1.Natural history of chronic hepatitis B:advances in clinical practice
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(07):-
With several new and effective antiviral agents had been evaluated and licensed in past ten years, natural history of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)has being affected fiercely. But up to now, chronic hepatitis B virus infection is still the most important etiopathogenisis of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Chronic heaptitis B is a dynamic process. The natural history of CHB can be schematically divided into five phases:immune tolerant phase, immune reactive phase, inactive HBV carrier state,HBeAg-nagative CHB,and HBsAg-nagative phase, which are not necessarily sequential. So correct prehension of the natural history of CHB is significant for the prevention, monitoring and appropriate treatment of CHB patients.
2.The role of mitochondrial permeability transition pore in the occurrence of septic myocardial depression
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2016;28(8):747-751
Sepsis is defined as life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dys-regulated host response to infection and septic myocardial depression (SMD) is a common complication. Pathogenesis of SMD is complicated and there is lack of specific treatment. Mitochondrial damage is an important pathological basis of SMD, and mitochondrial permeability transition pore (MPTP) plays an important role in maintaining the normal structure and function of the mitochondria. The change of MPTP during sepsis is summarized in this review so as to reveal the significant mechanism of MPTP in the occurrence of SMD.
3.Current research of hepatoblastoma in children
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(10):988-992
Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common malignant liver tumors among children. It typically begins with few symptoms, making it dififcult to diagnose and treat. The number of HB cases has been on the rise in recent years, resulting in gradual development of the research on various aspects of the disease. This paper is a round-up of the etiology, pathological classiifcation, clinical staging, prognostic factors and therapeutic principles of hepatoblastoma.
4.Production,Extraction and Stability for Crude Phytotoxin Produced by Alternaria zinniae
China Biotechnology 2006;0(08):-
Alternaria zinniae was a plant fungal pathogen isolated from a world-wide weed Xanthium occidentale, which could cause some weeds of Asteraceae disease. It was found that the fungus made disease spot on the leaf through producing secondary metabolite—phytotoxin. The toxin-producing capability of the fungus was studied. The optimal cultural conditions for producing phytotoxin were temperature 25℃,pH 6.5,cultured period 9~11d,rotating speed 110r/min,darkness and enough dissolved O_2,crude toxin was obtained through large scale fermentation. Analysis on the influence of time, temperature, lightness for storing on the stability of phytotoxin of Alternaria zinniae showed that the phytotoxin had the potential to develop as a herbicide originating from microorganism.
5.Local Angiogenesis and Neurological Functional Recovery After Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral ischemia activates endogenous angiogenic factors, and increase microvessel density and form new capillaries in ischemic brain tissues.Exogenous angiogenic factors can more effectively promote angiogenesis and the establishment of collateral circulation in ischemic regions and peripherial tissues, improving local blood supply and reducing infarct size. The further study of the mechanisms and methods in promoting regional angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia will contribute to improve neurologic deficit.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(02):-
Objective:To study the mechanisms of neutrophil elastase (NE) induced expression of respiratory mucin MUC5AC. Methods:Using gene recombination techniques, four luciferase reporter gene plasmids containing different length of human MUC5AC gene promoter were constructed.Site-directed mutagenesis technique was used to establish mutants of Sp-l and NF-?B site in MUC5AC gene promoter; the relative luciferase activities were detected in the transfected human pulmonary A549 cells. Results:Series of luciferase reporter gene containing different sequences of human MUC5AC promotor were constructed successfully.NE could increase the expression of luciferase reporter gene plasmid containing -1300bp,-689bp and-324bp version of MUC5AC promoter in the transfected A549 cells (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
With the increasing frequency of international exchanges and cooperations, students from foreign countries, such as India and Pakistan, have come to our country for their higher degree education. We studied retrospectively and explored the teaching methods of Histology in English, and further provide our thoughts and viewpoints on improving the teaching qualities of foreign students.
9.The Effects of Ephrin Receptor B2 on Angiogenesis and Neuroplasticity in Areas Remote From the Cortical Infarction

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Cerebral infarction is not only a focal damage, but also causes secondary damage in areas remote from the ischemic territory, which will retard the recovery of neurological function.Ephrin receptor B2 (EphB2) plays an important role in the development and repair mechanism of central nervous system.Blocking the effect of EphB2 in brain by using a specific inhibitor may enhance proliferation and migration of endogeneous neuronal stem cells after experimental cerebral infarc- tion, improve neurological function and influence angiogenesis and neuroplasticity in remote sites. It is expected to become a new approach for decreasing damages in areas remote from the cerebral infarction and promoting the recovery of neurological function.
10.NR2B Receptor Antagonists and Their Application in Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(10):-
Neuronal damage is associated with the excessive stimulation of N-Methyl-D- Aspartate (NMDA) receptors by glutamate during cerebral ischemia.Because of non-selective NMDA receptor antagonist can influence all NMDA receptors and produce adverse effects, and its clinical application has been restricted significantly,an increasing attention has been paid to the selective NMDA receptor in recent years.NR2B subunit antagonists are mainly divided into piperidine derivatives, amide derivatives, amidine derivatives, and aminoquinoline derivatives, etc. The representative drugs include ifenprodil and eliprodil. These drugs can selectively act on NMDA receptor NR2B subunit, and they are expected to become safe and effective neuropro- tective agents in clinical practice.
