The building of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is part of a harmonious socialist society is an important component.In this paper,only nurse-patient relationship,strengthen communication skills training nurses from the perspective of exploring the building of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.That the nurses ability to communicate the importance of culture in the contemporary: Nursing is not only adapt to their personnel training needs,but also improve nursing care suffering from the lack of ability to communicate the status of the need,or to prevent and eliminate the need for nurse-patient disputes;Nurse-patient communication on the building of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients significance: nurse-patient communication and the building of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is a prerequisite for building a harmonious medical environment and a good way;Communication skills training nurses ways: strengthening ethics training nurses,establish a "people-oriented" concept of service;Various forms of interpersonal communication of relevant knowledge and training and upgrade the overall quality of nurses;In practice communication skills to strengthen the training of nurses and establish a nurse-patient communication system.

Sixty-nine cases of acute hyperthyroid myopathy admitted from 1990 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Hoarseness was the most common symptom; 17.39％ of the patients had difficulty in breathing; respiratory muscle paralysis and aspiration pneumonia were the main causes of death.Efficient treatment lasting for two weeks was carried out in 81.16％ of the cases.Patients with severe bulbar palsy were often complicated with aspiration pneumonia and thus had high mortality rate.The main treatments in cluded anti-hyperthyroid drugs,corticosteroids,energy supports,and symptomatic management,which usually resulted in good clinical improvement.

Objects:To observe the effort of rehabilitation therapy after SPR.Methods:Twenty CP patients with spasticity were operated from December 1996 to October 1997.Occupational therapy was used in conjunction with Bobath method which formed the base of PT.Results:All values of muscle tone before and after operation were significantly different.Strength of many muscular groups was lower than normal level before operation and decreased further postoperatively.Sitting,kneeling and standing posture improved after operation and rehabilitation.There were 9 independent walk cases improved stride length,heel contact pattern and they had no scissors gait after rehabilitation.Conclusion:The goals of rehabilitation training focused on building muscle strength,stretching contractures and building up right posture control,inhibiting abnormal movement pattern,and gradually forming nornmal movement pattern.
