Building a digitized and customer-oriented hospital customer service system is conducive to better service at the hospital.Such a system is an open customer service and management system,comprising digitized customer relation management and service platform,digital intelligent IVR customer service system,video interaction service system for hospital wards,IOT-based health management and service system,and 3G-based seamless pre-hospital and post-hospital green emergency rescue system,as well as other customer service systems including the outpatient auto-calling,self-service,information release,payment management,and IOT-based customer management system.By means of thorough customer analysis,automatic service trigger-off mechanism and considerate customer service,digitized hospital customer service system realized value of the hospital while providing the customers with valuable services.

The widespread application of adjuvant therapy has shown clear benefits in the treatment of operable breast cancer. It is essential for the clinicians to select appropriate adjuvant regimens for this heterogeneous group of patients. Objective To introduce a new method for the treatment of complications after nasal prosthesis.Methods 38 cases with complications after nasal prosthesis were treated by buried-guiding suture method.Results All the 38 patients with nasal prosthesis,such as skewed,floating and sinking mobile,entirely obtained good results.Conclusions The buried guiding suture method in the noninvasive and minimally invasive condition can make the prosthesis relative stability,make expanded extra cavity close adhesion,narrow,finally reaching the tightly wrapped.This method may provide an external force,so that the prosthesis oblique position is corrected,and maintained in a desired position,avoiding operation failure.The effect of this procedure is good,which is a clinical reference method.

Objective To investigate the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patient with bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with BTCC who underwent surgical treatment was retrospectively analyzed,the healthy subjects was considered as control group,the serum VEGF levels of patient with BTCC and healthy subjects were detected by ELISA and compared.Results The VEGF levels of bladder cancer group was (317.62 ±89.47) ng/L,and was significantly higher than that of the control group [(53.08 ± 17.40) ng/L] (t =16.017,P ＜0.01).The VEGF levels of invasive cancer group and pathological grading of high-level group were respectively higher than the superficial tumor group and pathological grading of low-level group,compared the difference was significant (t =8.191,6.230,all P ＜0.01).The VEGF level was not significantly difference between the different age groups,gender groups and tumor size groups(t =0.423,0.528,1.307,all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The serum VEGF levels are high expression in patients with BTCC,the VEGF levels are closely related to clinical stage and histological grade.The high expression of serum VEGF shows the invasion and progression of BTCC.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with Nimodipine on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups(control group and treatment group),the control group was given Nimodipine on the basis of regular treatment,and the treatment group was given Ginkgo biloba extract combined with Nimodipine on the basis of regular treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (x2 =3.62,P ＜0.05),improvement of neurological deficit was better than that of the control group (t =2.57,5.32,all P ＜ 0.05),Plasma TC and TG levels were significantly lower than that of the control group(t =4.23,6.43,all P ＜ 0.05).During treatment,patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract and Nimodipine have synergistic effects,the two combined treatment of acute cerebral infarction have significantly effects,which is safe and reliable.

Objective To compare the effect of zinc distribution of particles and acetaminophen treats pediatric fever.Methods 108 children with fever were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was given paracetamol,the observation group was given cloth compound of zinc particles.Efficacy of temperature changes,seizures and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared in two groups.Results The total effective was 96.30％ (52/54) in the observation group,the control group was 81.48％ (44/54),there were no significant differences (x2 =5.86,P ＜ 0.05).The body temperature is remarkably reduced after taking medicine for 0.5h in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).The body temperature is remarkably reduced after taking medicine for lh in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The body temperature is remarkably reduced after taking medicine for 0.5,1,2,4 h in the observation group which were lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.96％ (7/54) in the control group,which was 11.11％ (6/54) in the observation group,there were no significant differences (P ＞ 0.05).The convulsion rate ioas 3.70％ (2/54) in the observation group,which was 14.81％ (8/54) in the control group,there were no significant differences (P ＜0.05).Conclusion It is faster,longer duration,seizure occurs at a low rate for the cloth compound of zinc particles treats pediatric fever than acetaminophen antipyretic.It is worthy of clinical application.
