Autism is pervasive in early children who have developmental disorders.The incidence of autism increased year by year in China.Meanwhile,autism rehabilitation work is also received much concerns.At present,China's rehabilitation work is mainly borne by the family,and the rehabilitation role of school and community in autism has been missing.This paper made a short analysis of the role of autism rehabilitation school and community,so that more readers could have a familiar understanding of the rehabilitation,which can enforce the bigger show of the school and community,and to prompt more children conduct a sooner recovery.

Objective To observe the effect of externally-applied Honghua liquid and catus on phlebitis induced by amiodaone.Methods One hundred and two patients with phlebitis induced by injection of amiodaone for the treatment of arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and treatment group(n=52)from January 2012 to December 2013. Patients in the control group were independently treated only by 50 % Honghua liquid, while the patients in the observation group were treated by hot dressing with Honghua liquid followed by wet dressing of catus. The curative effects in both groups were observed and compared.Result The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=6.275, P<0.05).Conclusion Hot dressing with Honghua liquid combined with wet dressing with catus is a simple and effective method to treat the phlebitis induced by injection of amiodaone.

Objective To study the feasibility of semi-laminectomy procedures for the management of intradural extramedullary tumors of the spinal cord.Method Retrospective analysis of 19 cases of in-tradural extramedullary tumors of the spinal cord were treated by the approach of semi-laminectomy.including 11 cases of neurilemmoma and 8 cases of meningioma.Results Seventeen cases of extraspinal tumors were totally resection,2 of dumbbell neurilemmomas underwent subtotal resection.No new neurologi-cal disfunetions as well as recurrence or comphcations were found in all cases after the operation.Conclu-sion Semi-laminectomy procedures for the management of intradural extramedullary tumors of the spinal cord is a mini-invasive procedure,and is beneficial to the stability of spine,with the advantages of short hos-pitalization time,slight postoperative reactions and less complications.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Ponticelli regimen in treating patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 90 patients with IMN (type Ⅰ / Ⅱ,79/11 respectively) diagnosed by clinical data and renal biopsy.The patients were divided into modified Ponticelli group (n =23),steroid plus cyclophosphamide (CTX) (CTX group,n =39) and steroid plus cyclosporine A(CsA) (CsA group,n =28) according to the treatment.Liver function,renal function,serum lipid,proteinuria were recorded before and after treatment.Efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated in three groups.Results (1) In all three groups,the quantity of proteinuria after treatment for 3 months [(3.33 ± 1.53) g/d,(4.70 ± 2.97) g/d,(3.92 ± 2.57) g/d],6 months [(1.60 ± 1.10) g/d,(2.34 ± 1.61) g/d,(2.25 ± 1.78) g/d] was significantly decreased compared with baseline level[(7.26 ± 2.06) g/d,(7.50 ± 2.55) g/d,(7.54 ± 2.70) g/d;P ＜ 0.05].Serum albumin levels at 3 months [(31.42 ± 3.86) g/d,(30.59 ± 5.79) g/d,(30.90 ± 7.87) g/d],6 months [(36.25 ± 4.20) g/d,(34.70 ± 6.70) g/d,(35.36 ± 8.29) g/d] were significantly increased compared with baseline levels [(24.13 ± 2.61) g/d,(23.98 ± 3.79) g/d,(22.94 ± 4.57) g/d;P ＜ 0.05],whereas serum creatinine at 3 and 6 months had no significant changes (P ＞ 0.05).(2) After treatment for 3 months,partial remission rates in modified Ponticelli group,CTX group and CsA group were 39.1％,35.9％,35.7％ respectively and complete remission rates were 8.7％,5.1％,10.7％,which were not statistically significant in all three groups (P ＞ 0.05).At 6 months,partial remission rates in three groups were 56.5％,41.0％,42.9％ respectively and complete remission rates were 21.7％,20.5％,28.6％,which did not suggested significant difference in all three groups either (P ＞ 0.05).(3) In modified Ponticelli group,steroid diabetes,impaired liver dysfunction,infections and gastrointestinal adverse events occurred in 1,1,2 and 2 patients,respectively.In CTX group,steroid diabetes,infections and gastrointestinal adverse events occurred in 5,8 and 2 patients,respectively.In CsA group,steroid diabetes and infections occurred in 1 and 3 patients,respectively.Conclusion Modified Ponticelli regimen to treat patients with IMN has a trend of better outcome than classic CTX regimen.The efficacy is not inferior to CsA regimen with fewer side effects.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of voice training on the speech ability in patients with oral cancer af. ter free flap reconstruction. Methods Fifty-five patients with oral cancer after free flap reconstruction were assigned to the voice training group(28 cases)and control group(27 cases)from the third week after operation. Their speech function was eval-uated by Chinese Speech Definition Word Table before operation and 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after the operation. Results The score of speech definition was significantly higher in the voice training group than that of the control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion Postoperative voice training can effectively improve the speech definition for the patients with oral cancer after free flap reconstruction.

Objective To establish lung function reference values and prediction equations in children and adolescents of the Han nationality in Heilongjiang province.Methods A survey in 588 healthy children and adolescents (292 males,296 females)aged 10 to 18 years old was carried out in Heilongjiang province in 2008.Eight flowvolume tests parameters were measured.Stepwise multiple regression was carried out to establish prediction equations for the parameters mentioned above.Results FVC and FEV1,were found,regardless of sex,to tend to go up with the increase of age(P ＜0.001).Beginning from the age of 14,male FVC and FEV1 became significantly higher than those of the female(P ＜0.001),the period of a fast increase of the male FVC and FEV1 taking place during the age of 13～14,while that of the female taking place in the age of 12 ～ 13,one age bracket earlier than the male.All lung volumes and flow rates,were found,regardless of sex,to tend to go up with the increase of age,height and weight(P ＜ 0.001).The regression equations of lung function were established.By comparison with the equations derived from our study and other authors' reports,it was found that the difference between measured data and predicted values from other authors was higher than those from our8.Conclusion Reference values and prediction equations for forced expiratory lung function applicable for children and adolescents of the Han nationality in Heilongiiang province were established.

AIM: The study is designed to probe for the relationship between waist to hip ratio(WHR)and static lung volumes of adults. METHODS: In July-October 2008, 1 307 healthy adults(372 males and 935 females)were selected in Heilongjiang province by means of questionnaire and physical examination. The height, weight, WHR, fat mass, percentage body fat and lung function were measured, and then grouped according to the standard of classification of WHR(central obesity male WHR ≥ 0.86, female ≥ 0.82)for analysis of the relationship between WHR and static lung volume. RESULTS: WHR was found, regardless of sex, to tend to go up with the increase in age and BMI(P<0.01), and both the fat mass and percentage body fat of the central obesity group were higher than those in the group with normal WHR(P<0.01). An independent negative correlation was found(P<0.05), also regardless of sex, between the WHR with expiratory reserve volume(ERV)in all these adults. ERV in central obesity group was lower than that in the group with normal WHR(P<0.05). Compared to the normal group, ERV in the central obesity group decreased by 11% for males and 8% for females(P<0.05). However, with regard to the relationship between WHR and VT, IC, MV, and VC, gender differences were found. For the males, a significant independent positive correlation was observed between WHR and IC(P<0.05), with IC of the central obesity group 6% higher than that in the group with normal WHR(P<0.05). For the females, significant independent positive correlation was found between WHR and MV(P<0.05), with the VT and MV of the central obesity group 7% and 6% higher(P<0.05), respectively, than that in the group with normal WHR. CONCLUSION: WHR is in an independent negative correlation with ERV. The elevation of WHR may play a role in the impairment of respiratory function. Its occurrence is accompanied by a rise of IC for the male and a rise of MV for the female. These changes in the two genders could be associated with the decrease in arterial oxygen tension caused by the decrease of ERV.

Objective To investigate the expression of insulin resistance on glomerular podocyte lesion of patients with IgA nephropathy.Methods Fifty-one patients with IgA nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy were selected as our subjects.The expression of WT1,a marker of podocyte of the renal tissue of patients with IgA nephropathy,was detected by immunohistochemistry.The density of podocyte per glomerulus was calculated by using specific software.The insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was severed as the degree of insulin resistance.Results There were strong negative correlations between ISI and WT1,mean arterial blood pressure,triglyceride,plasma uricemia,serum creatinine,body mass index,glomerular sclerosis integral,integral,mesangial proliferation of vascular lesions integral(r =-0.521,P ＜ 0.05 ;r =-0.544,P ＜ 0.05;r =-0.646,P ＜ 0.01 ;r =-0.559,P ＜0.05 ;r =-0.741,P ＜0.01 ;r =-0.561,P ＜0.05 ;r =-0.740,P ＜ 0.01 ;r =-0.695,P＜0.01;r =-0.535,P ＜ 0.05 respectively).There was no significant relationship between ISI and 24 h quantitative urinary protein (r =-1.425,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Insulin resistance was involved in glomerular podocyte lesion and may contribute to the progression of IgA nephropathy.

By means of retrograde HRP tracing method, the innervation of the left half of cervical portion of oesophagus in cats was investigated in this study. The HRP-labelled cells were found bilaterally in the retrofacial nuclei, nuclei supraspinalis, nuclei dorsomedialis and ipsilaterally in the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus nerve, solitary nucleus, nucleus ambiguus, intermediate zone, nucleus retroambiguus and spinal nucleus of the accessory nerve. The distribution of the labelled cells in the dorsal motor nucleus of vagus nerve showed certain localization characteristics. They were more numerous at the levels above and below the obex. The labelled sympathetic preganglionic neurons with long axons appeared in T_1-T_3 spinal segments at the injected side (88.96%) and mainly in T_2(66.45%). The majority of labelled cells were located in the intermediolateral nucleus(95.02%); and the rest were in the lateral funiculus, intercalated nucleus and dorsolateral nucleus of the ventral horn, there were two of preganglionic neurons (i.e. parasympathetic and sympathetic) innervating the oesophagus. The postganglionic neurons were mainly located in the stellate ganglion(61.99%), anterior and middle cervical ganglia, and T_2-T_5 ganglia of the sympathetic trunk, bilaterally. There were some labelled cells in the nodose ganglion and the C_1 to T_5 spinal ganglia(mainly in C_6 and T_2). The ratio between the labelled cells in the nodose ganglion and the spinal ganglia is 2.6:1, which means that the afferent fibres ran predominantly via vagus nerve.
