Objectives: To compare the effect of different fat emulsions on the blood lipid and liver function in neonates with hepatic dysfunction. Methods:40 babies with hyperbilirubinemia(≥51.3 mmol/L) were randomly divided into two groups ,receiving the fat emulsion of 20% Intralipid (LCT group) or 20% Lipofundin (MCT/LCT group) at the dose of 2.0 g/(kg?d) for 7 days. Blood lipid 〔total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG)〕 and the serum biochemical indexes relative to liver function were measured before and after the period of 7 days. Results:The levels of TC did not change remarkably in two groups. Objective To analyze the voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan city in recent 10 years HIV infection status and distri‐bution characteristics ,and to take effective prevention and control measures ,in order to reduce the risk of HIV infection through blood transfusion .Methods HIV screening test in the early by the reagent of two different manufacturers ,from 2005 to 2014 vol‐untary blood donors specimens of 265 771 doses of blood donation in Shaoguan ,and early screening positive specimens confirmed by Center for Disease Control of Shaoguan .Results The voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan in the 10 years that initial screening test anti‐HIV positive were 310 cases ,and 35 cases confirmed positive;The confirmed positive rate was 1 .317/10 000;The HIV infec‐tion rate in 2012 was highest (2 .867/10 000) and there were 9 cases ,which was significant difference (P<0 .05) .The district of the maximum rate was New Fengxian ,which was 5 .369/10 000 ,and different districts had significant difference (P<0 .05) .The epidemiology survey about HIV infections found that male were 30 cases(85 .71% ) ,which was significantly more than women;By age distribution ,most HIV infections were 18 to 35 years old young adults ,which accounted 26 cases(74 .29% ) .Married and un‐married people infected respectively accounted 28 .57% and 71 .43% .The occupations of HIV infections were scattered with farm‐ers ,staffers ,the service industry ,cadres in the majority .The HIV infection rate with low education was relative higher ,which had some relationship to educational level .The residents and the non‐residents infected respectively accouted 71 .43% and 28 .57% ;Blood donors for the first time of HIV infections were 24 cases (68 .57% ) .Blood donors for the second time of HIV infections were 11 cases (31 .43% );Other virus co‐infection respectively were 2 HBV infections ,1 HCV infection and 3 syphilis infections .The route of transmission was mainly through sexual transmission that was mainly heterosexual transmission ,which was 33 cases (94 .58% ) .Conclusion The voluntary blood donors of Shaoguan with HIV is on the rise ,and give priority to with male youths spread through heterosexual sex .It should be pay high attention to by the government ,society and blood stations ,and strengthen the propaganda work of AIDS prevention and control checks ,and minimize the risk of HIV transmission by blood transfusion in or‐der to guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion .

Objective To study the influence of hemodialysis on inflammatory state and immune function by analyzing the change of serum protein components in uremic patients before and after hemodialysis.Methods 75 cases of uremic patients confirmed by the Nephrology from October 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the observation group,and 15 healthy volun-teers at the same time as the control group.Then the serum protein electrophoresis pattern of observation group beford the first hemodialysis,after the first hemodialysis,after one month’s treatment and control group were compared with each oth-er.Results In the observation group before and after the first hemodialysis,the ALB levels were lower,α1 and α2 globulin levels were higher than those in control group.There was a statistically significant between the observation group before and after the first hemodialysis and control group (P <0.001).After the first hemodialysis,there were differences inα1 globulin levels compared with before the first hemodialysis (P <0.01).ALB was no significant difference after one month’s hemodi-alysis compared with before the first hemodialysis,andα1,α2 globulin were significantly reduced and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.001),ALB was lower than the control group and was statistically significant (P <0.001).After one month’s hemodialysis,the levels ofγglobulin were higher than those in control group,before the first hemodialysis and after the first hemodialysis.There were significant differences (P <0.001 or P <0.01).Conclusion Regular and effective hemodialysis can improve inflammatory state and immune function of uremic patients.

BACKGROUND:The morphological and mechanical transfers of unstable intertrochanteric fractures were complicated, so it is difficult to analyze the biomechanical characteristicsof the common experimental methods in a comprehensive way. Moreover, the high cost, long cycle and poor repeatability of common tests limit its application in biomechanics. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the biomechanical characteristics of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in different fixation ways by three-dimensional finite element analysis. METHODS:Intertrochanteric fracture locking dynamic hip fixation model (C1), Gamma nail fixation model (C2) and proximal femoral anatomical locking plate model (C3) were established. The distal end of the femur was fixed, and subjected to the hip reaction force of 2800 N and abduction muscle strength of 1 200 N. Three-dimensional finite element analysis was used to analyze the stress distribution, stress concentration and maximum displacement of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in three different fixation ways. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Stress: the anterolateral stress and anteromedial stress of C3 were the maximum. Posterolateral stress and posteromedial stress ofC3 were the minimum. There were significant differences among the three groups (alP< 0.05). (2) Stress of fracture space: significant differences in anterolateral stress, anteromedial stress, posterolateral stress and posteromedial stress were determined in C1, C2 and C3 (P< 0.05). Anterolateral stress of C3 was significantly less than anterolateral stresses of C1 and C2 (P< 0.05). Anteromedial stress of C3 was significantly less than that of C1 and C2 (P< 0.05). Posterolateral stress of C1 was significantly larger than that of C2 and C3 (P<0.05). Posteromedial stress of C1 was significantly larger than that of C2 (P< 0.05). Posteromedial stress of C3 was significantly less than that of C1 and C2 (P< 0.05). (3) Significant differences in bone stress around the screw top were detected among the three groups (P< 0.05). Bone stress around the screw top of C3 was significantly larger than that of C1 and C2 (P< 0.05). (4) Thus, locking dynamic hip screw, Gamma nail and proximal femoral anatomical locking plate have their advantages and disadvantages for treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur. The appropriate internal fixation device should be selected according to the need.

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety and complications of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate ( PKRP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH) .Methods Totally 186 BPH patients were underwent PKRP .Comparison of clinical parameters before and after operation .Results Following-up at 3 and 6 months after the operation showed that international prostate symptom score ( IP-SS),quality of life(QQL),residual urine volume(RUV) scores increased and maximal urinary flow rate ( Qmax) scores decreased .The incidence of complications was 8.2%.Conclusion PKRP have efficacy in the treatment of BPH , and PKRP is safer and less complications .

Objective To study the treatment of acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction . Methods Twenty-five cases of acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction were emergent managed with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy .Results All the renal function resumed well , BUN,Cr in serum was natural or near natural .Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy should be used for acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction as first-line.

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the basic development status of public health emergencies of infectious diseases in Hainan Province from 2013 to 2022, analyze the distribution and characteristics of these emergencies, as to provide important scientific basis for the study and formulation of economic health development planning policies, for the health security policies and infectious disease prevention and control strategies in Hainan Province. Methods The relevant statistical data of public health emergencies involving infectious diseases reported in Hainan Province from 2013 to 2022 were collected, and the status quo of these emergencies was analyzed by using descriptive data statistical analysis method. The ARIMA model was used to predict the number of public health emergencies reported by infectious diseases in Hainan Province from 2023 to 2025. Results From 2013 to 2022, a total of 482 public health emergencies were reported in Hainan Province, of which 426 were infectious disease public health emergencies, accounting for 88.38%, with a total of 8 876 cases, an incidence rate of 0.61%, and eight deaths, a case fatality rate of 0.09%. The major public health emergencies of infectious diseases were unclassified events and general events, accounting for 69.25% and 29.58%, respectively. The main diseases were novel coronavirus infection, chickenpox and hand, foot and mouth disease, accounting for 45.07%, 15.49% and 11.97%, respectively; in terms of time distribution, the number of reported incidents showed an upward trend over time, with a decline in 2021, and mainly had three peak periods, April, August and December, with a total of 220 cases reported; in terms of regional distribution, the major cities and counties reported were Haikou, Wanning and Wenchang, accounting for 27.46%, 19.25% and 9.86%, respectively; in terms of location distribution, the events mainly occurred in schools, accounting for 42.02% of the total number of incidents. The ARIMA(1, 1, 0) model was used to predict infectious disease public health emergencies, and the results showed that the forecast state would be stable from 2023 to 2025, with no obvious upward trend, that is, the fluctuation range of public health emergencies related to infectious diseases in Hainan Province would be stable in the next three years. Conclusion The number of infectious disease public health emergencies reported in Hainan Province from 2013 to 2022 has increased year by year, with a decline in 2021. Although the forecast shows that public health emergencies such as infectious diseases are relatively stable with no obvious upward trend, the prevention and control of the epidemic should not be taken lightly. Hainan Province should continue to increase the investment in monitoring public health emergencies, improve the information system of public disease prevention and control, and carry out real-time monitoring of public health emergencies of infectious diseases.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effectiveness of FTA Elute® Cartridge (GE healthcare, Kent, UK) in combination with hybrid capture 2 (HC2) testing for cervical cancer screening.

METHODSFrom May to June 2012, 412 women aged 25 to 65 years in Jiangxi Tonggu were enrolled in the study. We used pathological outcome as the gold standard, and the accuracy of the FTA card in combination with HC2 testing was investigated from both physician- and self-sampling, respectively.

RESULTSPhysician sampling using the FTA card in combination with HC2 testing showed a comparable sensitivity (12/13) with the liquid based medium, but a higher specificity 69.5% (266/383) vs (77.8%, 298/383) (P < 0.001).When self sampling method was used, the sensitivity and specificity of using the FTA card in combination with HC2 testing with liquid based medium was 10/13 vs 8/13(P = 0.625) and (62.3%, 238/382) vs (75.7%, 289/382) (P < 0.001). The agreement of detection results for HC2 between FTA and liquid-based sampling medium was 86.1% (340/395) and 79.5% (314/395). For physician-collected samples used for HC2 testing to detect CIN2+, the accuracy of the FTA card was superior to that of the liquid-based medium (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) = 0.898, 95%CI:0.838-0.958).

CONCLUSIONFTA Elute® cartridge in combination with HC2 testing is a promising method of specimen transport for cervical cancer screening programs with a good precision.With further optimization, it could become an effective method for cervical cancer screening in various economic levels of areas.
