Objective To evaluate the cool-tip radiofrequency treatment of uterine myoma. Methods 42 volun-tary patients were treated with cool-tip radiofrequeney electrode,in ultrasound-guided,via abdominal or vaginal inser-tion the uterine myoma. The diameter of 56 uterine myomas was from 3.0 cm to 8.0 cm. Results After the treat-merit,following-up the 56 uterine myomas of 42 patients for more than 3 months, the curative rate was 100%. Con-clusion With tiny wound and remains the functions of uterus, the cool-tip radiofrequency is an effective, simple, safe and reliable technique on the therapy of uterine myoma. It can be applied to any site of the uterine myoma.

International Eye Science 2017;17(8):1587-1589
AIM: To observe the clinical effects of moisturizing eye decoction combined with artificial tears in the treatment of ophthalmoxerosis.METHODS: A randomized controlled clinical research method was employed. One hundred-sixty patients diagnosed with ophthalmoxerosis were equally divided into a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, patients were given one dose per day of the moisturizing eye decoction as well as artificial tear drops three times a day.The patients in the control group were treated with artificial tears drops three times a day.The course of treatment was 3mo.Dry-eye symptoms, tear break-up time(BUT) by the slit lamp, the time of tear secretion (Schirmers Ⅰ test),corneal fluorescein staining (FL),and curative effects were observed before treatment as well as in the first and third months after treatment.RESULTS: There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of BUT,SⅠt,and FL before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment in the first and the third months, the BUT,SⅠt,FL,and curative effects were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Moisturizing eye decoction combined with artificial tears in the treatment of ophthalmoxerosis can improve efficacy.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
This paper reports the optimized electro-transformation parameters of Bacillus thuringiensis plasmid-free mutant strain BMB171 by electroporation, and expressing effect of several cry genes introduced in this recipient. It showed that a highest electro-transformation frequency could be obtained, when SG solution was used as the buffer, and a 10.0V/cm of field strength, one time of pulse as well as a growth phase of recipient cells at the exponential phase (OD650nm value was 0.2~0.3) were selected. The highest of electro-transformation frequency with pHT3101 could reach at 8 ?107 hansformants/?g DNA. The transformation frequencies increased at linear velocity as the concentration increase of pHT3101 from 54.69pg/ml to 3.50?g/mL, then reached saturation afterwards. All plasmids introduced in BMB171 could produce characteristic insecticidal crystal proteins through expression of relevent cry genes carried by them. Meanwhile, these insecticidal crystal proteins could form parasporal crystals, which have characteristic geometric shapes.

Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of antikeratin (AKA) antibody,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(anti-CCP) antibody,anti-RA33 antibody,RF and ESR in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods One hundred cases of RA and 60 cases of suspected RA in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were collected. One hundred and twenty cases of non-RA other autoimmune diseases served as the control group. The indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was used to detect anti-KA antibody,anti-CCP antibody and anti-RA33 antibody were detected by using ELISA.The rate scatter turbid assay was used to detect RF.The Westergren method was used to detect ESR.The diagnostic performance of each diagnostic indicator was evaluated. Results The detection rates of anti-KA antibody,anti-CCP antibody,anti-RA33 antibody,RF and ESR in the RA group were in turn 64%,75%,44%,84% and 51% respectively, the detection rate(sensitivity) of 5-indicator parallel detection were 97%, the specificity of 5-indicator series detection was 89.2%;in the suspected RA group, the detection rates of 5-indicator were in turn 16.7%, 31.7%,13.3%,20%,15% respectively, which in the control group were in turn 0.8%,2.5%,1.7%,0.8% and 5.8% respectively. The detection rates of 5-indicator in the RA group was significantly higher than that in the suspected RA group, showing extremely significant difference (P<0.001),the detection rate of 5-indicator had extremely significant difference between the suspected RA group and control group (P<0.001),the sensitivity of five-indicator parallel detection was 97%,which was significantly higher than that of single indicator detection (P<0.05),the detection specificity of 5-indicator series detection was up to 100%,which was also significantly higher than that of single indicator detection (P<0.05),the missed diagnosis rate of parallel detection was minimal, while the negative predictive value was highest, the misdiagnosis rate of series detection was lowest, the positive predictive value was highest, the Youden index of parallel detection was largest. Conclusion The single detection of anti-CCP antibody and RF have good sensitivity and specificity, but 5-indicator combined detection has higher sensitivity and specificity, which can better reduce the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate, can greatly improve the efficiency of diagnosis, and has an important clinical significance for the early diagnosis of RA.

ObjectTo develop the reliable RP-HPLC methods for the determination of salidroside, tyrosol, rosavin, rosin, and rosarin in the plants of Rhodiola L. and to evaluate their species from different habitats. Methods Method Ⅰ: methanol-water (0.5 mmol/L SDS in 1% acetic acid aqueous solution) system for the analysis of salidroside; method Ⅱ: acetonitrile-water system for rosavin; method Ⅲ: aqueous acetonitrile-phosphoric gradient system for salidroside, tyrosol, rosavin, rosin, and rosarin. Results The contents of salidroside in different species range from 0.021% to 1.420%, and those of rosavin in all species are very limited or undetected except in Rhodiola rosea L. and R. sachalinensis. The contents of the five marker ingredients are significantly species- and habitat-dependent. Conclusion Three RP-HPLC methods are established for quantitative analysis of the above five marker ingredients in the meantime, respectively. Evaluation of the quality of varied species of Rhodiola L. shows that R. rosea growing in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and R. sachalinensis growing in Jilin province are the two better species contained with abundant above-mentioned ingredients in China.

AIM: To study the effect of three kinds of drying methods on quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis. METHODS: TLC, HPLC determination of volatile Oil and ethanol-extra ctives were used. RESULTS: The constitutents in three kinds of dried samples are the same, the contents of vo latile oil and ferulic acid have evident difference in three kinds of aried samp les. The content of fumed sample is the highest. CONCLUSION: The fuming method is the best drying one.

Objective To evaluate the influence of different field-strength magnets(1.5 T and 3.0 T)on MRI artifacts caused by Ni-Cr alloy fixed prostheses. Methods The crown, bridge and upper denture fixed prostheses with different thickness were produced by Ni-Cr alloy as test samples, and were one by one put on the centre of water phantom for MR scanning with different field-strength magnets(1.5 T and 3.0 T).The artifact areas on these two field-strength magnets were measured and statistically compared. The plastic prostheses with the same shape and thickness as the test samples were served as controls. Results Ni-Cr alloy fixed prostheses could cause MRI artifacts, and the artifact areas increased with the mass of prostheses. However,no artifact area was found in controls.Compared with those on 1.5 T magnet, the MRI artifact areas significantly increased on 3.0 T magnet(P
