Objective To explore interleukin 4 and immunoglobulin E levels indicators monitoring value in diagnosis of drug allergy reaction . Methods The way of intravenous injection and conventional intraperitoneal injection was used, with the corresponding drugs such as saline, horse serum sensitized, and in different time interleukin -4 and total immunoglobulin E index were recorded in guinea pig serum. Results Injection of saline and Chuankezhi injection, interleukin-4 and total immunoglobulin E protein content , the difference was not statistically significant, but in other drug induced sensitive D8, D14 and D21, interleukin-4 and total immunoglobulin E protein content increased significantly. Conclusion Interleukin 4 and immunoglobulin E levels index detection is the diagnosis of drug allergy is an effective and fast way .

Objective To investigate the association between the RoSCo scoring system and the postopera tive complications of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Methods The clinical data of 127 patients with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.By studying all patients' preoperative clinical data,we give all the patients the RoSCo score, then divided all the patients into the RoSCo low group (3-4),RoSCo moderate group (5-6),RoSCo high group (7-8).Respectively study the association between the RoSCo score and Clavein score, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, warm ischemia time and length of hospital stay after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Results The RoSCo score was associated with postoperative complications of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (P < 0.05) and was more accurate than the RENAL score alone. There were significant differences in bleeding, warm ischemia time, hospital stay and operation time between the low, middle and high groups of RoSCo (P < 0.05).Conclusion The RoSCo scoring system can be used to assess the complications of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.

Myeloid leukemias are highly diverse diseases and have been shown to be associated with microRNA (miRNA) expression aberrations. The present study involved an in-depth miRNome analysis of two human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines, HL-60 and THP-1, and one human chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cell line, K562, via massively parallel signature sequenc-ing. mRNA expression profiles of these cell lines that were established previously in our lab facil-itated an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression patterns. miRNA expression profiling followed by differential expression analysis and target prediction suggested numerous miRNA signatures in AML and CML cell lines. Some miRNAs may act as either tumor suppres-sors or oncomiRs in AML and CML by targeting key genes in AML and CML pathways. Expres-sion patterns of cell type-specific miRNAs could partially reflect the characteristics of K562, HL-60 and THP-1 cell lines, such as actin filament-based processes, responsiveness to stimulus and phag-ocytic activity. miRNAs may also regulate myeloid differentiation, since they usually suppress dif-ferentiation regulators. Our study provides a resource to further investigate the employment of miRNAs in human leukemia subtyping, leukemogenesis and myeloid development. In addition, the distinctive miRNA signatures may be potential candidates for the clinical diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of myeloid leukemias.

Objective To compare and analyze the differences between customized models and commercial universal models in the segmentation of organs-at-risk in cervical cancer, and to investigate the feasibility of customized models. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 270 cervical cancer patients.Senior clinicians manually delineated organs-at-risk,including the bladder, rectum, small intestine, pelvic bone marrow, femoral heads, and kidneys. The cases were randomly selected to develop customized models, with 202 cases allocated to the training set,38 cases to the test set,and 30 cases to the validation set.The universal and customized models were used for segmentation on the test set,and the automatic segmentation results obtained by the two models were compared with manual segmentation results to assess the performance of the customized model. Results Both customized model and universal model had comparable DSC values to manual segmentation, demonstrating satisfactory delineation outcomes(DSC values ranging from 0.7 to 0.9).However,in terms of deviation of centroid and 95%Hausdorff distance, the customized model surpassed the universal model. Conclusion Compared with the universal model, the customized model offers superior accuracy in delineating the structures of organs-at-risk in cervical cancer. As the customized model is optimized based on specific datasets,it provides precise support for clinical decision-making and holds promising applications in the treatment of cervical cancer.
