1.Influence of Intralesional Glucocorticoid on the Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Heman-gioma Tissues
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effectiveness of intralesional glucocorticoid therapy on infantile hemangioma in proliferative stage, and variance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression in the hemangioma tissues.MethodsExperimental group:5 cases were injected with triamcinolone acetonide 3 days before operation,5 cases were done 6 days before operation,5 cases were done 9 days before operation and 5 cases were done 2 weeks before operation(the dose of injection was 1 mg/cm2 per time, but not exceeding 2 mg/kg).Control group:5 infantile hemangioma cases in involuting stage and 5 infantile hemangioma cases in proliferative stage did not received any therapy. The specimen of the hemangioma were collected to detect the expression of VEGF by two-step immunohistochemistry.Every optical slice was detected by 5 campus visualis of high power lens.ResultsObserving the specimen dyed by HE in the light microscope, there was no significant difference between injected group and non-injected group. But by means of immunohistochemistry, the expression of VEGF could been down regulation by the glucocorticoid(F=17.919 1P
2.Influence of Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension and Its Complications on Liver Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To explore the influence of cirrhotic portal hypertension and its complications on liver transplantation. Methods The literatures of the recent years on influence of hepatic cirrhotic portal hypertension on liver transplantation were reviewed. Results Splenomegaly, hypersplenism, portal vein thrombosis, portosystemic shunt and collateral flow in cirrhotic patients will increase the difficulty of liver transplantation and lead to more postoperative complications. Appropriate handling of these conditions can achieve a higher success rate of liver transplantation. Conclusion Correct management of end-stage cirrhotic portal hypertension and its complications can expand the indications of liver transplantation and improve long-term survival rates.
3.THE MEASUREMENT OF NEUTROPHIL FUNCTION AND OPSONIC ACTIVITY BY CHEMILUMINESCENCE
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
A method for measurement of neutrophil function and opsonic activity by chemiluminescence (CL) was reported in this paper. The factors influencing the emission of CL were discussed. The experimental results suggested that CL depends on the concentration of luminol, the dilution of serum opsonin, the number of neutrophils and the environmental temperature. The optimum conditions defined in present study were: the concentration of luminol was 1?105M, the number of neutrophils 2?106/mml, the reactive temperature 37℃. According to the relationship between CL emission and the bactericidal activity of phagocytizing neutrophils, the measurement of CL may be used as a rapid, simple and usefull tool to determine the funetion of humoral-phagocyte axis.
5. Screening and mutation of a marine Bacillus megaterium to resolute 3-chloro-1, 2-epoxypropane
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2012;47(21):1694-1697
OBJECTIVE: To obtain and mutate a marine Bacillus megaterium to resolute pharmaceutical intermediate, 3-chloro-1,2-epoxypropane. METHODS: From marine sediment, a 3-chloro-1,2-epoxypropane-resolute strain was isolated and mutated by ultraviolet rays and N+ ion. RESULTS: The strain was identified as Bacillus megaterium on the basis of biophysical and biochemical test. The optimum salinity for growth was 2%, and the result of optimum salinity showed that the microbe was a typical marine microorganism. A positive mutant exhibited excellent resolution with ee value of 99% and yield of 42%. CONCLUSION: The marine bacillus megaterium shows a large potential for industrial production.
6.STUDY ON INDUCATION CONDITIONS FOR THE PROPAGULUM OF THE EPA AND AA-PRODUCING FUNGUS DIASPORANGIUM SP.
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
It was investigated that the effect of various inducing mediums, times and temperatures on the number of the zoospores from Diasporangium sp.producing polyunsaturated fatty acid of Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and Arachidonic acid(AA).The results showed that the zoospores were detected in various liquid mediums after 1 day,They were globose and about 23.9 ?m in diameter. And maximum number of spores was obtained 6 days after translocation of mycilium to carrot patches at 25℃.But the number of the zoospores was the most 8 days at the same condition. The highest germination rate of the fungus was obtained in the vegetative agar.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the different embolization agent and the spinal cord ischemic injury. Methods Bilateral of intercostal arteries were embolized with gelatin sponge and lipiodol to block the blood supply of spinal cord. To detect the somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs), 6 canines in both groups of gelatin sponge and lipiodol were treated by bilateral intercostal arteries embolization. The median nerve and fibular nerve were recorded and the ratio of lower extremity to upper extremity SEPs amplitude (LE/UE ratio) were calculated; the results were compared with the pathologic findings and the motor function. Results The baseline, LE/UE, evoked potential amplitude ratios in all dogs before operation ranged from 0.22 to 0.92 with a combined total mean of 0.49?0.07. The SEPs changes at 30 minutes post operation were more obvious than pre operation in gelatin sponge group and lipiodol group with statistic significance. The LE/UE ratio of gelatin sponge group recovered one hour after operation, but this was absent in lipiodol group. So did the latency SEPs changes. Conclusion The SEPs could not be used to evaluate the motor function of spinal cord comprehensively.
