2.Effect of intravenous immunoglobulins G on rat subjected to chronic unpredictable stress
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(1):32-34
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulins G on rat subjected to chronic un-predictable stress. Method Rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (IVIG+stress group and stress-only group). Sucrose preference test, force swim test and neurogenesis analyze were used to analyze the effect of IVIG on rats in stress group. Results Sucrose consumption in IVIG group was significantly more than CUS group(P<0.01), while non floating time of force swim was significantly lower than CUS group(P<0.01). The difference of BrdU positive cell number in Hippocampus between two groups was significant(P<0.01). Conclusion IVIG show an antidepressant like effect, the mechanism may be involved in eliminate inflammatory cytokine of peripheral circulation.
3.Clinical observation of the effect of early enteral nutrition combined with enteral infusion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(17):2585-2586
Objective To investigate the effect of early jejunal nutrition combined with enteral infusion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 10 patients with Severe acute pancreatitis were selected as group A,the implementation of the X-line built-jejunal tube through the nose, early enteral nutrition and joint Dachengqi Tom jejunum treatment.10 patients with severe pancreatitis were selected as group B,taken TPN nutrition therapy. Results A group of patients with abdominal pain and bloating relief at the time was better than group B( P < 0.01 ) ; A group of mortality and multiple organ failure was less than the number of cases in group B ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The effects of early enteral nutrition combined with enteral infusion of traditional Chinese medicine was more effective than the traditional treatment.
4.Applications of virtual reality for medicine
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2001;24(2):49-54
Virtual Reality is just emerging as an accepted scientific discipline. It has been widely used in medicine. The major applications of virtual reality for medicine are introduced from three areas :virtual humans, the fusion of virtual humans with real humans and virtual telemedicine. The advanced graphics behind medical virtual reality, such as computational demands, hardware and software environments is briefly discussed. This article also gives a summary of existing distributed VR systems.
5.Development of a virtual reality teaching system of human skeletal anatomy
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
The virtual reality teaching system of human skeletal anatomy developed in this paper is based on the advanced personal computer and uses the stereo glasses of ELSA 3D REVELATOR, mouse and keyboard to make up the human-computer interface. Using this system, students can take apart and assemble the skeleton, grasp single bone to rotate and zoom, learn the human skeletal anatomy in a vivid environment, and thus know more about motion physiology.
6.ETIOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF CRYPTOSPORIDIOSIS
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(01):-
l014 faecal specimens were collected from 4 hospitals in Nanjing to investigate the infection of Cryptosporidium. Each faecal specimen was smeared and screened by auramine-phenol staining method for oocyst, the positive and suspected specimens were identified by modified acid-fast staining method and safranin-methylene blue staining method. The result showed that 13 spccimens were positive by auramine-phenol staining method and confirmed by modified acid-fast staining method. 5 suspected specimens were negative as shown by the latter two methods. The best result could be obtained when auramine-phenol staining method was first used and folloWed by modified acid-fast staining method. This-technique is simple, sensitive and reliable. It is difficult to find oocysts by safranin methylene blue staining method when the oocysts are few (Figs. l-3).
7.Application of Macrophages in Gene Therapy for Cerebral Infarction
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(02):-
The infiltrating macrophages selectively invade into infarcted cerebral tissue for mediating gene therapy is a problem worthy of exploration. The article reviews macrophages and gene therapy, the theoretical basis of application of macrophages in gene therapy for cerebral infarction and the problems that have to be solved.
8.THE EFFECT OF WHOLE BLOOD TRANSFUSION ON BLOOD VISCOSITY IN BURN SHOCK
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Blood viscosity was determined in 50 normal individuals. No significant difference was found between males and females, therefore the values were pooled. In 10 burn patients (burn extent ranged from 30% to 90%). blood viscosity was determined in the first 3 postburn days. All of them received whole blood as a part of the resuscitational regime. The amount of whole blood given was approximately TBSA% burnedxbody weight (kg)?0.3ml. The blood viscosity returned to within normal range in all cases on the 3rd postburn day.Blood viscosity was determined in 20 uninjured dogs to obtain its normal values. A 25% napalm burn was inflicted upon the animals, and they were divided into 2 groups of 7 each. Group A received the same fluid replacement protocol as what was given in human patients, while Group B animals were replenished with balanced salt solution in the amount of 5ml/1%TBS A/kg in the first 24 hours, and dextran was given as a colloid in the second 24 hours. No significant difference in blood viscosity was observed between these two groups during the observation period. The above findings suggested that whole blood as one of the constituents of replacement fluids for burn shock would neither enhance blood (?)scosity nor impede its recovery to normalcy.
9.Evolution,influence and expectation of the autism spectrum disorder diagnostic and classified criteria in DSM
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(6):425-430
The accurate diagnose is the precondition of effective intervention and services for autism spec-trum disorder, however it must rely on the scientific diagnostic criteria. The American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM)is one of the most widely used diagnostic criteria for psychiatric disorders at present. It provides important diagnostic basis for the field of basic and clinical neuroscience, cognitive and behav-ioral science and disability research. The major change of autism spectrum disorder diagnostic criteria in the newly-published DSM-5 include the combination of disorder classification, the simplification of diagnostic criteria and divi-sion according to the severity level.Affected by this,it made the prevalence, the clinical research as well as educa-tion and related social services something new.In the future, incorporation of the social-psychological factors,com-patible with ICD and localization of ASD diagnostic criteria may be the major field of the diagnostic and classified criteria of ASD series research.
10.Changes of the Shift and Body Center of Gravity in a Bout of the Simplified Taichiquan Exercise
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(4):363-363
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of slow and mild movements in Taichiquan kinesitherapy.MethodsForty healthy males were divided into Taichiquan group and walking group with 20 persons in each group. The shift of practicing a 5-min bout of the simplified Taichiquan exercise, time of walking 18 m at a comfortable pace and change of one person's body center of gravity during exercise were measured respectively.ResultsTaichiquan group had (1796.4±91)cm shift during 5 min Taichiquan exercise; walking group spent (14.1±1.7)s when walking 18 m at a comfortable pace; and the downward shift of body center of gravity due to the exercise style undulated ( 5.5 ±12.7)cm vertically below the umbilicus (P>0.05).ConclusionSlow, mild and continual movement is the kinesiological basis of Taichiquan kinesitherapy.
