comprehensive strength and core competitiveness be effectively improved.To enhance hospital software strength,it is necessary to cultivate hospital culture with unique features,emphasize brand establishment,devise long-term development blueprint of medical institutes and activate hospital's potential for further development.

This paper stated the main contents of hospital cultural integration beginning of the necessary of it. Hospital cultural integration contained concept of symbiosis, management upgrade, strategic reorganization, recon-struction of responsibilities and rights, code of conduct, etiquette unity. The authors pointed out the current prob-lems of cultural integration:ideological understanding was lacking combined with the preference to technology over humanities;the integration mechanism was not perfect and the adaptation was terrible;integration planning was not systematic combined with the lack of investigation and research. The paper also put forward concrete paths to a-chieve the cultural integration in the process of construction of regional medical association:develop deep practical cultural integration programs;make policy to stabilize human resources;strengthen exchange of middle-level ca-dre posts;create an atmosphere that all persons participate in cultural integration.

Adenosine is an important biological substance in the body. It exists extensively in intracellular and extracellular tissues. In physiological condition, adenosine remains at very low level intissue. However, under stress such as inflammation, ischemia, hypoxia, trauma, or pain etc. the adenosine concentrationwill be elevated dramatically,indicating that adenosine participates in multiple histopathological processes. Adenosine is a natural chemical messenger that binds to four subtypes( A1, A2A, A2B, A3 ) of adenosine receptors and by that, it regulates multiple kinds of physiological functions. Studies found that adenosine plays an important role in the central nervous system, cardiovascular system and coagulation system. In recent years, adenosine has been seen as an attractive option to improve the treatment of glaucoma and retinal diseases. The effects of adenosine in ophthalmology were as follows: adjusting intraocular pressure, inhibiting retinal angiogenesis, dilating retinal blood vessels, regulating retinal nerve conduction, protecting retinal photoreceptors and ganglion cells, arresting the inflammatory response. This article discusses the research progress in adenosine and its receptors as well as biological products of adenosine and projects the application of adenosine in ophthalmology.

Objective To evaluate effects of different starting dose methylprednisolone on acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 40 patients with AECOPD were allocated two groups in random,including group A(n=20,120mg methylprednisolone)and groups B(n=20,80mg methylprednisolone),with duration of treatment was 7 days respectively.Clinical sign and symptom,dyspnea score and arterial blood gases were measured and observed at 0-hour,72-hour,day 7.Results The group A was surperior to the group B in clinical efficacy.The differences of dyspnea score and arterial blood gases at 72-hour are significant between the two groups(P

Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare maligant tumor.The main clinical symptoms are primary hyperparathyroidism and all kinds of metabolism disorder and the damage of homologous tissues and organs.The consummate laboratory examination and the accurate imaging localization and the credible histopathologic feature are key points to diagnosis of parathyroid carcinoma.Parathyroid carcinoma is unsensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and en bloc resection of the carcinoma is the preferred treatment approach.AntiPTH immunization as a new treatment of parathyroid carcinoma has been paid close attention.The prognosis of parathyroid carcinoma is mainly depended on whether the tumor was cut off completely and the control as well as the monitor of the symptomatic hypercalcemian after operation.This article reviews the latest researches and introduces the latest advancement in the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid carcinoma.

Objective To establish a method for the simple and rapid extraction and detection of nitrosodipropulamine(NDPA).Methods NDPA at levels of?g /L grade in chemical industrial wastewater was enriched efficiently using the purge and trap(P&T)method with a Trap3tube under the standard program,including the flow rate of purge gas(40ml/min),the time of purge(11min),the temperature of desorb(225℃),the time of desorb(4min),the temperature of bake(230℃)and the time of bake(10min).The NDPA concentrations were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS )and chemical ionization(CI )and select ion mode(uSIS)coupled with the purge and trap(P&T)(P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS)method Results The detection limit,recovery rates and relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method were3?g /L,62.60%-96.31%and7.5%respectively.The linearity of method was good in the5-30?g /L range with the correlation coefficient 0.978.Conclusion The P&T/GC-MS/CI /uSIS method could be used to detect semi-volatile NDPA in chemical industrial wastewater.

Objective To investigate the mitochondrion DNA (mtDNA) mutation in tumor tissues of gynecologic oncology patients and their relationship to tumorigenesis and tumor development Methods The samples of tumor tissue and their proximal normal tissue of 32 gynecological malignant tumor patients as well as 8 gynecological benign tumor patients were taken The malignants were 5 squamous cervical carcinomas, 10 endometrial carcinomas and 17 epithelial ovarian cancers(EOC) The benign tumors were 4 ovarian epithelial tumors and 4 uterine myomas Polymerase chain reaction single strain conformation polymorphism(PCR SSCP) and DNA sequencing were done to examine mtDNA mutation Results The mtDNA mutation rate and polymorphism rate were 68 8% and 56 3% respectively in 32 cases of malignants The mtDNA mutation rate and polymorphism rate were 2/8 and 4/8 respectively in 8 cases of benigns The difference between malignants and benigns was significant ( P
