Objective To study the effect of mental intervention on pregnant result in patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment. Methods 206 patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment in the hospital from February 2012 to Jan-uary 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group (n=103) was followed by mental intervention after the patients enrolled the IVF-ET treatment, the control group (n=103) enrolled the IVF-ET treatment without mental intervention. Results The HAMA and HAMD quantity grades for anxious and depression of patients in the experiment group were significantly lower than those of control ( <0.01), and the pregnancy rate of experiment group (45.63%) was higher than that of control (30.10%) <0.05. Conclusion Mental intervention for patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment could alleviate their anxiety-depression and improve the pregnancy rate of IVF.

Objective To investigate the effects of clearing liver and purging the heart decoction( CLPHD) combined with methimazole on hormone levels in hyperthyroid rats. Methods Rats were administered with levothyroxine (600 μg·kg-1 ) for 3 weeks to establish the hyperthyroid model, and the serum contents of T3,FT3,T4,FT4,TSH and TRAb in hyperthyroid rats treated with CLPHD combined with methimazole were detected. Results Methimazole, CLPHD, and the combination therapy significantly reduced food intake, water intake and body temperature of the hyperthyroid rats. All treatments reduced levels of FT3, T4 and FT4 in hyperthyroid rats. Compared with the CLPHD mono-therapy, the combination therapy significantly lowered serum T4 in hyperthyroid rats, but not the TRAb level. Conclusion CLPHD combined with methimazole can obviously improve the function of thyroid gland in hyperthyroid rats.

We investigated the situation of leptosperosis infection among patients with fever in Hainan Province in China.Blood samples of patient from Hainan Province in the year of 2015 were detected for Leptospira by microscope agglutination test (MAT),enzyme-linked immunity test (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR),respectively. Results showed that 179 blood samples of patients with fever were found, and microscope agglutination test detected 40 positive samples, with a infection rate of 22.35%.The infection rate was 21.65%(21/97) for male and 23.17%(19/82) for female.Seven groups of bac teria were found including Leptospira serogroup icterohemorrhagie, ballom group, autumralis group, pomona group, grippotyphosa group,Sejroe group and Batavia group.Thirty-eight samples were tested positive by ELISA,with a positive rate of 21.23 %,in which six samples were IgM positive (detection rate =3.35 %) and 32 samples were IgG positive (detection rate=17.88 %).Serological detected with MAT and ELISA methods results were consistent and that were tested negative by PCR.Results of our study supported the presence of Leptospira infection infection among the patients with fever of unknown origin (FUO) in Hainan Province. The main types are Leptospira serogroup icterohemorrhagie.

Objective To study the effects of thymus transplantation(TT)combined with CD4--DLI on T cell reconstitution after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT). Methods BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups:hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT group),hematopoietic stem cell transplantation combined with thymus transplantation(TT group)and hematopoietic stem cell transplanta-tion combined with thymus transplantation plus CD4+ T cell-depleted lymphocyte infusion(CD4--DLI group). On day-1,the mice were treated with the lethal dose of radiotherapy. On day 0,C57BL/6 mice were used as donor for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The mice were sacrificed on 5 days,2 weeks,4 weeks and 3 months after transplantation, respectively. The peripheral blood and spleen cells of mice were collected for determinations of T cell surface antigen,T cell receptor, naive T cells and intracellular cytokines. HE staining was used to assess the development of donor thymus. Results TT and CD4--DLI did not impair each other′s effects on T cell reconstitu-tion. TT combined with CD4--DLI increased the number of T cell reconstruction. CD4--DLI promoted the effect of TT on enlargement naive CD4+and CD8+T cell pool. Combination of TT and CD4--DLI enhanced the cytokine pro-duction of T cells. Conclusion TT combined with CD4--DLI had no side effects on TCR repertoire and thymus. Conclusion TT combined with CD4--DLI can enhance the reconstitution of T cell number and function via thymus dependent and thymus independent mechanism.

Objective To study the correlation of bone age and bone mineral density with age, height and weight of short children. Methods Sixty-four short children who were consulted and treated at the author's hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects. The general information including age, sex, height and weight of the children were recorded. The ultrasound bone density test was carried out at the same time. The bone mineral density and bone age were evaluated through plain carpal bone radiograph. The relationship between different bone age and bone mineral density value with age, height and weight was analyzed. Results The actual age of the enrolled children was positively correlated with bone mineral density and bone age (boys r=0.658, 0.919, girls r=0.641, 0.906). The height of the enrolled children was positively correlated with bone mineral density and bone age (boy r=0.561, 0.326, girls r=0.586, 0.349). The weight of the enrolled children was positively correlated with bone mineral density and bone age (boys r=0.340, 0.314, girls r=0.395, 0.282). Conclusion The bone age and bone mineral density of short children were positively correlated with their age, height and weight. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, the use of bone age and bone mineral density as a guide can produce more significant effects, which can be used as scientific indicators for the evaluation and prediction of short children.
