2.Effect of combined use of aminoguanidine and cyclosporine A on acute rejection following cardiac allograft in rats
Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2001;22(2):85-87
Objective To study the effect of the combined use of aminoguanidine (AG) and cyclosporine A (CsA) on acute rejection following cardiac allograft. Methods Except the control group, all other three groups were respectively treated by AG 600mg/kg every day subcutaneously 0 to 7 days after transplantation, low-dose CsA 2mg/kg every day i.m 0 to 7 days after transplantation, and low-dose CsA plus AG. Inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression and nitric oxide (NO) production during acute allograft rejection were detected at 4th day after operation, and the graft survival was observed. Results Compared with the control group, iNOS expression and NO production were significantly inhibited in the AG-treated group (P<0.05),the progression of acute rejection was slightly attenuated and allografted heart survival prolonged. The inhibitory effects of iNOS activity and NO production in the recipients receiving the combined treatment of low-dose CsA plus AG were higher than those receiving low-dose CsA alone. Compared with the low-dose CsA group, low-dose CsA plus AG could significantly reduce the histologic grade of acute rejection (P<0.01) and prolong the graft survival (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of low-dose CsA and AG could synergistically suppress iNOS activity and NO production, and significantly prolong allografted heart survival.
3.Relationship between epithelial mesenchymal transition and tumor stem cells
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(1):36-38
At present, more and more studies show that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is closely associated with cancer stem cell formation and tumor cell invasion, migration and metastasis.EMT not only enhances the capacity of cancer cell invasion and metastasis, but also makes the cell obtain self regeneration and other stem cell characteristics and promotes the production of cancer stem cells. As a result, the investigation of the relationship between EMT and common stem cells can be served as a new approach for searching for effective ways to control tumor invasion and metastasis. It also can provide new targets for the treatment of tumor.
4.Effect of evidence-based care on constipation of psychiatric patients
Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(1):43-45
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care on the constipation of psychiatric patients. Methods The constipations in 328 psychiatric patients admitted to our department were intervened with evidence-based nursing.Frequency for defecation, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool before intervention were compared to those two weeks after intervention.Result Two weeks after intervention, the defecation frequency, incidence of difficult defecation and incidence of dry stool were all significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.001).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing used in care to psychiatric patients with constipation can reduce the incidence of constipation, and relieve their physiological and psychological pains.

T cell immune deficiency results in inefficient anti-tumor immune response in most patients with hematological malignancies, thereby tumor cells escaping the attack of host immune system, that is the immune escape of tumor cells.Recently, new insights regard to the CD8+ T cell exhaustion which is one of the most important mechanisms of tumor immune suppression. The CD8 + T cell exhaustion is mediated by abnormal expression of T-cell immunosuppressive receptors such as PD-1 and CTLA-4.Blocking these molecules may restore the partial or all functions of T cells. This article reviewed the advances on the role of the PD-1 and CTLA-4 in hematological malignancies, including their functions on mediating T cell-immune tolerance and the progression of targeted immunotherapy,to provide the new strategy for hematological malignancies.

Objective To explore the effect of myocardial cell Oil high bilirubin blood newborns. Methods Total bilirubin and myocardial ferment value(AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB)in high bilirubin blood group(n=104)and control group(n=60)were examined at the game time.Once again examined total bilirubin and myocardial ferment value after synthetical treat the hish bilirubin blood group. Results The myocardial ferment value diversity significant (P<0.01) in bilirubin blood group and control group;mild group and severe group myocardial ferment value dlversity notable(P<0.01),especially CK-MB.Normal value approach of myocardial ferment with bilirubin value after treat the billrubin blood group. Conclusion Myocardial cell damage is temporary and a period of time can bring about of hish bilirubin blood newborns.

Objective To discuss the health education modes in order to promote the effect of health education for TURP(transurethral resection of prostate)patients and their family members. Methods A total of 380 cases after TURP were divided into the observation group and the control group at random with 190 cases in each group. The discharge instruction for the patients and their family members in the observation group was in the form of health education prescription, while the discharge instruction for the control group was in the form of oral instruction. The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was higher, and incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The application of health education prescription in the discharge instruction for the patients after TURP can guarantee the effectiveness of health education, simultaneously decrease the incurrence of complications and improve the life quality of patients.

Objective: To investigate the distribution feature of TCR D~X gene rearrangement in peripheral blood T cells and thymocytes from healthy individuals. Methods: The rearrangement segments of TCR D?X gene with J?X, D?3 or Ja were amplified in genomic DNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of 10 cases, sorted CD3 + T cells from peripheral blood of 4 cases and thymocytes from 7 cases, by using semi-nested PCR. Different amounts of DNA from all samples were amplified to estimate the frequency of D?X gene rearrangements. Results: The rearrangements of TCR D?X with J?X,D?3 or PJa respectively could be found in the most samples of peripheral blood or thymocytes. The frequency of D?X rearrangements were different in peripheral blood cells and thymocytes by analysis of PCR with different amounts DNA. Conclusion: The TCR D?X, Ja was the most frequent rearrangement in mature and immature T cells, whereas TCR D?X,D?3 were more frequently rearranged in immature T cells.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(04):-
The concentration of 1.8 ng/ml platelet activating factor (PAF) caused the elevation of pulmonary vascular permeability and a steady increase of lung weight gain (LWG) in isolated perfused rat lung. The LWG, fluid filtration coefficient and extravasation amount of T-1824 labelled albumin were lower of 89. 2%, 70. 9% and 75. 5%, respectively, in PAF perfusion without Ca2+ group than those in PAF perfusion with Ca2+ group, within 35 min. Mean pulmonary capillary pressure and pulmonary arterial pressure decreased from + 0.725 ? 0.389 kPa and +1.187 ? 0.320 kPa to -0.708 ? 0.315 kPa and - 0.025 ? 0.279 kPa, respectively. Calcium free perfusate without PAF slightly increased vascular permeability in isolated rat lungs. The results suggest that PAF-induced rat lung injury depends on the existence of extracellular calcium ion.
