2."""Policy Break"" Pathway of County Level Public Hospital Reform: a Case Enlightenment from A County"
Chinese Hospital Management 2017;37(7):28-30
Starting from the reform result and influence of A County of public hospital reform, the reform experience and forming mechanism are analyzed to provide references for county level public hospital reform.Through taking controlling medical fees as the core, replacing policy break with mechanism break has a realistic meaning and applicable value. But the administrative type of passive controlling fees and squeezing the income of medical workers will produce a negative influence for the long-term development of health industry and for the future interest of local people.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(6):226-227
Objective To study the guided interstitial implantation of125I seeds combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer treatment in CT, to evaluate the clinical value of the actual.Methods60 cases of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer in Pujiang People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research object in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, each with a total of 30 cases. The control group of patients with S-1 in the treatment. The experimental group with,125I implantation combined with S-1 treatment.Comparative analysis of the control group and the experimental group of patients with treatment effect and toxicity.ResultsAfter different treatment, 30 patients in the experimental group, 9 patients were invalid, the total effective number of cases was 21 cases, the effective rate was 70%.The control group of 30 patients, 19 patients were invalid, the total effective number of cases was 11 cases, the effective rate was 36.7%.Therefore, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The disease control rate of the experimental group was 90%, the clinical benefit rate was 50%, the control rate of the patients in the control group was 60%, and the clinical benefit rate was about 23.3%,.The control rate of patientsand the clinical benefit rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.ConclusionCT guided interstitial implantation of125I seeds combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer can improve the treatment efficiency to a great extent, to help alleviate the suffering of patients, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the clinical value of King's College Hospital Criterion (KCH),Canadian Waitlisting Algorithm Criterion (CanWAIT) and Japanese Liver Transplantation Criterion (JLT) in predicting the prognosis of the patients with chronic severe hepatitis in China. Methods Fifty-five patients with chronic severe hepatitis were classified respectively by the three liver transplantation criteria. Those who were in line with the criterion were ascribed the matched criteria group (MCG),while those who were not in line with the criterion were ascribed the unmatched crite ria group (UCG).The end point of observation was the 90th day after their admission. The survival time and the mortality were compared between the MCG and UCG.The predictive ability for each cri- terion and their correlation with the clinical stages of chronic severe hepatitis were analyzed. Results Seventeen cases accorded with KCH and CanWAIT,while 38 cases did not accord with KCH and CanWAIT.The median survival time (MST) and their mortality in MCG group were 17.5 days and 100.0% respectively, while those in UCG group were 69.2 days and 34.2% respectively.Twenty- one cases accorded with JLT,while 34 cases did not accord with JLT.The MST and their mortality in MCG were 17.7 days and 95.2% respectively, while those in UCG group were 75.2 days and 29.4% repsectively. There were significant differences in MST and mortality between MCG group and UCG group with the 3 criteria (P
7.Determination of five triterpenic acids from Salvia chinensis of different parts by RP-HPLC-PDA.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(22):4379-4382
OBJECTIVETo establish a RP-HPLC-PDA method for determination of five triterpenic acids (pomolic acid, hawthorn acid, corosolic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid) in different parts of Salvia chinensis.
METHODThe isocratic elution and separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm), using acetonitrile-water (90:10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL x min(-1). The detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 205 nm and 28 degrees C, respectively.
RESULTThe calibration curves of pomolic acid, hawthorn acid, corosolic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were linear over the ranges of 0.096 0-2.400, 0.1230-3.075, 0.2420-6.050, 0.2830-7.075 and 0.2730-6.825 microg (r = 0.9998, 0.9997, 0.9999, 0.9995, 0.9999), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.43%, 98.13%, 100.6%, 98.19% and 99.15%%, respectively, with RSD (n=6) being 1.3%, 0.67%, 1.2%, 0.87% and 0.43%.
CONCLUSIONThe proposed method is so simple and highly reproducible that it promises to be applicable for determination of major triterpenic acids in S. chinensis.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the feasibility and cortex activation of fMRI in the aged volunteers during the performance of visuospatial tasks. Methods Visuospatial tasks were conducted in 11 normal aged volunteers. The fMRI data was postprocessed using SPM99 to reveal the activated cortex. Results The visuospatial tasks were fulfilled satisfactorily in all aged subjects. Cortex around the left intraparietal sulcus, dorsolateral cortex in the left prefrontal lobe and bilateral occipital lobes showed activation. We found a selective enhancement of fMRI signal in the left superior parietal lobule. Conclusion FMRI tasks are feasible in the aged people and the left superior parietal lobule is the specific in the visuospatial information processing.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To determine the effects of pre-operative chemotherapy on p53 expression and apoptosis in lung cancer. Methods 42 patients with lung cancer were divided into pre-opreative chemotherapy group (n=14) and control group (n=28) without preoperative chemotherapy.Method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 . Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase nick end labeling (TUNEL) was used to detect the apoptotic cells. Results The positive rate of p53 expression were as follows;53 5% for control group,64 3% for prechemotherapy group,64 3% for postchemotherapy group respectively;the apoptosis indexes were 6 3?1 9 for control group,7 3?1 6 for prechemotherapy group,14 5?4 6 for postchemotherapy group. Conclusions The preoperative chemotherapy can induce apoptosis in lung cancer ,but can not affect p53 expression .

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
The cytokine-receptor- heparin sulfate functional complex combined by cytokines, cytokine receptors, and heparin sulfate chains formed by concatenation of heparin sulfate proteoglycans (HSPG), an important component of extracellular matrix and modified by some relative enzymes, can regulate the density of cytokine receptors and their intracellular signal transduction. This article focused on the regulatory function of this complex. Many morphological abnormalities and diseases occur when the complex is dysfunctional.
