1.Effect of combined use of aminoguanidine and cyclosporine A on acute rejection following cardiac allograft in rats
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2001;22(2):85-87
Objective To study the effect of the combined use of aminoguanidine (AG) and cyclosporine A (CsA) on acute rejection following cardiac allograft. Methods Except the control group, all other three groups were respectively treated by AG 600mg/kg every day subcutaneously 0 to 7 days after transplantation, low-dose CsA 2mg/kg every day i.m 0 to 7 days after transplantation, and low-dose CsA plus AG. Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression and nitric oxide (NO) production during acute allograft rejection were detected at 4th day after operation, and the graft survival was observed. Results Compared with the control group, iNOS expression and NO production were significantly inhibited in the AG-treated group (P<0.05),the progression of acute rejection was slightly attenuated and allografted heart survival prolonged. The inhibitory effects of iNOS activity and NO production in the recipients receiving the combined treatment of low-dose CsA plus AG were higher than those receiving low-dose CsA alone. Compared with the low-dose CsA group, low-dose CsA plus AG could significantly reduce the histologic grade of acute rejection (P<0.01) and prolong the graft survival (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of low-dose CsA and AG could synergistically suppress iNOS activity and NO production, and significantly prolong allografted heart survival.
2.Relationship between epithelial mesenchymal transition and tumor stem cells
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(1):36-38
At present, more and more studies show that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is closely associated with cancer stem cell formation and tumor cell invasion, migration and metastasis.EMT not only enhances the capacity of cancer cell invasion and metastasis, but also makes the cell obtain self regeneration and other stem cell characteristics and promotes the production of cancer stem cells. As a result, the investigation of the relationship between EMT and common stem cells can be served as a new approach for searching for effective ways to control tumor invasion and metastasis. It also can provide new targets for the treatment of tumor.
3.Effect of evidence-based care on constipation of psychiatric patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(1):43-45
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care on the constipation of psychiatric patients. Methods The constipations in 328 psychiatric patients admitted to our department were intervened with evidence-based nursing.Frequency for defecation, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool before intervention were compared to those two weeks after intervention.Result Two weeks after intervention, the defecation frequency, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool were all significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.001).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing used in care to psychiatric patients with constipation can reduce the incidence of constipation, and relieve their physiological and psychological pains.

Objective To explore the effect of myocardial cell Oil high bilirubin blood newborns. Methods Total bilirubin and myocardial ferment value(AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB)in high bilirubin blood group(n=104)and control group(n=60)were examined at the game time.Once again examined total bilirubin and myocardial ferment value after synthetical treat the hish bilirubin blood group. Results The myocardial ferment value diversity significant (P<0.01) in bilirubin blood group and control group;mild group and severe group myocardial ferment value dlversity notable(P<0.01),especially CK-MB.Normal value approach of myocardial ferment with bilirubin value after treat the billrubin blood group. Conclusion Myocardial cell damage is temporary and a period of time can bring about of hish bilirubin blood newborns.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 1996;0(01):-
We used domestic perfluorotributylamine to treat 21 eyes with giant retinal tears, including 5 rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with folded and fixed flap and 16 giant retinal tears resulting from retinotomy and retinectomy due to complicated retinal detachment. The success rate of retinal reattachment was over 95%, with no serious side effects. The activities and complications of perfluorotributylamine in the mangement of giant retinal tears were discussed.

AIM:To investigate the interplay between the neuropeptide Y(NPY) and renin-angiotensin system, and relationship to the pathogenesis of hypertension. METHODS: The method of cellular culture, MTT colorimetric assay and quantitative immunocytochemistry through ACAS570 were performed for the effect of neuropeptide Y on proliferation of cultured rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) and losartan treatment. RESULTS:It was observed that exposure of VSMC to neuropeptide Y could stimulate the proliferation of VSMC and caused increase respectively in MTT OD values and expression of proliferating cell nulear antigen(PCNA) but losartan interfered with NPY stimulating effects on VSMC and decreased MTT OD values and expression of PCNA. CONCLUSION:These results demonstrated that the NPY could promote proliferation of VSMC, this effect was partly preformed through angiotensin Ⅱ receptor.

AIM: To observe expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) and c-myc in cultured vascular smooth muscle cells which is effected by neuropeptide Y (NPY) and losartan (the receptor blocking agent of angiotensin Ⅱ) therefore exploring effects of NPY on the generation of hypertension and its relationship with losartan reverse treatment in molecular biology. METHODS: Applied the method of quantitative immunocytochemistry through ACAS570. RESULTS: 24 hours exposure of vascular smooth muscle cell to NPY caused an increase in expression of PCNA, PDGF and c-myc respectively. But losartan could reverse these expressions by NPY, decreased the expression of PCNA, PDGF and c-myc. CONCLUSION: NPY is closely related to the generation of hypertension. But losartan could reverse these effects of NPY.

Objective To investigate the protein expressions of E-cadherin and ?-,?-catenin in breast cancers and their lymph-node metastatic tumors to evaluate their possible role in breast cancer invasion and metastasis. Methods High sensitive S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expressions of E-cadherin and ?-,?-catenin in 60 breast cancers(31cases with lymphatic metastasis) and their lymph-node metastatic tumors. Results The abnormal expression rates of the E-cadherin and ?-,?-catenin were 51 7%, 61 7%, 70% respectively in the 60 cases of breast cancers. The expression of E-cadherin was significantly associated with lymphatic metastasis(P
