Objective To investigate the curative effects of keyhole microsurgical craniotomy to hypertension cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Treatment and curative effects were retrospectively reviewed in 68 patients of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010. Results After treatment with keyhole microsurgical craniotomy, in 68 patients, besides 1 case death, in 3-12 month follow-up, level Ⅰ (complete recovery) 22 occupies 32.3%, level Ⅱ (self care) 20 occupies 29.3%, level Ⅲ (requires assistance) 19 occupies 27.9%, level Ⅳ (confined to the bed but conciousness) 4 occupies 5.9%, level Ⅴ (vegitative survival) 2 occupies 2.9%. Conclusion The curative effect of keyhole microsurgical craniotomy to hypertension cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of inhalation of budesonide bitween suspension and aerosol in the treatment of infant asthma. Methods 80 patients less than 3 years old were divided in three groups randomly,in group A the patients received budesonide suspension inhalation therapy,in group B the patients received budesonide aeroso inhalation therapy, in group C the patients received route treament. The patients were followed 1,3,6,12 months after teeament, symptom assessment scores, acute episode of asthma and administration of medication were compared beteen two groups. Results Compared with group C, symptom assessment scores became lower (P <0.01 ) ,acute episode of asthma reduced and use of receptor β2 receptor agonist and steroid reduced in group A and B(P<0.01);after 1,3,6 montha, the indicators observed in group A was better than in group B(P< 0.05),but there was no difference between two group after 12 months( P > 0.05). Conclusion Budesonide inhalaton is effec-tire in the treatment of asthma, in patients with infant asthma, budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation should be the first choice of treatment.

Objective To investigate the effect of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol in treatment of chil-dren with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into conventional therapy group(Group A)50 cases and combined treatment group(Group B)50 cases;Conventional therapy was given to group B and Group A Was givend the conventional therapy puls Budesonide combined with salbutamol treatment,2 times a day.The course of treatment was 10d;The effect of clinical symptom score、clinical recovery and adverse reac-tions in two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency of 47 cases(94.O%) in group A were significantly higher than the B group 36 cases(72.0%)(P<0.05);The index of breathing diffculties、coushing、wheezing、wheezing sustain and sleep satisfaction after treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment in two groups(all P<0.01);The time of recovery of breath shortness、cough、asthma、wheezing and therapy hys in group A were less than group B(all P<0.05).Condusion Atomizing inhalation treatment of Bedesonide combined with Sallbutamol was effective to treat children with bronchial asthma.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2009;24(12):1092-1094
Objective: To investigate the effect of function of knee on quality of life (QOL) in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Method: Forty patients with knee OA were recruited. Their function, pain and range of motion (ROM) of knee were assessed with Lequesne index, Lysholm knee score (LKSS), visual analogue scale (VAS) and protractor measure respectively. QOL was evaluated with arthritis impact measurement scale (AIMS). Result: The scores of AIMS, Lequesne and VAS in female were significantly higher than that in male. And the LKSS in female was significantly lower than that in male (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between AIMS score and Lequesne index, VAS score and limit of ROM, but a negative correlation between AIMS and LKSS (P<0.05). Conclusion: The function of knee and QOL in female patients with OA were worse than that in male patients. Pain, limited ROM and weaken function in knee could effect QOL in OA patients to some extent. Health education and clinical treatment should be provided to improve the function of knee and QOL in OA patients.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2009;24(11):999-1001,1008
Objective: To explore pathogeny and clinical effect of physiotherapy in young patients with lumbar disc hemiation (LDH). Method: Eighteen young LDH patients at 20-30 years old were administered comprehensive physiotherapy including lumbar traction, pulsed short wave therapy, pulsed magnetotherapy or low frequency modulated medium frequency electrotherapy. Before and after treatment, lumbar function was assessed with JOA scale. Result: Nine patients had specific trauma history; nine patients had sedentary lifestyle; five patients worked lor more than 8h/d in standing position; four patients had body mass index (BMI) 24-28. There was no significant difference in age, BMI and JOA scores between male and female group (P>0.05). Patients scored significantly higher after treatment (P<0.05). The remarkable effective rate of physiotherapy was 72.22%. Conclusion: Trauma, sedentary lifestyle, standing for long time, overweight or obesity are primary risk factors of LDH for youth and should be prevented by health education. Physiotherapy is significant efficient for young LDH patients.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(11):20-22
Objective To probe into the effect of nursing intervention on complications and compliance of cancer patients with PICC. Methods 86 tumor patients selected from June 2007 to June 2010were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 43 patients in each group. After the two groups of patients were diagnosed they were treated with routine care, the intervention group wasgiven additional comprehensive nursing interventions aiming at PICC complications and compliance. The complications and treatment compliance of the patients were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the rate of full compliance significantly improved and the rate of partial compliance significantly decreased in the intervention group. At the same time, compared with the control group, the incidence rate of phlebitis, catheter-related bloodstream infection and catheter blockage and catheter off of the intervention group were significantly lower. Conclusions Nursing intervention for cancer patients with PICC can reduce complications and improve treatment compliance of them and is of great clinical significance.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(1):161-165
Non-rigid medical image registration is a popular subject in the research areas of the medical image and has an important clinical value. In this paper we put forward an improved algorithm of Demons, together with the conservation of gray model and local structure tensor conservation model, to construct a new energy function processing multi-modal registration problem. We then applied the L-BFGS algorithm to optimize the energy function and solve complex three-dimensional data optimization problem. And finally we used the multi-scale hierarchical refinement ideas to solve large deformation registration. The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm for large de formation and multi-modal three-dimensional medical image registration had good effects.
