1.Relationship between epithelial mesenchymal transition and tumor stem cells
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(1):36-38
At present, more and more studies show that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is closely associated with cancer stem cell formation and tumor cell invasion, migration and metastasis.EMT not only enhances the capacity of cancer cell invasion and metastasis, but also makes the cell obtain self regeneration and other stem cell characteristics and promotes the production of cancer stem cells. As a result, the investigation of the relationship between EMT and common stem cells can be served as a new approach for searching for effective ways to control tumor invasion and metastasis. It also can provide new targets for the treatment of tumor.
3.Effect of evidence-based care on constipation of psychiatric patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(1):43-45
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care on the constipation of psychiatric patients. Methods The constipations in 328 psychiatric patients admitted to our department were intervened with evidence-based nursing.Frequency for defecation, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool before intervention were compared to those two weeks after intervention.Result Two weeks after intervention, the defecation frequency, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool were all significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.001).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing used in care to psychiatric patients with constipation can reduce the incidence of constipation, and relieve their physiological and psychological pains.
4.Effect of combined use of aminoguanidine and cyclosporine A on acute rejection following cardiac allograft in rats
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2001;22(2):85-87
Objective To study the effect of the combined use of aminoguanidine (AG) and cyclosporine A (CsA) on acute rejection following cardiac allograft. Methods Except the control group, all other three groups were respectively treated by AG 600mg/kg every day subcutaneously 0 to 7 days after transplantation, low-dose CsA 2mg/kg every day i.m 0 to 7 days after transplantation, and low-dose CsA plus AG. Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression and nitric oxide (NO) production during acute allograft rejection were detected at 4th day after operation, and the graft survival was observed. Results Compared with the control group, iNOS expression and NO production were significantly inhibited in the AG-treated group (P<0.05),the progression of acute rejection was slightly attenuated and allografted heart survival prolonged. The inhibitory effects of iNOS activity and NO production in the recipients receiving the combined treatment of low-dose CsA plus AG were higher than those receiving low-dose CsA alone. Compared with the low-dose CsA group, low-dose CsA plus AG could significantly reduce the histologic grade of acute rejection (P<0.01) and prolong the graft survival (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of low-dose CsA and AG could synergistically suppress iNOS activity and NO production, and significantly prolong allografted heart survival.

Objective To understand the cooperation experiences of doctors and nurses from the Infectious Department, that may be contributive to promote a harmonious relationship between doctors and nurses. Methods Sixteen nurses and nine doctors came from Infectious Department were interviewed. The data were collected through face-to-face in-depth semi-structured interviews.Thematic analysis based on Qualitative Research method, qualitative content analysis was used for data interpretation by analysis and management. Results Three themes were identified and described as the cooperation experiences between doctors and nurse, the cooperation troubles, suggestions about promoting a harmonious relationship between doctors and nurses. Conclusion Harmonious relationship is particularly important in the clinical work, but in fact, there are many factors affect the harmonious relationships,so it is recom-mended that hospital leaders should take measures to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and nurses.

ObjectiveTo study the correlation between human erythrocyte membrane phospholipid profile and insulin sensitivity in elderly diabetic patients. MethodsThe levels of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylserine(PS),phosphatidtlinostiol(PI),phosphatidylethanolamine(PE),the maximum erythrocyte deformation index(DImax) , the maximum erythrocyte aggregation index(AImax) and glucose disposal contant Ki (KITT) were measured in 32 cases of elderly diabetics and 30 healthy old subjects. ResultsThe KITT was lower in diabetic patients than in normal controls (P

Objective To study the relationship between the mRNA degradation in the retinal cells of rat after death and postmortem interval(PMI) in order to provide a new methods of inferring PMI.Methods The level of ?-actin,Pgk1 and Rpl 4 mRNA in the retinal cell of rat were measured at different time(0,2,4,6,8,10, 12,14,16,18,20,22,24,26,28h)after death by compound fluorescence RT-PCR.The rats executed immediately were used as controls. Results Within 28h after death, the absorbance value of total RNA and the level of ?-actin,Pgk1 and Rpl 4 mRNA in the retinal cells decreased along with the prolongation of PMI.The equations of linear regression fitting the relationship between mRNA degradation and PMI were as follows:Y?-actin=-4436.205X?-actin+127581.7(r2=0.976),Ypgk1=-1993.884Xpgk1+57651.54(r2=0.973),YRpl 4=-1189.791XRpl 4+34533.46(r2=0.955).The return model had remarkable statistical significance(P

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
The concentration of 1.8 ng/ml platelet activating factor (PAF) caused the elevation of pulmonary vascular permeability and a steady increase of lung weight gain (LWG) in isolated perfused rat lung. The LWG, fluid filtration coefficient and extravasation amount of T-1824 labelled albumin were lower of 89. 2%, 70. 9% and 75. 5%, respectively, in PAF perfusion without Ca2+ group than those in PAF perfusion with Ca2+ group, within 35 min. Mean pulmonary capillary pressure and pulmonary arterial pressure decreased from + 0.725 ? 0.389 kPa and +1.187 ? 0.320 kPa to -0.708 ? 0.315 kPa and - 0.025 ? 0.279 kPa, respectively. Calcium free perfusate without PAF slightly increased vascular permeability in isolated rat lungs. The results suggest that PAF-induced rat lung injury depends on the existence of extracellular calcium ion.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To explore the surgical treatment of advanced rectal carcinoma in aged people. Methods The clinical data of 65 aged patients with advanced rectal carcinoma from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were Dukes D stage or accompanied with hepatic metastasis. Hartmann's operation was performed in 26 cases, single lumen sigmoidostomy in 11 cases, double lumen sigmoidostomy in 11 cases and resection of hepatic metastatic cancer in 12 cases. Rectal upper arterial catheter chemotherapy was performed in 19 cases and hepatic arterial catheter chemotherapy in 15 cases. The 3-year survival rate of Hartmann's operation was 34%(9/26), and the average survival time was 20?3.17 months in the patients underwent rectal upper and hepatic arterial catheter chemotherapy, and 10?1.77 months in the patients who could not be treated surgically(P
