1.Determination of the Content of Baicaline in Qingkailing Injection With RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of baicaline in Qingkailing Injection,so as to control the quality of this preparation.METHODS:The column was C18.The mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water(45∶1∶55).The detection wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of baicaline and absorption area value in range of 0.25~2.5?g/ml,r=0.9 992.The average recovery was 98.4%(n=5) with RSD=1.5%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method was highly repeatable and accurate.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a HPLC method for determination of the content of baicalin in Kugan gran?ules.METHODS:ODS-C 18 column was used and methanol-water-acetic acid(45∶55∶1)was used as mobile phase and UV detection wavelength was274nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Baicalin and absorption area value in range of0.25?g~2.5?g r=0.9992.The average recovery was98.4%with RSD=1.09%(n=5). CONCLUSION:The method was highly repeatable and accurate.

Objective:To determine the contents of paraceltamol and caffeine in New compouad Folium Isatidis Tablets simultaneously by HPLC. Methods:The determination was carried out with C 18 chemical bonded silica gel as a solid phase, methanol-water (25∶75) as a mobile phase and UV deterction wavelength at 215 nm. Results: The average recovenies of the added sample were 99.6%( RSD=0.67, n=5) for paracetamol and 99.3%(RSD=0.58, n=5) for caffine, There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorption area value in the rang of 1.6?g~6.4?g for paractamol or 0.16?g~0.64?g for caffeine. Conclusions: The method is simple, quick and accurate.
