2.Case Investigation into the Humanistic Education in English Language Lecture Teaching for Medical Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
It is one heated topic to enhance the humanistic quality of current college students. This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of humanistic education among the college students in two medical colleges in Tianjin city, exploring related issues in the humanistic education in the English language lecture teaching in medical colleges.
3.Progress of Toll-like receptors in asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(3):258-260,263
Asthma is heterogeneous disorder which caused by a complicated interaction between multiple genes and environmental factors. A increasing number of attention has paid in the researches about its pathogenic mechanism and therapeutic strategies. Not only can Toll-like receptors and signal transduction pathways mediate relevant immunocyte of asthma, but also induce or restrain development of asthma. TLRs is a land of pattern recognition receptor(PRRs), which can rely on the conserved sequence of gene encoding to identify pathogenic microorganism, meanwhile activate innate immunity, adjust acquired immunity and induce immune tolerance.

5.ANALYSIS OF LUNG MINI-NODULES FOR DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT
Tumor 2001;(2):138-139
Objective To study the malignant or benign characters of lung mini nodules for diagnosis and treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 post-operative cases with pathologically confirmed malignant or benign lung mini-nodules.Results Lung mini-nodule resection cases accounted for 17.7%(80) out of a 451-cases group.Malignant cases accounted for 73.7%(59/80),benign cases 26.3%(21/80).Most of the malignant cases were squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, while most of the benign cases were tuberculosis and inflammatory pseudo-neoplasms.As for pTNM staging in malignant cases, there were 28 in pT1N0M0,19 in pT1N1M0,1 in pT1N1M1,10in pT1N2M0 and 1 in pT1N2M1;the average survival time was 29.4 months. The accurate rate of pre-operative X-ray and CT scan was 45% and 76.2% respectively. Conclusion For patients with lung mini-nodules <2 cm CT value at 37HU,and the nature unknown ,resection is suggested.
6.The clinical application of comprehensive treatment and prognosis guide in children with febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory infections
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(18):2729-2730
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment and prognosis guide in children with febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory infections. Methods 58 cases of children with febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory infections were divided into the two groups using a random number table method, and the control group received routine first aid and treatment, while the observation group took comprehensive treatment and prognosis guide. The clinical efficacy and recurrence were compared. Results The observation group's abatement of fever time, seizures disappear time and average length of stay was (30.15 ±2.78)h,(4.25 ±0.63)d and (6.51 ±0.52) d,which were significantly less than those of the control group [(45.43 ± 3.14) h,(7.11 ± 0.72) d and (10.02 ± 0.67) d] (t =10.21,9.62,10.30,all P < 0.05) ; The observation group's relapse rate was 13.79% after treatment, significantly lower than 31.03 % of the control group (x2 =11.23,P < 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment combined with prognosis guide has significant effect in the treatment of children with febrile seizures caused by upper respiratory infections, which can significantly improve clinical symptoms, reduce relapse after treatment. So it has a better clinical value.
7.Related analysis between atrial enlargement and atrial tachyarrhythmia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):209-210
Objective To investigate relation between atrial enlargement and pathogenesis of atrial tach yarrhythmia. Methods 786 patients were observed with atrial tachyarrhythmia through 24-hour electrocardiographic monitoring, echocardiographic was used to analysis atrial enlargement. Results The patient with left atrial enlargement in atrial tachyarrhythmia was more than those with right atrial enlargement(73.82%vs 21.25%,P<0,01).Conclusions Atrial enlargement, especially left atrial enlargement, was the one of most important pathogeny in atrial tachyarrhythmia. The enhancement of pressure and muscle tension in atrial were the major factors of electronicphysiobgy disorganization, and the left atrial was the leading position in patients with electronicphysiology abnormity.
8.Short Term Results of Laparoscopic or Laparotomy Radical Hysterectomy and Pelvic Lymphadenectomy for Early Uterine Malignancy
Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(1):48-51
Objective:The short term results of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph nodes dissection for early uterine malignancy were investigated.Methods:70 patients with eady malignant uterine tumor who underwent a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph nodes dissection(TLRH+LPL)were retrospectively reviewed. At the samt time,48 patients were recruited to be the control group who had laparotomy radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph nodes dissection(ARH+APL).Intraoperative and postoperative situations and complications between these two groups were analyzed.Results:70 patients underwent laparoscopic operation, but two cases changed to laparotomy(transfer rate 2.9%).The mean operation time, blood loss, number of dissected pelvic lymph nodes and postoperative temperature recovery time of TLRH+LPL group was significantly different from ARH+APL group(P<0.01),while there were no difference between these two groups on bladder function recovery time and occurance of postoperative complications. Conclusions:TLRH+LPL has the same feasibility and safety with ARH+APL,less invasive to the tissue, thus offers a good option of microinvasive therapy for female malignant tumor.
10.Dietary patterns and development of colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(10):777-779
The incident of colorectal cancer are closely related to factors such as genetics, life styles, dietary patterns, external environment, enteral environment, and exercise. Epidemiological studies of geographic regions with different eating habits have shown that the incidence of CRC varies as diets change. Further studies are needed to investigate the underlying mechanisms
