Asthma is heterogeneous disorder which caused by a complicated interaction between multiple genes and environmental factors. A increasing number of attention has paid in the researches about its pathogenic mechanism and therapeutic strategies. Not only can Toll-like receptors and signal transduction pathways mediate relevant immunocyte of asthma, but also induce or restrain development of asthma. TLRs is a land of pattern recognition receptor(PRRs), which can rely on the conserved sequence of gene encoding to identify pathogenic microorganism, meanwhile activate innate immunity,adjust acquired immunity and induce immune tolerance.

It is one heated topic to enhance the humanistic quality of current college students.This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of humanistic education among the college students in two medical colleges in Tianjin city,exploring related issues in the humanistic education in the English language lecture teaching in medical colleges.

The common pathogens and cases of secondary infection by acupuncture were classified and described, including staphylococcus aureus, mycobacteria, hepatitis virus and some sporadic infections. The above; cases were summed up according to the common pathogens of the secondary infection by acupuncture. Thus it illustrates the features of the secondary infection cases by acupuncture comprehensively and aims to enhance the infection knowledge of the medical staff in the hospital, so that the infection is effectively prevented in medical work.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection method for indwelling urinary catheter and its correlation with the urinary infection.METHODS Eighty cases with indwelling catheter were randomly assigned to two groups.0.5% Polyvidone iodine(Iodophor)was used as lubricant and disinfectant in the experimental group.The control group received liquid paraffin and 0.1% benzalkonium bromide.RESULTS The incidence of urinary tract infections in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group with the same indwelling time of catheter(P

A major challenge in bone tissue engineering is to amplify cell numbers with maintaining the desired phenotype. As a crucial element in bone tissue engineering,the field of scaffold is in the forefront of developments. Due to superiority in both cell expansion and conveyance,the approach of microspherical scaffold has latterly been adopted as the substrate of cell propagation,carrier of expanded cells,as well as scaffold of regenerated bone tissue. Combined with injectable matrices after cell encapsulation or attachment,the microsphere-based system provides an attractive method for highly efficient cell amplification and minimally invasive cell delivery for bone tissue engineering.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of chronic, non-specific inflammatory intestinal diseases.Patients with IBD predispose to the development of colitis-associated colon cancer (CACC).Homocysteine is an important intermediate metabolite in methionine cycle, increased level of homocysteine is closely correlated with the development and progression of IBD and CACC.This paper reviewed the advances in study on correlation of homocysteine with IBD and CACC.

Objective Retrospective analysis of 56 cases of the surgical humerus neck of children that treated with abduction brace combined with manipulative reduction,and discuss the significance of abduction brace combined with manipulative reduction in treatment of fracture of the surgical humerus neck about children.Methods This study consisted of 56 children with fracture of the surgical humerus neck,among these,41 were males and 15 were females,9 were road accident and 47 were falling injury,average 7.67 years.They were all treated with abduction brace combined with manipulative reduction,after 1 month fixation,dismantled the abduction brace and did the functional exercise.Results Follow-up study was carried out in 56 cases,followed 6 months to 5 years,average 2.96 years,accoding to the standard of fracture healing,excellent result was obtained in 35 cases and good in 21 cases,the excellent-good rate was 100%.Conclusions Abduction brace combined with manipulative reduction is an effective treatment for fracture of the surgical humerus neck in children.
