Objective:To analyse the anatomical change of the human temporomandibular joint(TMJ) in the position of mandibular lateral displacement and to provide the anatomical data for temporomandibular disorder.Methods:3 of the 8 samples of selected fresh cadavers were adjusted to mandibular lateral displacement position, and 5 to edge-to-edge occlusion position, then samples were fixed and sectioned according to coronal and sagittal planes by using plastination technique. The feature of the thin plastination sections of the TMJ in the mandibular lateral displacement position and were compared with that in edge-to-edge occlusion position. Results:On the working side in mandibular lateral displacement position, condylar moved backwords, upwards and outside in the articular fossa. Articular discs of TMJ did not move following condylar movement, but posterior band of the articular disc was suppressed by the condylar and articular fossa. On the non-working side in mandibular lateral displacement position, condylar moved ahead, downwards and inwards along posterior incline of articular tuberculum, then articular discs did not move, and middle band of articular discs was suppressed by the condyle and articular tuberculum. Conclusions:The TMJ disc does not shift as TMJ condylar process turns in articular fossa. When the condylar turns and slides at the same time, the articular discs shift.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of routine insertion of double-J stents to prevent major urological complications(MUCs)in kidney transplant recipients. Methods Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library, and Chinese Biomedicine database were searched to locate relevant randomized controlled trials(RCT).Data extraction and assessment of methodologic quality were performed independently by two reviewers.Meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.0 software. Results Ten RCT(including 1616 patients)were identified.By comparing the routine stent group with the no stent group, the meta-analysis showed:(1)incidence of urine leak, urinary obstruction and UTI was 4 times lower,6 times lower, increased by 52 % respectively(P<0.0001);(2)Patient and graft survival, rate of acute rejection, delayed graft function and hematuria were of no significant difference. In subgroup analysis,it was found:(1)Compared with the no stent group, the group in which stent duration was≤ 4 weeks had a lower incidence of MUCs and a higher incidence of UTI;meanwhile, the group in which stent duration was > 4 weeks had a much lower incidence of MUCs and the rate of UTI was increased without significant difference;(2)In the RCT of which urethral catheter duration was < 5 days, there were no significant differences between the two groups in MUCs and UTI.In the RCT of which urethral catheter duration was ≥5 days, the stent group had a lower incidence of MUCs and a higher incidence of UTI.Conclusion Routine stenting reduces the incidence of MUCs.Although the double-J stent increases the risk of UTI,it seems that UTI doesn't affect the outcome of transplantation. The stent duration should be within 4 weeks. For the stent recipients, the longer duration of urethral catheter, the lower incidence of MUCs,the higher incidence of UTI;thus,it is up to clinicians to decide the optimal duration of urethral catheter.Long term prescription of 480 mg cotrimoxazole once daily, from the operation day till after stent removal, effectively reduces the risk of UTI associated with stent placement.

OBJECTIVE Toobservetheeffectoftemozolomide(TMZ)incombinationwithtetran-drine(TET)on cell viability, colony formation, migration and cell apoptosis of human glioblastoma U87 cells.METHODS TheviabilityofU87cellstreatedwithTET(8-64μmol·L-1),TMZ(50-400 μmol·L-1 )and TMZ combined with TET (3.2,6.4 μmol·L-1 )was detected by cytotoxicity assays with Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8),the colony formation was detected by Giemsa staining, cell migration ability was detected by Transwell migration assay, cell apoptosis was assayed by flow cytometry using Annexin Ⅴ /PI double staining, and the expression of apoptosis-related proteins expression was detec-tedbyWesternblotting.RESULTS ThedataofCCK-8showedthatTET(r=0.903,P<0.05)orTMZ (r=0.995,P<0.05)could inhibit U87 cell viability alone in a concentration-dependent manner. The cell viability inhibition rate of U87 cells by TMZ co mbined with TET was higher than by TMZ or TET alone. Data showed that the effect of TMZ combined with TET was additive.TMZ 100 μmol·L-1 inhibited U87 cell colony formation and migration ablility compared with normal control. The inhibition rate of U87 cells by TMZ 100 μmol·L-1 combined with TET (3.2 and 6.4 μmol·L-1 )was more significant than by TMZ alone (P<0.05).Compared with TMZ alone,TMZ combined with TET (3.2 and 6.4 μmol·L-1 )signifi-cantly down-regulated the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-XL,but significantly up-regulated the expression of cleaved caspase 3 protein and cleaved poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase.CONCLUSION TET combined with TMZ can inhibit U87 cell viability, colony formation and migration by activating caspase-dependent apoptotic pathway, resulting in apoptosis.

Objective:
To investigate the correlation between blood glucose and aneurysm rupture, and analyze the correlation factors of aneurysm rupture.
Methods:
The clinical data of 128 patients with intracranial aneurysms in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2017 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, intracranial aneurysm rupture was in 85 cases (rupture group), and unruptured was in 43 cases (unruptured group). The patient′s clinical features and aneurysm morphological features were recorded.
Results:
The blood glucose, daughter sac rate and regularity of morphology rate in ruptured group were significantly higher than those in unruptured group: (6.74 ± 2.61) mmol/L vs. (5.77 ± 2.11) mmol/L, 60.00% (51/85) vs. 11.63% (5/43), and 68.24% (58/85) vs. 30.23% (13/43), the aneurysm width was significantly smaller than that in unruptured group: (4.53 ± 2.25) mm vs. (5.67 ± 2.68) mm, and there were statistical differences (
