Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2014;20(6):460-463
Objective To explore the best way and the security of hypertrophic scar treatment by surgery combined with isotopic 90 Sr-90 Y or triamcinolone acetonide. Methods Hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears were divided into direct treatment group (Group A received 90 Sr-90Y irradiation,Group D received triamcinolone acetonide),two days 90 Sr-90 Y irradiation after surgery repair group (Group B),one week treatment after surgery repair group (Group C received 90Sr-90 Y irradiation,Group E received triamcinolone acetonide),saline injection group (Group F received saline directly,Group G received saline injection after surgical repair one week later),Group H received nothing, and then the histological changes were compared in each group. Results The 90Sr-90 Y exposure groups (Groups A,B,C) and triamcinolone acetonide injection groups (Groups D and E),the number of fibroblasts, collagen fiber surface density, microvessel counts and α-SMA-positive particle optical density values were significantly lower than the saline groups (Groups F,G) and blank control group. The most obvious group was Group B; Groups A,C,D,and E were not statistically significant. The number of melanoma cells of 90Sr-90Y exposure group (Groups A,B,and C) was significantly lower than other groups, with statistically significant difference.Atypical cells were not found in 90Sr-90 Y applicator exposure group. Conclusions Isotope 90 Sr-90 Y and triamcinolone acetonide inhibits the proliferation of the rabbit ear hypertrophic scar, the scar tissue fibrosis is reduced significantly, but there is no significant difference between the two effects.Early isotope 90 Sr-90 Y intervention on hypertrophic scar can achieve better results.Hypertrophic scar by isotope 90 Sr-90 Y radiation is easy to cause depigmentation, but generally does not cause cancer.

Objective To explore the influence of preoperative chemotherapy (POCT) on telomerase activity(TA) of breast cancer and its mechanism. Methods TA was detected in 40 primary breast cancer specimens. Forty patients were divided into two groups: (1)POCT group. 32 patients, who underwent POCT using CMF scheme; (2) control group . 8 patients, who did not receive any POCT or radiotherapy. Results TA in POCT group(TA=0.499) was significantly lower than that in control group (TA=1.018). TA in patients received one , two or three times of POCT was 0.812,0.492 and 0.280 respectively. The difference of TA in patients received 1 time POCT and receive ≥ 2 times POCT was significant (P

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(01):-
Ryanodine receptor is a Ca2+ release channel in cadiocyte. It is reported recently to the obvious change of its function and quantity in such pathological process as the myocardial ischemia and cardiac hypertrophy. These changes will affect the ability of cadiocytes processing intracellular calcium or lead to the calcium overload in the myocardial cells and then induces fatal ventricular arrhythmia, even sudden cardiac death.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug use.METHODS: 1 183 ADR cases reported in our hospital between 2006 and 2007 were analyzed statistically using Excel in respect of patients' sex, age, routes of administration, variety of drugs and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS: Of the 1 183 ADR cases,268(22.65%) were submitted by clinical departments,462(39.05%) by the department of pharmacy, and 441(37.28%) by central injection room.ADR incidence rate was slightly lower in males than in females.Patients over the age of 31 years showed a higher incidence of ADR.901 cases(76.16%) were induced by intravenous route.662 were induced by anti-infectives,followed by the traditional Chinese medicine(163 cases) and cardiovascular system drugs(149 cases). The most common manifestation of ADR was lesion of digestive system(301 cases),followed by lesions of skin and its appendages(236 cases) and damage of central nervous system(224 cases).CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring as well as the analysis and evaluation of ADR so as to ensure safe and effective medication.

Object To study the anti-arrhythmia effect and acute toxicity of flavonoid from Erysimum cheiranthoides L. Methods To study the anti-arrhythmia of the flavonoid by determination of the ECG of rabbits. To study the acute toxicity effect of the flavonoid by Karber's method. Results The results showed that the flavonoid could remedy to tachycardia caused by Adriamycin and it could remedy to bradycardia caused by Verapamil. Acute toxicity showed that LD 50 of flavonoid is 311.7 mg/kg, 95% CI is 289.9—339.5 mg/kg. Conclusion The flavonoid can rectify tachycardia due to various reasons with very little toxicity.

Objective To investigate the expression and its rule of transferrin (Tf) in brain tissue at different time after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. Methods The fresh quantitative autologous blood was infused into the right caudate nucleus of rat sterotaxically to build up experimental ICH model. At 6h, 24h, 72h and 7d after operation, the rats were sacrificed and the brain tissues were made for immunohistochemistry analysis of Tf. The water content of the brains was also assayed. Results Compared with saline group, Tf-immunostaining positive cells in the tissue surrounding hematoma and in the ipsilateral pallium in ICH rats were increased significantly during 7 days, peaked at 72 hours ( P

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the expression of neuron nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) mRNA of brain tissue at early stage of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats and the intervention effect of Didangtang. Methods 72 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: intracerebral hemorrhage group, Didangtang treatment group, NOS inhibition group and normal saline group. Quantitate fresh autologous blood was infused into right caudate nucleus of rat sterotaxically to build up experimental ICH model and normal saline was instead in control group. The neurological function deficit scores were observed by Bederson method (3 grades) at 6 h, 24 h and 72 h after operation. At the same time points, the rats were sacrificed and the brain tissues were taken out for the measurement of nNOS mRNA by technique of hybridization in situ. Results Neurological function deficit scores of the rats were significantly improved both in intracerebral hemorrhage group and Didangtang treatment group at 72 h after operation(all P

The service object of gynaecology clinic operation is female, which involves reproductive organs, personal secrets, marriage, family and parenting. Not only the patients, but also their families, children and social relationship have close relationship with this operation.Tberefore,it is apt to cause contraditions between doctors and patients and difficult to solve.Medical staff should be strict with oneself, strengthen the study of medical ethics while learning to improve professional technique constantly.

AIM:To investigate the interplay between the neuropeptide Y(NPY) and renin-angiotensin system, and relationship to the pathogenesis of hypertension. METHODS: The method of cellular culture, MTT colorimetric assay and quantitative immunocytochemistry through ACAS570 were performed for the effect of neuropeptide Y on proliferation of cultured rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) and losartan treatment. RESULTS:It was observed that exposure of VSMC to neuropeptide Y could stimulate the proliferation of VSMC and caused increase respectively in MTT OD values and expression of proliferating cell nulear antigen(PCNA) but losartan interfered with NPY stimulating effects on VSMC and decreased MTT OD values and expression of PCNA. CONCLUSION:These results demonstrated that the NPY could promote proliferation of VSMC, this effect was partly preformed through angiotensin Ⅱ receptor.
