Objective To investigate of mental health level and coping style in emergency nurses. Methods Investigations were conducted in 78 emergency nurses who had been m the emergency department over one year from 4 general hospitals in Huizhou using general condition questionnaire, symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) and simple coping style questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results The subfactor score of SCL- 90 was significantly higher than that of Chinese norm. Emergency nurses adopted positive coping style more then conunon adillt group. The positive coping style of nurses was negatively correlated with the total score of SCL-90, somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety factor of SCL-90. The negative coping style was positively correlated with the total score, sornatization, depression and anxiety factor of SCL-90.Conchusions Emergency nurses have poor mental health. We must adopt effective means to improve theirs mental health level.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(22):-
Objective To learn the damage on infants and effect of treatment of congenital cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection and non-congenital cytomegalovirus infection which included perinatal infection and postnatal infection. Methods According to the diagnosis standard of cytomegalovirus infection in China,46 infants diagnosed CMV infection were retrospectively reviewed. In this research,CMV infection was diagnosed if serum CMV-IgM or CMV-pp65 in polymorphous leukocytes was positive.According to beginning time of CMV infection symptom,46 cases were divided into 2 groups: congenital infection and non-congenital infection, clinical features of 2 groups were compared.Ganciclovir was given to the infants with infantile hepatic syndrome of 2 groups, and compared liver transaminases and bilirulin with itself after treatment,side-effect was observed.Infants of 2 groups were followed up,and prognosis was compared. Results In 46 infants,21 were enrolled congenital infection group,25 were non-congenital infection group.CMV-IgM was positive in 38 cases of 46 patients,CMV-pp65 was positive in 19 cases of 43 patients, both CMVIgM and CMV-pp65 were positive in 11 cases.More congenital malformation were found in congenital group than non-congenital group, there was significant difference between 2 groups((P

Objective To investigate the interventional effect of Danzhixiaoyao Powder from the aspect of ethology in rats with chronic stress-induced anxiety. Methods The rat model of chronic stress-induced anxiety was established by using the stimulation of uncertainty empty bottle. The changes of exploratory, grooming and attack behaviors were observed when rats were stimulated by empty bottle. After the stress the ethology of rats were reviewed by applying international elevated plus-maze(EPM)test.The interventional effect of Danzhxiaoyao Powder was observed. Results The rats were irritable after the stress and had frequency grooming and attack behaviors. The result of EPM test showed that the rats were not wiBing to enter or stay in the open arm,but tended to explore the block arm and stay in there for a longer time. The motor activity of the rats decreased. After the intervene of Danzhixiaoyao Powder the grooming and attack behaviors of rats were reduced significantly, the total motor activity increased, and exploring times and stay time in the open ann were improved. Conclusion The model of chronic psychological stress by the stimulation of uncertainty empty bottle simulates well the anxiety in rats etiologically.Danzhxiaoyao Powder has a significant anti-anxiety effect.

To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Myrica rubra, fourteen compounds were isolated from the methanolic extract using various chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of chemical properties and spectroscopic data, as 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxymyricanol (1), myricanol (2), myricanone (3), myricanol 11-sulfate (4), myricitrin (5), quercetin (6), quercetin-3-rhamnoside (7), tamarixol (8), uvaol (9), ursolic acid (10), taraxerol (11), myricadiol (12), β-sitosterol (13) and β-daucosterol (14). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, named as 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxymyricanol, compounds 8, 9 were isolated from the genus Myrica for the first time.

The principles of step by step, the combination of practice and theory, the co-existing of being implicit and explicit, the equality between guidance and autonomous can be followed to construct humanities curriculum system in content, resources, teaching staff and teaching in medical colleges for nationalities. Furthermore, humanities curriculum system must insist on a fundamental concepts that the human theory is the essence of medicine, and the humanities is the basic structure of medicine and the key to success is the training of humanities teachers.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(7):762-766
Objective The clinical manifestations of Parkinson''s disease (PD) are divided into non-motor symptoms and motor symptoms.Constipation is one of the common symptoms of non-motor symptoms of the disease.Constipation symptoms in PD generally occur earlier for 5~20 years, while drug treatment for PD constipation can lead to gastrointestinal damage. This study investigated the improvement in the treatment of anorectal dynamics and constipation symptoms in Parkinson''s disease by oral mosapride and press-needle therapy of Shu-Mu point. Methods 60 patients diagnosed as constipation of Parkinson''s disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group;patients in the control group were treated with oral mosapride tablets, while patients in the treatment group received press-needle therapy, three times per week. The observation course in both groups last for three months and follow-up visits were conducted before and after the course.Efficacy evaluation, PAC-QOL scale and anorectal dynamic examination were applied in the follow-up visit. Results The efficiency of treatment group was 81.7%, significantly higher than control group (70%), representing significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Both the methods could improve the PAC-QOL scale, and significant difference was found in comparison to that before the treatment(P<0.01), while no statistical significance was found between treatment group and control group after treatment(P>0.05).As to the anorectal dynamics, significant difference was found before and after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05, P<0.01), while no statistical significance were found between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Both oral mosapride and press-needle can improve the quality of life and anorectal dynamics for PD patients, representing no significant difference. However, compared with mosapride, the overall efficacy of press-needle is better in improving the symptoms of constipation in PD, featuring more convenience, higher safety, less pain and no side effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
