Objective To investigate insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) on the protective effect of infant myocarditis. Methods The serum levels of IGF-1 was detected by two-site enzyme-linked immunosorbent assy ( ELISA) and CK-MB by electrochemiluminescence at the acute and convalescent in 50 infant with myocarditis, and 50 normal healthy children as the controls. Results The serum levels of IGF-1 in acute myocarditis was significantly lower than those of healthy children and the convalescen[(22.90 ±9.30) mg/L vs (45.69 ±10.95) mg/L, (38.99 ±9.06)mg/L,all P<0.01],while the CK-MB was significantly higher than those of the control group and the convalescent[(77.48 ±8.71)mg/L vs (14.99 ±7.62)mg/L,(17.99 ±6.31)mg/L,all P<0.01.IGF-1 and CK-MB was negative correlation (r=-0.62,P<0.01).Conclusion IGF-1 is involved in the repair process of myocardial injury in myocarditis infant, and play some protective role in the mechanism.

Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of emergent hemostasis patch (EHP). Methods The coagulation time was studied with tube method in vitro. Hemostasis was studied with femoral artery hemorrhage models of rats and dogs as well as rabbit hepatorrhexis model in vivo. Results The clotting time of EHP of high, medium and low concentrations was (4.9±1.3)min, (5.7±1.8)min and (5.8±1.3)min, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of control (14.4±1.6)min in vitro. In femoral hemorrhage models of rats and dogs, the duration and amount of bleeding in EHP of high, medium and low doses were significantly decreased compared with those in the PVF sponge group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The results of rabbit hepatorrhexis experiment showed that EHP of three doses obviously decreased the hemostatic time and blood loss compared with PVF sponge group (P<0.01). Conclusion EHP can shorten coagulation time and bleeding time, and reduce bleeding amount.

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound?guided transversus abdominis plane block after general anesthesia induction on cyclic stress and postoperative analgesia in patients treated with abdominal surgery. Methods Sixty patients scheduled for elective abdominal surgery were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each. All were treated with ultrasound?guided transversus abdominis plane block after general anesthesia induction, and 30 cases in observation group received ropivacaine ,while those in control group saline. Anesthesia maintained by propofol combined with remifentanil during surgery ,and postoperative analgesia by sufentanil. The effect of anesthesia and operation were compared. Results Compared with control group, observation group needed less time for analepsia (P < 0.05) ,and there were lower blood pressure and heart rate at 2 min after skin incision and immediately after surgery (P < 0.05). Less propofol and remifentanil were needed in surgery and less sufentanil after surgery in observation group (P < 0.05). The VAS pain score was lower 1 h,4 h,8 h and 12 h after surgery (P < 0.05) ,and there were less times for pressing analgesic pump (P < 0.05). Patients in observation group had higher comfort degree after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound?guided transversus abdominis plane block after general anesthesia induction is helpful to reduce intraoperative anesthesia used for anesthesia maintenance , and can improve patients′comfort after surgery.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy ofTong Du Tiao Shen(unblocking the Governor Vessel and regulating spirit) needling method plus Nimodipine in treating vascular dementia.MethodSixty patients with vascular dementia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The control group was intervened by oral administrationof Nimodipine, while the treatment group was additionally intervened byTong Du Tiao Shenneedling method. Two weeks were taken asa treatment course, and the intervention lasted 2 courses. The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Activities of Daily Life (ADL) were evaluated and compared before and after intervention, and the therapeutic efficacy was determined.Result After intervention, there were significant differences in comparing MMSE and ADL scores between the two groups (P<0.05). ConclusionTong Du Tiao Shenneedling method plus Nimodipine is effective in treating vascular dementia, and worth promotion in clinic.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)is a respiratory infectious diseases caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection. It is one of the common community-acquired pneumonia in children. The pathogenesis of MPP may be related to the direct adhesion and damage of MP to the host and the disorder of immune response. At present,a large number of studies have confirmed that the immune disorder plays a vital role in the development of MPP. MicroRNA(miRNA)is a group of highly conserved non-protein-coding nucleotide sequences, involved in regulating the Th17/Treg ratio, nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),CD4 +T/CD8 +T ratio, and Th1/Th2 ratio to play important roles in lung growth, inflammatory response and immune regulation during the pathogenesis of MPP. This article provides an overview of the mechanism of action of miRNAs in MPP,analyzes the potential connections between miRNAs and the development of MPP,and offers insights for the clinical assessment of children's condition and treatment plans.
