3.Early Sacroiliitis in Ankylosing Spondylitis:MRI Correlated to Clinical and Laboratory Findings
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To analyze the correlation between the early sacroiliitis in ankylosing spondylitis(AS) and clinical and laboratory parameters. Methods 39 patients with AS corresponding to the modified New York criteria for AS(0-Ⅲ)were included.According to pain score(BASDAI),the patients were divided into three groups, that were static group, suspicious active group and active group. The patients were examined by MRI and laboratory including erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP).The severity of activity of sacroiliac joint(SIJ) inflammation was evaluated using spondyloarthritis research consortium of Canada(SPARCC)score, comparative analysis was done among these three groups. Results There was significant differences among these three groups in SPARCC score(P0.05).The spearman correlation coefficient between SPARCC score and BASDAI score was rs=0.503,P0.05.Conclusion In early sacroiliitis of AS,the SPARCC score of SIJ lesions is positively correlated with the severity of BASDAI,but there is no correlation between the SPARCC score and ESR,CRP.
4.Reconstitution of the meridian system.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2013;33(12):1099-1102
In order to express the features and significance of meridians and collaterals scientifically, a profound study on the process, basis and idea of the binary structure constitution of the traditional meridian system including the 12 regular meridians and 8 extra meridians was carried out. It pointed out the defect of failure in giving consideration to both theory and clinical application of the traditional system, and proposed a new binary structure of the 4 extremities and trunk, which suit the system to the treating principles of acupuncture in the meridian and acupoint theory in a better way.

5.Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture plus Chinese Herbs for Sensorineural Hearing Loss
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(1):74-76
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese herbs in treating sensorineural hearing loss.Method Eighty patients with sensorineural hearing loss were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medication, while the treatment group by acupuncture in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The two groups were intervened once a day, 30 days as a treatment course. The serum interleukin (IL)-2, IL-6, soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels and pure tone hearing threshold value were observed before and after consecutive 2 treatment courses, and the clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared.Result The serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and sIL-2R and pure tone hearing threshold value were significantly changed after the treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the serum IL-2, IL-6, sIL-2R levels and pure tone hearing threshold value between the two groups after the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 94.6% in the treatment group versus 84.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese herbs is an effective approach in treating sensorineural hearing loss.
6.Effect of Acupuncture on Anxiety and Depression Due to Vertebrobasilar Insufficient Vertigo
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(3):282-283
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating anxiety and depression due to vertebrobasilar insufficient vertigo (VBIV).Method Eighty-two patients with anxiety and depression due to VBIV were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medication, while the treatment group was by acupuncture in addition to the treatments given to the control group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) were evaluated before and after intervention.Result The HAMA, HAMD, SAS, and SDS scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMA score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). The TESS scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.01). After intervention, the TESS score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective approach in treating anxiety and depression due to VBIV, and it can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

9.The mechanism of invariant natural killer T cells in regulating autoimmune diseases
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;31(12):1183-1186
Studies demonstrated that natural killer T (NKT) cells are involved in the diverse immunomodulatory responses. But the mechanism that NKT cells regulate pathogenic T helper cells (Th) are still unclear.Recent researches found that Th17 cells are associated with a variety of autoimmune disease and play a crucial role in autoimmune diseases, which is very different from previous thesis that Th1 and Th2 are the key factors in the immune response in the patients with autoimmune disease.Studies both in vitro and in vivo also documented that invariant NKT cells (iNKT) inhibit the differentiation of CD4+ T cells toward Th1 and Th17 cells at the different mechanisms. The concept of NKT cells, the regulation of NKT cells to Th1 and Th17 cells in the autoimmune diseases were reviewed.
10.Effect of celecoxib on endometrial carcinoma cell proliferation and expression of COX-2 mRNA
Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effect of celecoxib on endometrial carcinoma cell HEC-1-B and expression of the COX-2 mRNA.Methods To investigate the inhibition of different concentration Cele- coxib on the growth of human endometrial carcinoma cell HEC-1-B by the method of cell culture and MTT experiments.Detect the changes of expression of the COX-2 mRNA by RT-PCR.Results Celecoxib could effectively inhibit the growth of the HEC-1-B cell in dose and time dependent manner.Celecoxib could inhib- it the expression of the COX-2 mRNA.The inhibition ratio of expression in COX-2 mRNA of 20?mol/L and 50?mol/L Celecoxib is 25.92 % and 50.81% respectively. Conclusion Celecoxib may inhibit the growth of endometrial carcinoma cell by degrading the expression of the COX-2 mRNA.
