Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity and anticancer activity of tea polysaccharide. Methods:Tea polysaccharide was extracted and purified by gel permeation chromatography from coarse old green tea leaves obtained from Wuyuan county of Jiangxi province in China. The antioxidant activity of the tea polysaccharide was evaluated by determining the change in absorbancy after heat-induced oxidation in a linoleic acid system with ?-carotene,the decoloration of the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and the elimination of superoxide generated from autoxidation of pyrogallol. On the other hand, the anticancer activities of tea polysaccharide at different concentrations were evaluated by MTT assay using two colon cancer cell lines(HCT-15,Caco-2).Results:Tea polysaccharide possessed distinctive antioxidative activity. The anti-proliferation capabilities of the tea polysaccharide against the tested human colon cancer cell lines were different under the designed experiment conditions. The tea polysaccharide with high purity exhibited good anti-proliferation activity against HCT-15 at concentration of 7.0?mol/L.Conclusion : Tea polysaccharide has remarkable antioxidative and anticancer bioactivities..

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(2):202-205
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth. Methods :35 cases of impacted supernumerary teeth were included.Excluding extraction contraindications, preoperative X-ray or dental CT examina-tion was executed to find out the location of the impacted teeth and adjacent anatomical structures.According to the location, operation approach was selected to extract the impacted supernumerary teeth using minimally invasive apparatus.Intraoperative and postoperative feeling of the patients and the complications were recorded. Results:Operation time lasted from 1 0 to 40 minutes, average 1 5 minutes. All patients maintained good comfort in the operation.8.6% patients had postoperative adverse reactions such as mild pain and discom-fort.None had serious reactions. Conclusion:Minimally invasive extraction of impacted supernumerary teeth has less complication and less uncomfort.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2001;(3):221-223
AIM The purpose is to study the anti-arrhythmic effects of extracts from cultured Cordyceps sinensis. METHODS Aconitine and barium chloride were used to induce experimental arrhythmia models in rats. RESULTS The results showed that PE was more potent than other ingredients. Pretreatment with PE by oral administration significantly antagonized arrhythmia induced by aconitine. PE significantly prolonged the onset of arrhythmia, decreased the duration and diminished the degree of severity. And in barium chloride-induced arrhythmia model, PE had some anti-arrhythmia effect, which could diminish the degree of severity effectively to some extent. CONCLUSION PE is an active component to antagonize arrhythmia induced by aconitine and barium chloride.

To explore the anti-tumor effect of immunotherapy with recombinant protein vaccine based on FGFR-1 of chicken (cFR-1) in a mouse Meth A fibrosarcoma model, tumor volume and survival rate of the mice were observed at a 3-day interval. Microvessel density (MVD) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Auto-antibodies against self-FGFR-1 were detected by Western blotting and ELISA, respectively. The anti-FGFR-1 antibody-producing B cells (APBCs) were detected by enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) assay. Eighteen days after inoculation of tumor cells, the tumor volume was significantly smaller in cFR-1-immunized group than in mouse FGFR-1 (mFR-1) immunized group and normal saline (NS) control group (P<0.05), and the survival time was significantly longer in cFR-1-immunized group than in the control groups (P<0.01). MVD was significantly lower in cFR-1-immunized group than in mFR-1-immunized group and NS group (16.8+/-5.6 vs 64.6+/-1.8 and 59.6+/-8.7, P<0.01). Antibodies against self-FGFR-1 were found in mFR-1-immunized group, the major antibody subclasses were IgG1 and IgG2b. Compared with the two control groups, the numbers of APBCs in cFR-1-immunized group were significantly increased (P<0.01) These results demonstrated that the cFR-1-related anti-angiogenesis protein vaccine could induce the production of auto-antibodies against self-FGFR-1, which futher inhibit angiogenesis and growth of solid tumor.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2010;34(1):21-23
By comparing routine FBP with algebraic iterative reconstruction, this study exploit the effect of the two SPECT reconstruction techniques on the ratio of Target/Background (T/B) and image noise. The result of research on model and clinical cases showed that the technique of OSEM could increase T/B ratio by 1.5% (heart), 3.3% (bone), 1.4% (brain). No obvious difference in image noise existed between OSEM and FBP. Compared with FBP, OSEM could improve T/B value in bone focus more significantly. Under the same injection dosage, OSEM could increase the speed of image collection by more than one time without changes in image quality and T/B ratio. The result suggested that function and clinical application of SPECT would significantly improved by substituting routine FBP with OSEM.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(6):655-658
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of placental growth factor (PLGF) combined with uterine artery pulsation index in predicting early-onset preeclampsia. Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019, 69 cases of early-onset preeclampsia in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiaxing were selected as observation group, including 37 cases in mild group and 32 cases in severe group. And 58 cases of normal pregnant women in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as control group. The changes of plasma PLGF and uterine artery index, the changes of plasma PLGF and uterine artery index in different degrees of illness, and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of PLGF combined with uterine artery index were compared between the two groups. Results:The level of plasma PLGF in the observation group was (1.29±0.25)μg/L, which was lower than that in the control group[(1.70±0.34)μg/L]( t=7.816, P<0.05). The PI (1.48±0.31), RI (0.83±0.12) and S/D(2.97±0.65) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(0.91±0.18), (0.58±0.09) and (1.71±0.53)]( t=12.357, 13.071, 11.823, all P<0.05). The level of PLGF in the severe group was (1.13±0.27)μg/L, which was lower than that in the mild group[(1.45±0.23)μg/L]( t=5.317, P<0.05). The PI(1.71±0.36), RI(0.97±0.14) and S/D(3.45±0.71) in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group[(1.16±0.24), (0.72±0.10) and (2.43±0.57)]( t=7.556, 8.618, 6.616, all P<0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of PLGF combined with uterine pulsation index were higher than those of PLGF and uterine pulsation index alone. Conclusion:PLGF combined with uterine pulsation index can predict the condition of early-onset preeclampsia, and the combination can improve the sensitivity and specificity.
