Objective To explore the relationship between serum troponin I (TnI) and troponin T (TnT) and rheumatic diseases with myocardial injury.Methods Solid chromatographic method was used to test serum TnI and TnT in 241 patients with various types of rheumatic diseases consisting of 67 cases of SLE, 31 cases of SS, 18 cases of SSc, 11 cases of PM, 72 cases of RA and 42 cases of AS, which were compared with the normal group, amd the positive rates of which were also compared with CK-MB.Results Among all 241 patients,the positive rates of serum TnI and TnT of each type of rheumatic diseases except AS were higher than that of CK-MB,and the p value in SLE, SSc and RA was significant respectively(P
