Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacies for pure galactoma by injecting absolute ethanol compared with the pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law. Methods Patients of pure galactoma examined by ultrasonography were divided into two groups from March of 2005 to February of 2007 in mammary gland special clinic of our hospital.Absolute ethanol jet method and the pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law were given respectively and the effect was evaluated within one year after operation. Results Of 89 cases pure galactoma using absolute ethanol jet method,71cases(79.78%)were convalesced,15cases(16.85%)were effective and 3 cases(3.37%)were noneffective. The effectiveness was 96.63 %.Of 86 cases using pure pouch cavity puncture separately pulls out the fluid law,44cases(51.16%)were convalesced,33 cases(38.37%)were effective and 9 cases(10.47%)were noneffective. The effectiveness was 89.53%.The cured rates of two groups had significant difference through chi-square test,?2=15.38,P

Objectie:To study the protective effects and mechanism of Huoxuetongmailing(HXTML) on experimental myocardial ischemic rats by zhuodu. Methods 50 healthy male Wister rats were randomly divided into groups namely blank group, model group,Cedocard group,HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin group,10 rats in each group. Each rat had been recordⅡelectroca rdiographic(ECG) before the experiment.Hyperlipemic forage was feeded and ISO was subcutaneously injected into rats except Blank group to cause myocardial ischemia.Blank group and model group, respectively, the volume of normal saline irrigation, etc.,and the rest of the group were irrigated isosorbide dinitrate,HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin dose treatment. After treatment, the myocardium zymogram(CK,CK-MB and LDH) and inflammatory factor were detected by modern medical method. Results:HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin dose could signifi cantly reduce the levels of serum enzymes(P

To investigate the effect of serum uric acid concentration on prenatal outcome in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) patients. Methods:Serum uric acid (UA),creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured in 248PIH patients. The prenatal prognosis was analyzed. Results: Serum UA concentration was closely related to the degree of PIH. The level of UA in severe PIH patients was significantly higher than in mild and moderate PIH patients ( P < 0.01, P< 0.01 ). When UA levels rose, the incidences of intrauterine growth retardation, dead fetus, intrauterine distress and newborn mortality increased significantly. The higher the UA level was, the worse the prenatal prognosis was. Conclusion: In PIH patients, the serum UA level is closely related to the prenatal outcome. It can be used to assess the prenatal prognosis and as an index to terminate gestation appropriately

Objective To analyze the clinical features of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)with initial diagnosis of aorta dissection(AD)and therefore to improve its diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of AD with OSAHS were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were six male cases of obesity whose average body mass index(BMI)was 32.72±3.57,with an average age of(43.83±2.14)and the leading symptoms were daytime hypersomnolence, nocturnal wake by suffocation and habitual snoring.ESS was(13.83±2.14),apnea hypopnea index(AHI)was≥62/h[on averaga of(73.35±9.16)/h],the lowest pulse oxygen saturation(LSpO2%)was(58.67±10.95)%,time of oxygen saturation level lower than 90%(min)[T90(min)]was(244.20±144.74)min,the percent of the total time with oxygen saturation level lower than 90%(TS90%)was 54.48±30.18.They had more than two years history of hypertension. Conclusion Severe OSAHS affects the prognosis of AD.Early diagnosis and timely treatment can delay the progress of AD and lower death rate, with an important significance in improving the prognosis of AD.

Objective To explore the effects of family member's behaviors on outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 160 cases with acute cerebral infarction were investigated with 9 kinds of family member's behavior. Results 9 kinds of family member's behavior were all closely related to the outcome of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion Family member's behavior was closely related to the patients with acute cerebral infarction

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(6):569-570
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention of the patients with acute stroke in pre-hospital first aid. Methods 148 patients with acute stroke who had been treated by psychology in pre-hospital first aid were chosen and interviewed, comparing with 100 patients with acute stroke in hospital in same state. Results There was a significant difference between two groups about realization to disease, attitude to disease, mental reaction, treating confidence, compliance, and so on. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the patients with acute stroke in pre-hospital first aid effectly in the realization about disease, correct attitude about disease, capability of fighting diseases, confidence for recovery from the illness and compliance.

Objective To observe the safety and effectiveness of high-dose chemotherapy(HDT) supported by autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells transplantation(APBHSCT) in the patients of terminal or relapsed malignant tumors. Methods The patients achieved CR or PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly.26 patients in the research group were adapted APBHSC+HDC,50 patients in the control group were adapted 2~4 cycles of routine chemotherapy. Results In the research group, hematopoiesis was reconstructed in all patients,8 out of 17 patients who achieved PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy turned into CR after APBHSC+HDC(CR rate 47.1%).In the control group,33 patients who achieved PR after 4 cycles of conventional salvage chemotherapy were still PR after 2~4 cycles of routine chemotherapy. The median survival period in the research group was 11 months, which was longer than the one in the control group. The survival rates of 2,3 and 4 years in the research group were evidently higher than the ones in the control group(P

Objective To explore the effect of humidification of oxygen delivered by nasal cannula on the respiratory symptoms. Method A total of 540 patients receiving low-to-mid flow oxygen therapy (<4L/min) by nasal cannula for more than 12 hours were assigned to receive humidified (n=235) or dry (n=305)oxygen. While 226 patients receiving a low-to-mid flow oxygen therapy for more than 24 hours received humidified or dry oxygen respectively. The patients' respiratory symptoms were observed and recorded. Results Dryness over naso-pharyngeal region was the only symptom reported by patients in this study. There was no significant difference on the rate of dryness over naso-pharyngeal region between patients receiving humidified oxygen and patients receiving dry oxygen (P>0.05) either in the same patients when receiving dry and humidified oxygen (P>0.05). Conclusion Routine humidification is not necessary in low-to-mid flow oxygen therapy by nasal cannula.
